Abstract

本发明公开了一种防水防霉型包装用纸护板，包括防潮层、折叠节点、龙骨、活性炭层、侧翼板、面板、基板，所述侧翼板一侧设置有面板以及设置在面板一侧的基板，所述基板上设置有防潮层，所述防潮层一侧设置有薄膜以及设置在薄膜一侧的吸水层，所述吸水层一侧设置有连接螺栓以及设置在连接螺栓一侧的活性炭层。本发明通过在纸护板中增加龙骨，极大地提高了包装纸箱两端的支撑力，使包装纸箱的整体强度得到有效的提高，其中通过设置的防潮层、薄膜、活性炭层和吸水层，将来自外部的破坏因素隔断，进而从内部进行杀菌和防潮的工作，保证了物品的干燥性，从而保证在运输或者存储中物品的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸护板，特别涉及一种防水防霉型包装用纸护板。
背景技术
目前，人们在日常生活中所使用的包装纸箱大多为瓦楞纸箱，一般在运输或者存储中，都会直接使用，但是往往在运输或者存储中发生潮湿和霉菌的现象，导致货物的质量下降。为此，我们提出一种防水防霉型包装用纸护板。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种防水防霉型包装用纸护板，通过设置的防潮层、薄膜、活性炭层、吸水层和连接螺栓，将其中的水分通过吸水层将其吸收，外部的影响由防潮层和薄膜将其阻断，连接螺栓使其结构更加紧密紧凑，可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种防水防霉型包装用纸护板，包括防潮层、折叠节点、龙骨、活性炭层、侧翼板、面板、基板，所述侧翼板一侧设置有面板以及设置在面板一侧的基板，所述基板上设置有防潮层，所述防潮层一侧设置有薄膜以及设置在薄膜一侧的吸水层，所述吸水层一侧设置有连接螺栓以及设置在连接螺栓一侧的活性炭层，所述活性炭层一侧设置有龙骨以及设置在龙骨一侧的折叠节点外包层，所述折叠节点外包层一侧设置有折叠节点。
进一步地，所述连接螺栓上设置有杀菌节点。
进一步地，所述活性炭层与吸水层通过连接螺栓连接。
进一步地，所述吸水层内部均填充有吸水棉。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：通过在纸护板中增加龙骨，极大地提高了包装纸箱两端的支撑力，使包装纸箱的整体强度得到有效的提高，受压后不易变形，从而确保了包装纸箱在存储及运输的过程中不易受到破坏，其中通过设置的防潮层、薄膜、活性炭层和吸水层，将来自外部的破坏因素隔断，进而从内部进行杀菌和防潮的工作，保证了物品的干燥性，从而保证在运输或者存储中物品的安全性。

下面结合说明书附图和实施例，对本发明的具体实施例做进一步详细描述：
如图1-2所示，一种防水防霉型包装用纸护板，包括防潮层1、折叠节点3、龙骨4、活性炭层6、侧翼板10、面板11、基板12，所述侧翼板10一侧设置有面板11以及设置在面板11一侧的基板12，所述基板12上设置有防潮层1，所述防潮层1一侧设置有薄膜2以及设置在薄膜2一侧的吸水层7，所述吸水层7一侧设置有连接螺栓8以及设置在连接螺栓8一侧的活性炭层6，所述活性炭层6一侧设置有龙骨4以及设置在龙骨4一侧的折叠节点外包层5，所述折叠节点外包层5一侧设置有折叠节点3。
本发明防水防霉型包装用纸护板，通过在纸护板中增加龙骨4，极大地提高了包装纸箱两端的支撑力，使包装纸箱的整体强度得到有效的提高，受压后不易变形，从而确保了包装纸箱在存储及运输的过程中不易受到破坏，其中通过设置的防潮层1、薄膜2、活性炭层6和吸水层7，将来自外部的破坏因素隔断，进而从内部进行杀菌和防潮的工作，保证了物品的干燥性，从而保证在运输或者存储中物品的安全性。
其中，所述连接螺栓8上设置有杀菌节点9，该做法的好处是将护纸板内部的菌类进行抑制，可以有效的进行防霉。
其中，所述活性炭层6与吸水层7通过连接螺栓8连接，该做法的好处是使得结构更加紧凑，将起作用发挥到最大化，同时使得缝隙减小，防止其他杂物进入其中。
其中，所述吸水层7内部均填充有吸水棉，该做法的好处是从内部进行防潮，将物品内部产生的水进行吸收，保证内部干燥的环境。
