本发明涉及一种地基为石头的聚光光伏预埋地脚螺栓,属太阳能发电技术领域,包括预埋地脚螺栓本体和预埋地脚螺栓螺纹,所述预埋地脚螺栓本体和预埋地脚螺栓螺纹纵向连接在一起,该预埋地脚螺栓很好地利用了山区等地带地基为石头材质直接将该预埋地脚螺栓本体固定在石头内部,预埋地脚螺栓螺纹直接连接聚光光伏立柱支架相连,再加上利用便宜山区土地租金或者出卖金等的基础上,大大降低了整个聚光光伏发电系统的材料和建设成本,从而达到降低发电成本的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种地基为石头的聚光光伏预埋地脚螺栓,属太阳能发电技术领域。
背景技术
聚光光伏发电系统主要是利用透镜将太阳光线汇聚到聚光光伏电池芯片上,从而达到发电的目的,即聚光光伏整个发电系统都要跟随太阳的移动而转动,所以必须由柱子将聚光光伏发电系统支撑起来。目前所建立的聚光光伏发电系统一般都在相对平原地带,地基下面一般都是有土或者沙石等松软材质组成,聚光光伏发电系统基座都是由混泥土浇注而成,考虑到现使用平原地带的土地租金或者购买金相对很贵,这样就会带来整个发电成本的居高不下,另外,在石头地基上固定的预埋地脚螺栓除了要承受聚光光伏发电系统本身的重量外,还要承受因聚光光伏发电系统随太阳的移动过程中的重心变化所带来的拉扯力,故聚光光伏预埋地脚螺栓的设计尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种地基为石头的聚光光伏预埋地脚螺栓,该预埋地脚螺栓所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种地基为石头的聚光光伏预埋地脚螺栓,其特征是,它包括预埋地脚螺栓本体和预埋地脚螺栓螺纹,所述预埋地脚螺栓本体和预埋地脚螺栓螺纹纵向连接在一起。
所述预埋地脚螺栓本体为和预埋地脚螺栓螺纹相连的一端比另一端大5厘米。
所述预埋地脚螺栓螺纹的大小和预埋地脚螺栓本体粗的一端大小一致。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:该预埋地脚螺栓很好地利用了山区等地带地基为石头材质直接将该预埋地脚螺栓本体固定在石头内部,预埋地脚螺栓螺纹直接连接聚光光伏立柱支架相连,再加上利用便宜山区土地租金或者出卖金等的基础上,大大降低了整个聚光光伏发电系统的材料和建设成本,从而达到降低发电成本的目的。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种地基为石头的聚光光伏预埋地脚螺栓,如图1所示,包括预埋地脚螺栓本体1和预埋地脚螺栓螺纹2,所述预埋地脚螺栓本体1和预埋地脚螺栓螺纹2纵向连接在一起,所述预埋地脚螺栓本体1为和预埋地脚螺栓螺纹2相连的一端比另一端大5厘米,这样方便该预埋地脚螺栓本体1插入到石头地基内部,所述预埋地脚螺栓螺纹2的大小和预埋地脚螺栓本体1粗的一端大小一致,方便预埋地脚螺栓螺纹2直接连接聚光光伏立柱支架相连,同时也能保证在聚光光伏发电系统随太阳移动而运行时的牢固和稳定性。
在使用时,首先在石头地基相应位置钻上预埋地脚螺栓的孔位,然后将地基拉杆放置到石头地基表面上,最后将该预埋地基螺栓通过地基拉杆插入到相应的预埋地脚螺栓孔位上,用混泥土浇灌好预埋地脚螺栓孔位即可。
本发明中,作为变行实施例,预埋地脚螺栓本体和预埋地脚螺栓螺纹可以为一个整体,故本发明的权利保护范围以权利要求书限定的范围为准。
