The disclosure provides an input method switching method, which can simply and quickly realize input method switching.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an input method switching method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
The method can be applied to a terminal, and as shown in fig. 1, the method can include the following steps:
in step 101, in response to selection of a first input method, a first input method panel is displayed.
In the step, the input method panel is displayed in response to one of the input methods selected by the user in the input method interface. For example, if the Pinyin input method is selected, a Pinyin input method panel is displayed.
In step 102, in response to a predetermined touch operation in the first input method panel, the second input method panel is called to be displayed on the upper layer of the first input method panel.
Wherein the predetermined touch operation in the first input method panel may include: sliding candidate characters in a first input method panel, wherein the number of lines of the candidate characters is more than a set number of lines, the stop position of the candidate characters reaches the bottom of a list, or the number of the candidate characters is more than a set number; or the speed of sliding the candidate characters in the first input method panel exceeds the set speed; or, the gesture sliding in the first input method panel conforms to the setting gesture.
Wherein the predetermined touch operation in the first input method panel may further include: clicking more candidate items of the candidate characters in the first input method panel; or clicking a floating switching icon in the first input method panel.
Wherein the predetermined touch operation in the first input method panel may further include: the long press at the set position of the first input method panel exceeds the set time.
Wherein the first input method and the second input method comprise any two of the following: pinyin input method, wubi input method, handwriting input method and english input method.
As can be seen from this embodiment, the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may include the following beneficial effects: according to the method and the device, after the first input method is selected to display the first input method panel, as long as the preset touch operation occurs in the first input method panel, the second input method panel is triggered and called to display on the upper layer of the first input method panel, so that the user does not need to actively click input mode switching, the second input method can be rapidly generated in the process of using the first input method, the input process of the first input method is prevented from being interrupted, and the input experience is improved.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating another input method switching method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
The method can be applied to a terminal, and the embodiment describes the technical scheme of the disclosure in more detail with respect to fig. 1.
The technical solution is described in detail below with reference to fig. 2. The embodiment of fig. 2 is described by taking the first input method as a pinyin input method and the second input method as a handwriting input method as an example, but not limited thereto, and the first input method and the second input method may also be other input methods, for example, any two of the pinyin input method, the wubi input method, the handwriting input method, and the english input method.
As shown in fig. 2, the method may include the steps of:
in step 201, a trigger condition for the handwriting input method panel display is set in advance.
In this step, a trigger condition for the panel display of the handwriting input method is preset, that is, a display timing of the handwriting input method is preset.
For example, the number of lines of candidate text display or the position of candidate text display may reach the bottom of the list as a presentation timing setting item of the handwriting input method panel. When any input method is used, the input method panel can display candidate texts for the user to select, the user can slide the candidate texts to browse the candidate texts arranged behind, therefore, the candidate texts can be set in a sliding mode, the number of lines displayed by the candidate texts exceeds the set number of lines, or the stop position of the candidate texts reaches the bottom of the list to serve as the time for triggering the handwriting input method panel to be inserted into the list for displaying. Note that, the candidate characters may be set to slide, and the number of displayed candidate characters may exceed the set number as a timing for triggering the handwriting input method panel to be inserted and displayed. The number of the set rows may be, for example, two but is not limited to, and the number of the set rows may be, for example, 10 but is not limited to. The bottom of the reach list mentioned above, namely there is no selectable candidate word, for example, the user slides the candidate word until the bottom is the bottom of the reach list. In addition, if the selectable line number of the candidate text is less than or equal to the set line number, the default occurrence time of the handwriting input panel is that the candidate text reaches the bottom of the list.
It should be further noted that, for the sliding operation, the speed of the sliding candidate characters in the panel of the pinyin input method may also be set to exceed the set speed; or the gesture sliding in the pinyin input method panel accords with the set gesture to be used as a display opportunity setting item of the handwriting input method panel. When the displayed candidate characters do not meet the requirements of the user, the user can generally slide the candidate characters quickly to find the candidate characters arranged behind as soon as possible, so that the speed of sliding the candidate characters can be set to exceed the set speed to serve as a display opportunity setting item of the handwriting input method panel. In addition, a preset gesture, such as drawing a circle or drawing a hook, may also be preset as the display timing setting item of the handwriting input method panel.
For another example, more candidates of the clicked candidate characters may be used as the display timing setting items of the handwriting input method panel. When the user clicks more candidate items, the currently displayed candidate characters do not meet the requirements of the user, and therefore the more candidate items of the clicked candidate characters can be set as the display opportunity setting items of the handwriting input method panel. For the click operation, a floating switching icon may be clicked as a display timing setting item of the handwriting input method panel, and the floating switching icon is set in each current input method panel.
For another example, a long press exceeding a set time at a set position of the current input method panel may be used as a presentation timing setting item of the handwriting input method panel.
Under the various conditions, the execution can be carried out in the original input method operation flow of the user without interruption, so that the user can use the method more conveniently, and the character input experience is prevented from being damaged.
In step 202, a pinyin input method panel is displayed according to a user selection of the pinyin input method.
In the step, the user selects and uses the Pinyin input method, and a Pinyin input method panel is displayed.
In step 203, the handwriting input method panel is called to display on the upper layer of the pinyin input method panel under the condition that the triggering condition of the handwriting input method panel display is met when the pinyin method input panel is used.
In this step, when the pinyin is input by using the pinyin input method panel to select a candidate character, if the trigger condition of the handwriting input method panel display preset in step 201 is met, the handwriting input method panel is called to display on the upper layer of the pinyin input method panel.
That is, for example, if the candidate characters are slid in the pinyin input method panel and the number of lines of the candidate characters displayed exceeds the set number of lines or the ending position of the candidate characters displayed reaches the bottom of the list, the handwriting input method panel is called to be inserted into the current pinyin input method panel, that is, the handwriting input method panel is called to be displayed on the upper layer of the pinyin input method panel. The display can be a handwriting input method panel with the display area smaller than that of the pinyin input method panel on the upper layer of the pinyin input method panel; or displaying a handwriting input method panel covering the pinyin input method panel on the upper layer of the pinyin input method panel.
In addition, a closing icon can be arranged on the handwriting input method panel which is inserted and displayed, so that after a user selects a proper candidate character through handwriting input, the handwriting input method panel is closed and returns to the original pinyin input method panel. The present disclosure is to insert and display a handwriting input method panel on a current pinyin input method panel, and fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating the insertion of a handwriting input method panel on a pinyin input method panel according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
The use of the handwriting input panel for call insertion is the same as the use of the handwriting input panel for directly selecting the appearance of the handwriting input method among the input methods.
It can be found that the pinyin input method panel and the handwriting input method panel are combined in sliding, for example, a handwriting input method panel can be inserted into the current pinyin input method panel after a user slides to select characters with more than a set number of lines, and the handwriting input method panel can help the user to quickly call the handwriting input method panel to input characters when the user knows the character writing method but does not know the pinyin when using the pinyin input method. Besides, the handwriting input method panel can be triggered and called by sliding the selected characters beyond the set line number, and various other triggering conditions can be provided, so that the handwriting input method panel is more suitable for users to use. Therefore, the input method switching method is optimized, and a better input experience is provided for a user.
