Abstract

本发明提供了一种有效拓宽压气机流量范围的预旋消音装置,包括带有机匣处理的压气机蜗壳、带有预旋叶片的消音环和弹性挡圈,所述消音环布置在压气机蜗壳的进口处,通过弹性挡圈固定,所述消音环包括圆环本体和其内周向布置的若干具有预旋功能的弯扭叶片。相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下优势:该消音环在起到对压气机消音作用的同时,弯扭叶片能够对气流起到引导作用,产生预旋,从而拓宽压气机的稳定工作范围。

一种有效拓宽压气机流量范围的预旋消音装置
技术领域
本发明属于废气涡轮增压技术领域,尤其是涉及一种有效拓宽压气机流量范围的预旋消音装置。
背景技术
内燃机高功率密度和高原功率恢复的要求需要增压器压气机增压比不断提高。随着增压比的不断提高,叶轮进气口流速度不断增大,离心压气机内部流动转化为跨音速流动结构,从而使离心压气机稳定工作范围急剧下降。如果要达到涡轮增压器与车用发动机的良好匹配,要求离心压气机必须具备宽广的稳定工作范围。
拓宽高压比离心压气机稳定流量范围成为实现增压系统与发动机良好匹配的关键技术之一,同时在车用工况时,增压器的运行会带来较强的噪音。因此,需要提出了一种能有效拓宽压气机的流量范围在压气机。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种有效拓宽压气机流量范围的预旋消音装置,能在降低压气机噪音的同时,有效拓宽压气机的流量范围。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种有效拓宽压气机流量范围的预旋消音装置,包括带有机匣处理的压气机蜗壳、带有预旋叶片的消音环和弹性挡圈,所述消音环布置在压气机蜗壳的进口处,通过弹性挡圈固定,所述消音环包括圆环本体和其内周向布置的若干具有预旋功能的弯扭叶片。
进一步的,所述弯扭叶片可拆卸安装在消音环的圆环本体上,可根据使用工况,调整所述消音环内周向布置的弯扭叶片的数量和叶片弯扭角度。
进一步的,所述消音环的内径大于压气机蜗壳进口直径。
进一步的,所述弹性挡圈为一个开口圆环,开口圆环的两端分别设有一安装孔,通过圆环的自身弹性固定于安装环槽内。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下优势:
(1)该消音环在起到对压气机消音作用的同时,弯扭叶片能够对气流起到引导作用,产生预旋,从而拓宽压气机的稳定工作范围;
(2)结构简单,拆装简便,易于调节,具有很强的适用性。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
一种有效拓宽压气机流量范围的预旋消音装置,如图1所示,包括带有机匣处理的压气机蜗壳1、带有预旋叶片的消音环2和弹性挡圈3,所述消音环2布置在压气机蜗壳1的进口处,通过弹性挡圈3固定,如图2所示,所述消音环2包括圆环本体和其内周向布置的若干具有预旋功能的弯扭叶片4。
所述弯扭叶片4可拆卸安装在消音环2的圆环本体上,可根据使用工况,调整所述消音环2内周向布置的弯扭叶片4的数量和叶片弯扭角度。
所述消音环2的内径应大于压气机蜗壳1进口直径,不能影响压气机蜗壳1的进口的进气效率。
所述弹性挡圈3为一个开口圆环,开口圆环的两端分别设有一个安装孔,将消音环2安装到位后,套上弹性挡圈3,通过自身弹性,固定于预制环槽内,起到定位消音环的作用。
首先弯扭叶片4周向均匀分布于消音环2的内部,可根据使用工况调整数量与弯扭角度,如图2所示。利用弹性挡圈3将消音环2固定于压气机进口处,在失速状态下气流从压气机蜗壳1的机匣处理位置流出,流经消音环2上的弯扭叶片4时产生预旋效应,从而改变主气流的叶片进口气流角,有效的拓宽压气机的流量范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种有效拓宽压气机流量范围的预旋消音装置,其特征在于:包括带有机匣处理的压气机蜗壳(1)、带有预旋叶片的消音环(2)和弹性挡圈(3),所述消音环(2)布置在压气机蜗壳(1)的进口处,通过弹性挡圈(3)固定,所述消音环(2)包括圆环本体和其内周向布置的若干具有预旋功能的弯扭叶片(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有效拓宽压气机流量范围的预旋消音装置,其特征在于:所述弯扭叶片(4)可拆卸安装在消音环(2)的圆环本体上,可根据使用工况,调整所述消音环(2)内周向布置的弯扭叶片(4)的数量和叶片弯扭角度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的有效拓宽压气机流量范围的预旋消音装置,其特征在于:所述消音环(2)的内径大于压气机蜗壳(1)进口直径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的有效拓宽压气机流量范围的预旋消音装置,其特征在于:所述弹性挡圈(3)为一个带有弹性的开口圆环,开口圆环的两端分别设有一个安装孔,通过圆环的自身弹性固定于安装环槽内。
