Abstract
The invention relates to a panel movement mechanism of a wall-mounted unit, which comprises a front panel and also comprises: the driving gear is arranged in the wall-mounted unit and can rotate forwards and backwards; the concave surface of the arc rack is opposite to the front panel of the wall hanging machine, one of the concave surface and the convex surface of the arc rack is provided with a meshing tooth in transmission fit with the driving gear, and the front end of the arc rack is connected with the bottom of the front panel of the wall hanging machine; the guide mechanism is arranged in the wall-mounted unit and is matched with the other of the convex surface or the concave surface of the arc rack to ensure that the arc rack is in transmission fit with the driving gear. Technical Field

Background
An air outlet guide plate of a traditional wall-mounted air conditioner is generally exposed outside, and the air outlet guide plate and a shell of the wall-mounted air conditioner cannot be completely sealed and a large gap is reserved; in order to avoid dust entering from the position of the air outlet guide plate of the wall-mounted unit and enable the appearance of the wall-mounted unit to be more competitive, the wall-mounted unit with the openable and closable front panel is developed, and the front panel of the wall-mounted unit can just wrap the air outlet guide plate inside when being closed, so that dust is effectively prevented from entering the wall-mounted unit from the air outlet guide plate; and when the air-out guide plate is opened, the air-out guide plate can be exposed to realize air-out.
However, in the existing wall-mounted unit, the panel movement mechanism is generally driven by the planetary gear, so that the internal structure of the whole air-conditioning wall-mounted unit is very complex, the assembly is complicated, and the production cost is high.
Therefore, how to provide a more compact panel moving mechanism of a wall-mounted unit is a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the objectives of the present invention is to provide a panel moving mechanism of a wall-mounted unit, so that the panel moving mechanism is more compact, more convenient to assemble and lower in production cost.

In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, the invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a panel movement mechanism disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention.
The panel motion mechanism of the wall hanging machine disclosed by the invention comprises a front panel 3, a driving gear 1, an arc rack 2 and a guide mechanism which are arranged in the wall hanging machine, as shown in fig. 1, the driving gear 1 can rotate forward and backward under the driving of the driving device, and the circular arc rack 2 is used for driving the front panel 3 of the wall-mounted crane to open and close, specifically, the concave surface of the arc rack 2 is opposite to the front panel 3 of the wall-mounted machine, one of the concave surface or the convex surface of the arc rack 2 is provided with engaging teeth which are in transmission fit with the driving gear 1, the front end of the arc rack 2 is connected with the bottom of the front panel 3 of the wall-mounted machine, the guide mechanism is matched with the other surface of the arc rack 2 which is not provided with the engaging teeth, the arc rack guide device has the function of guiding the arc rack 2 to move, and ensures that the arc rack 2 is always in transmission fit with the driving gear 1.
It is easy to understand that for any arc, it has a concave surface and a convex surface, and in general, we can refer to the concave surface of the arc as the inner side of the arc and the convex surface of the arc as the outer side of the arc; in addition, referring to fig. 1, after the circular rack 2 is placed inside the wall hanging machine, one end of the circular rack is close to the front panel 3 of the wall hanging machine, which is defined as the front end of the circular rack 2, and the other end of the circular rack 2 is close to the rear panel of the wall hanging machine, which is defined as the rear end of the circular rack 2.
In consideration of the convenience of arrangement, in the panel movement mechanism disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the concave surface of the circular arc rack 2 is provided with the engaging teeth in transmission fit with the driving gear 1, and the guide mechanism is fitted with the convex surface of the circular arc rack 2.
The front end of the arc rack 2 is connected with the bottom of a front panel 3 of the wall-mounted unit, the driving gear 1 drives the front end of the arc rack 2 to extend out, and the guide mechanism ensures that the arc rack 2 is always meshed with the driving gear 1; and when the driving gear 1 rotates reversely, the arc rack 2 drives the front panel of the wall-mounted unit to move downwards on one side, and the bottom of the front panel is retracted inwards to finally coat the air outlet guide plate inside, so that the closing function of the wall-mounted unit is realized.
It can be seen from the above embodiments that the panel movement mechanism of the wall-mounted unit disclosed by the present invention can realize the opening and closing functions of the front panel, compared with the prior art, the present invention cancels a complex planetary gear mechanism, and realizes the expected movement of the panel only through the simple matching of the gear and the rack, which greatly simplifies the current panel movement mechanism, reduces the installation difficulty, and simultaneously reduces the production cost.
It is easy to understand that the driving gear 1 and the circular arc rack 2 may be in direct engagement transmission or indirect engagement transmission, and in consideration of convenience in design and installation, the driving gear 1 and the circular arc rack 2 in this embodiment are in indirect engagement transmission, specifically, an intermediate gear 4 is disposed between the driving gear 1 and the circular arc rack 2, one side of the intermediate gear 4 is in engagement transmission with the driving gear 1, and the other side is in engagement transmission with the circular arc rack 2, as shown in fig. 1.
Usually, the length of the wall-mounted unit is relatively large compared with the sizes in other directions, and in order to ensure the stability of the movement of the front panel 3 as much as possible, the circular-arc rack 2 is located at the middle position in the length direction of the wall-mounted unit in this embodiment.

After the auxiliary supporting mechanism is added, the driving principle of the panel motion mechanism disclosed by the invention is as follows: when the machine is started, the driving gear 1 directly drives the arc-shaped rack 6, and the arc-shaped rack 6 moves upwards under the matching of the arc-shaped guide groove 7, the first guide block 5, the guide groove 11 and the second guide block 8 to play a role of auxiliary support; meanwhile, the driving gear 1 drives the arc rack 2 to move through the intermediate gear 4, the lower end of the arc rack 2 extends forwards, on one hand, the front panel 3 is driven to move upwards, on the other hand, the bottom of the front panel 3 is driven to be opened outwards, and therefore the air outlet guide plate is exposed; when the machine is turned off, the driving gear 1 rotates reversely and closes the front panel 3.
In order to ensure that the auxiliary support mechanism can effectively support the front panel 3 when the front panel is opened, a clamping point 12 for the second guide block 8 to be embedded in can be arranged at the tail end of the guide groove 11, as shown in fig. 1.
