Abstract
The invention relates to a coke can cover with a guide member and a rolling hanger, wherein the top of the coke can cover is provided with a front hanger, a rear hanger, a fire guiding device and a U-shaped guide member; the front hanger comprises a front hanger seat and a front rolling shaft, the rear hanger comprises a rear hanger seat and a rear rolling shaft, and the front rolling shaft and the rear rolling shaft are respectively arranged above the coke pot cover through corresponding hanger seat frames; the U-shaped guide piece is provided with a U-shaped guide groove, and the front rolling shaft, the rear rolling shaft and the U-shaped guide groove are arranged in parallel; the length of the inner side edge of the U-shaped guide piece is shorter than that of the outer side edge, and the bottom of the inner side edge is provided with a circular arc transition structure. Technical Field
The invention relates to a coke can cover, in particular to a coke can cover with a guide part and a rolling hanging bracket.
Background
The coke dry quenching is an important technology and process for saving energy and reducing emission in the steel industry, and is a method for quenching coke by gas-solid phase heat exchange between inert gas and red coke in a coke dry quenching furnace. The coke drum is a dry-quenched red coke loading device used to ship red coke pushed out of the coke oven coking chamber. After the coke tank is filled with red coke, the red coke is conveyed to the position below a dry quenching lifting derrick by a coke tank carrying vehicle and then lifted to a dry quenching loading device by a lifter to finish coke loading.
At present, the coke dry quenching coke tank is not covered in the transportation process of a coke tank carrying vehicle, and the coke tank is covered by a coke tank when a lifter lifts the coke tank. In the transportation process of the coke tank, because the red coke is directly combusted with oxygen in the air, a large amount of carbon dioxide is generated and discharged into the air, the energy consumption for coking is increased, and the atmosphere is polluted; in addition, the burning of coke in the coke drum may burn off the lining plate at the mouth of the coke drum, resulting in an increase in the maintenance cost of dry quenching.
Therefore, a coke pot covering and uncovering device I (shown in figure 1) is designed, a front tongue plate 3 and a rear tongue plate 4 of the coke pot covering and uncovering device I are used for hanging a coke pot cover II, a driving device 1 and a link mechanism 2 are used for adjusting the inclination angles of the front tongue plate 3 and the rear tongue plate 4, so that the coke pot cover II automatically moves along the upper edges of the front tongue plate 3 and the rear tongue plate 4 through a top rolling hanger, thereby completing the automatic covering and uncovering action on the coke pot III in the process of transporting the coke pot III by a coke pot carrier IV, and avoiding the adverse effect caused by the direct exposure of red coke in the coke pot III in the atmosphere.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a coke pot cover with a guide part and a rolling hanger, wherein the guide part is used for being matched with a guide wheel arranged at the top of a coke pot carrier loader and used as a moving alignment and cover adding/uncovering triggering mechanism; the rolling hanger is provided with a front rolling shaft and a rear rolling shaft which can respectively move along the front tongue plate and the rear tongue plate of the coke tank covering and uncovering device, so that the coke tank can be automatically covered/uncovered during the process of transporting the coke tank by the coke tank carrier loader; the coke tank cover is also provided with a fire guiding device, and the opening pressure value can be set by adjusting the balance weight.

a coke tank cover with a guide part and a rolling hanger comprises a coke tank cover, wherein a heat insulation layer and a sealing ring are arranged at the bottom of the coke tank cover; the top of the coke tank cover is provided with a front hanger, a rear hanger and a fire guiding device, and the outer side of the coke tank cover close to the front hanger is provided with a U-shaped guide piece which extends to the lower part of the coke tank cover and is provided with a downward opening; the front hanger is composed of a front hanger seat and a front rolling shaft, the rear hanger is composed of a rear hanger seat and a rear rolling shaft, and the front rolling shaft and the rear rolling shaft are respectively and horizontally erected above the coke pot cover through the corresponding hanger seats; the U-shaped guide part is transversely provided with a U-shaped guide groove, and the front rolling shaft, the rear rolling shaft and the U-shaped guide groove are arranged in parallel; the length of the inner side edge of the U-shaped guide piece is shorter than that of the outer side edge, and the bottom of the inner side edge is provided with a circular arc transition structure.
The fire-guiding devices are a plurality of fire-guiding pipes which are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the front and rear hanging brackets; the fire guide pipe is a 90-degree bent pipe, the vertical section of the fire guide pipe is connected with a fire guide hole at the top of the coke tank cover through a flange, the horizontal section of the fire guide pipe extends out of the coke tank cover, the pipe end of the horizontal section is provided with a sealing cover, and the sealing cover is provided with a balance weight.
The counterweight is replaceable and is provided with various weight specifications for selection within the range of 0-25 kg.
The depth of the U-shaped guide groove is 10-200 cm.
The front and rear rollers can be respectively arranged in 1 to a plurality.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the automatic cover adding/removing action in the coke tank transportation process is completed by matching with the corresponding coke tank cover adding/removing device, the structure is simple, and the normal use performance of the coke tank cover is not influenced;
2) the coke tank cover is also provided with a fire guiding device, and the opening pressure value of the outlet of the coke tank cover can be set by adjusting the balance weight, so that the pollution to the atmosphere can be further reduced compared with the conventional coke tank cover provided with a normally-open exhaust port;
3) the guide piece is used as a moving alignment and cover adding/uncovering trigger mechanism, and has simple, compact and light structure and strong practicability.

