本发明涉及一种辅梁支撑结构,在厂房立柱的前壁面设有前侧槽钢夹板,在厂房立柱的后壁面设有后侧槽钢夹板,后侧槽钢夹板与前侧槽钢夹板通过第一连杆相连,在厂房立柱的左壁面设有左侧槽钢夹板,在厂房立柱的右壁面设有右侧槽钢夹板,右侧槽钢夹板与左侧槽钢夹板通过第二连杆相连,右侧槽钢夹板的下端部与左侧槽钢夹板的下端部均架在后侧槽钢夹板的上端部与前侧槽钢夹板的上端部,在右侧槽钢夹板上固定有支撑牛腿。本发明安装时可以根据需要进行任意高度调节,本发明结构简单、成本低廉且不需要改变厂房原来结构。

本发明涉及一种支撑结构,本发明尤其是涉及一种辅梁支撑结构。
背景技术
工厂的厂房常常在靠近厂房立柱地方没有吊挂点或者可供设备安装用的支撑,当我们必须要借助厂房立柱时候,通常会在立柱上焊接一个牛腿。而这种方法改变了厂房原来结构,也影响美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、不需要改变厂房原来结构的辅梁支撑结构。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述辅梁支撑结构,它包括前侧槽钢夹板、后侧槽钢夹板、左侧槽钢夹板、右侧槽钢夹板、第一连杆、第二连杆与支撑牛腿;在厂房立柱的前壁面设有前侧槽钢夹板,在厂房立柱的后壁面设有后侧槽钢夹板,后侧槽钢夹板与前侧槽钢夹板通过第一连杆相连,在厂房立柱的左壁面设有左侧槽钢夹板,在厂房立柱的右壁面设有右侧槽钢夹板,右侧槽钢夹板与左侧槽钢夹板通过第二连杆相连,右侧槽钢夹板的下端部与左侧槽钢夹板的下端部均架在后侧槽钢夹板的上端部与前侧槽钢夹板的上端部,在右侧槽钢夹板上固定有支撑牛腿。
在右侧槽钢夹板长度方向的中部位置固定有所述的支撑牛腿。
本发明安装时可以根据需要进行任意高度调节,本发明结构简单、成本低廉且不需要改变厂房原来结构。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
该辅梁支撑结构,它包括前侧槽钢夹板1、后侧槽钢夹板2、左侧槽钢夹板3、右侧槽钢夹板4、第一连杆5、第二连杆6与支撑牛腿7;在厂房立柱8的前壁面设有前侧槽钢夹板1,在厂房立柱8的后壁面设有后侧槽钢夹板2,后侧槽钢夹板2与前侧槽钢夹板1通过左右两对第一连杆5相连,在厂房立柱8的左壁面设有左侧槽钢夹板3,在厂房立柱8的右壁面设有右侧槽钢夹板4,右侧槽钢夹板4与左侧槽钢夹板3通过前后两对第二连杆6相连,右侧槽钢夹板4的下端部与左侧槽钢夹板3的下端部均架在后侧槽钢夹板2的上端部与前侧槽钢夹板1的上端部,在右侧槽钢夹板4上固定有支撑牛腿7,支撑牛腿7用于支撑辅梁9。
在右侧槽钢夹板4长度方向的中部位置固定有所述的支撑牛腿7。
本发明将支撑牛腿7焊接在右侧槽钢夹板4上,右侧槽钢夹板4与左侧槽钢夹板3两对第二连杆6螺接,后侧槽钢夹板2与前侧槽钢夹板1通过两对第一连杆5螺接,安装时,可以根据需要进行任意高度调节,以及在哪个方向上与槽钢夹板焊接,进行相应调整,只要拧紧螺母将对应的夹板夹紧固定在厂房立柱上即可。

1.一种辅梁支撑结构,其特征是:它包括前侧槽钢夹板(1)、后侧槽钢夹板(2)、左侧槽钢夹板(3)、右侧槽钢夹板(4)、第一连杆(5)、第二连杆(6)与支撑牛腿(7);在厂房立柱(8)的前壁面设有前侧槽钢夹板(1),在厂房立柱(8)的后壁面设有后侧槽钢夹板(2),后侧槽钢夹板(2)与前侧槽钢夹板(1)通过第一连杆(5)相连,在厂房立柱(8)的左壁面设有左侧槽钢夹板(3),在厂房立柱(8)的右壁面设有右侧槽钢夹板(4),右侧槽钢夹板(4)与左侧槽钢夹板(3)通过第二连杆(6)相连,右侧槽钢夹板(4)的下端部与左侧槽钢夹板(3)的下端部均架在后侧槽钢夹板(2)的上端部与前侧槽钢夹板(1)的上端部,在右侧槽钢夹板(4)上固定有支撑牛腿(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的辅梁支撑结构,其特征是:在右侧槽钢夹板(4)长度方向的中部位置固定有所述的支撑牛腿(7)。
