Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗静电无纺布,包括依次设置的第一无纺布层、第一导电膜层、静电屏蔽层、第二导电膜层和第二无纺布层;其中,所述第一导电膜层和第二导电膜层为导电炭黑填充的树脂膜层;所述静电屏蔽层为金属丝网。本发明一种抗静电无纺布,结构简单,设计合理,其通过各层的合理设计,一方面提高了无纺布的本质阻燃性能,另一方面,增强了无纺布的整体结构强度,且质感和手感优异,综合性能好,市场前景广阔。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布领域,特别是涉及一种抗静电无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或者随机的纤维而所构成,是新一代的环保材料具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环利用等特点。无纺布本身不抗静电,在使用过程中通常会产生静电,影响使用的安全性。现有无纺布的抗静电改性,通常为在无纺布内编入若干金属丝,不仅无纺布的整体质感,而且抗静电性能不佳。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗静电无纺布,能够解决现有抗静电无纺布存在的上述问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种抗静电无纺布,包括依次设置的第一无纺布层、第一导电膜层、静电屏蔽层、第二导电膜层和第二无纺布层;其中,所述第一导电膜层和第二导电膜层为导电炭黑填充的树脂膜层;所述静电屏蔽层为金属丝网。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一无纺布层和第二无纺布层为细旦丙纶丝和氨纶丝的混合纺粘无纺布。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述细旦丙纶丝和氨纶丝的混合质量比为3~5:1~2。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一导电膜层和第二导电膜层为导电炭黑填充的PP膜或PE膜。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一导电膜层和第二导电膜层的厚度为10~50μm,所述导电炭黑的填充质量百分比为30~50%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述静电屏蔽层为金属膜层,厚度为10~50μm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种抗静电无纺布,结构简单,设计合理,其通过各层的合理设计,一方面提高了无纺布的本质阻燃性能,另一方面,增强了无纺布的整体结构强度,且质感和手感优异,综合性能好,市场前景广阔。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。

实施例1
一种抗静电无纺布,包括依次设置的第一无纺布层1、第一导电膜层2、静电屏蔽层3、第二导电膜层4和第二无纺布层5。
其中,所述第一无纺布层1和第二无纺布层5为细旦丙纶丝和氨纶丝以3~5:1~2的混合质量比制作的混合纺粘无纺布,赋予无纺布本质阻燃性能。
所述第一导电膜层2和第二导电膜层4为导电炭黑以30~50%的质量份数填充的PP或PE树脂膜层,膜层厚度为10~50μm。
所述静电屏蔽层3为金属膜层,厚度为10~50μm,一方面起到静电屏蔽的作用,另一方面,提高了无纺布的整体结构强度。另外,在金属膜层位于两层树脂膜层直接爱你,不影响无纺布的质感和手感。

Claims (6)
1.一种抗静电无纺布,其特征在于,包括依次设置的第一无纺布层、第一导电膜层、静电屏蔽层、第二导电膜层和第二无纺布层;其中,所述第一导电膜层和第二导电膜层为导电炭黑填充的树脂膜层;所述静电屏蔽层为金属丝网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电无纺布,其特征在于,所述第一无纺布层和第二无纺布层为细旦丙纶丝和氨纶丝的混合纺粘无纺布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗静电无纺布,其特征在于,所述细旦丙纶丝和氨纶丝的混合质量比为3~5:1~2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电无纺布,其特征在于,所述第一导电膜层和第二导电膜层为导电炭黑填充的PP膜或PE膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗静电无纺布,其特征在于,所述第一导电膜层和第二导电膜层的厚度为10~50μm,所述导电炭黑的填充质量百分比为30~50%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电无纺布,其特征在于,所述静电屏蔽层为金属膜层,厚度为10~50μm。