as shown in figures 2-5, the coke jar cover with the guide member and the rolling hanger comprises a coke jar cover II, wherein a heat insulation layer 9 and a sealing ring 10 are arranged at the bottom of the coke jar cover II; the top of the coke tank cover II is provided with a front hanger, a rear hanger and a fire guiding device, and the outer side of the coke tank cover II close to the front hanger is provided with a U-shaped guide part 14 which extends to the lower part of the coke tank cover II and is provided with a downward opening; the front hanger is composed of a front hanger seat 5 and a front roller 6, the rear hanger is composed of a rear hanger seat 7 and a rear roller 8, and the front roller 6 and the rear roller 8 are horizontally erected above the coke tank cover II through the corresponding hanger seats 5 and 7 respectively; the U-shaped guide 14 is transversely provided with a U-shaped guide groove, and the front roller 6, the rear roller 8 and the U-shaped guide groove are arranged in parallel; the length of the inner side of the U-shaped guide 14 is shorter than the length of the outer side, and the bottom of the inner side has a circular arc transition structure.
The fire-guiding device is a plurality of fire-guiding pipes 11 symmetrically distributed on two sides of the front and rear hanging brackets; the fire guide pipe 11 is a 90-degree bent pipe, the vertical section of the fire guide pipe is connected with a fire guide hole at the top of the coke tank cover through a flange, the horizontal section of the fire guide pipe extends out of the coke tank cover II, the pipe end of the horizontal section is provided with a sealing cover 12, and the sealing cover 12 is provided with a balance weight 13.
The counterweight 13 is replaceable and is configured with various weight specifications for selection within the range of 0-25 kg.
The depth of the U-shaped guide groove 14 is 10-200 cm.

In the transportation process of red coke, when the internal pressure of the coke tank III exceeds an opening pressure set value formed by the fire guiding devices through the balance weights, high-temperature flame can be sprayed outwards through the fire guiding devices, and the high-temperature flame can be prevented from emitting parts for burning the coke tank cover II and the coke tank carrier loader IV along the seam of the coke tank lining plate; when the internal pressure of the coke tank III is smaller than the set value of the starting pressure of the fire guiding device, the closed cover 12 automatically closes the outlet of the fire guiding pipe 11 under the action of the gravity of the counterweight 13, and the contact between the red coke in the coke tank III and the air is prevented. The set value of the starting pressure of the fire guiding device can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of the counter weights or adjusting the weight of the counter weight 13.
As shown in FIG. 6, the coke can cover application process of the belt guide and the rolling hanger of the invention comprises the following steps: discharging red coke from the coking chamber through a coke guide grid of a coke guide, loading the red coke into a coke tank III, and then drawing the red coke to the lower part of a coke tank cover adding and removing device I through a coke tank carrier vehicle IV; the coke tank cover II is hung on the front and rear tongue boards 3 and 4 of the coke tank cover adding and removing device I through the front and rear rollers 6 and 8, the angles of the front and rear tongue boards 3 and 4 are adjusted in advance through the driving device 1 and the link mechanism 2, and the height of the U-shaped guide part 14 is adjusted to a proper position; in the moving process of the coke pot carrying vehicle IV, after the top guide wheel 15 meets the U-shaped guide part 14 on the coke pot cover II, the top guide wheel 15 slides into the U-shaped guide groove 14, and drives the coke pot cover U-shaped guide part 14 to rotate downwards in the process of continuing to move forwards, so that the coke pot cover U-shaped guide part 14 is driven to rotate downwards, the front roller shaft 6 and the rear roller shaft 8 move forwards, the rear tongue plate 3 and the high point 4 move towards the low point, the coke pot cover II slides to the top of the coke pot from the coke pot cover adding and removing device I, and the cover covers the pot mouth to complete the covering action, thereby avoiding the direct combustion of the red coke and oxygen in the air, and achieving the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction. The coke jar cover II uncovering process can be completed by the reverse operation of the above processes.

3. The coke can lid with guide and roll hanger of claim 2 wherein the counterweight is interchangeable and is configured with a variety of weight specifications to select from 0 to 25 kg.
4. The coke can cover with guide and rolling hanger as claimed in claim 1, wherein the depth of the U-shaped guide groove is 10-200 cm.
5. The coke can cover with guide and roller hanger as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the front and rear rollers is 1 to more than one.
