Abstract
本发明公开了一种全自动化生物质燃料造粒机,包括机体、进料口和进料输送装置,机体上部设有进料口,进料口电机连接有切割轴,切割轴上均匀布有切割齿,进料口下端设有永磁铁,所述机体底端中部设有粉碎电机,粉碎电机上设有调速器,调速器上连接有粉碎轮,机体两侧设有加热器,机体左端设有成型模具,成型模具左端设有成型液压锤,成型液压锤上方设有液压缸,成型液压锤下端设有自动打包装置,机体底端两侧设有支撑脚,所述支撑脚下端设有减震垫。采用本发明,实现了生物质燃料造粒过程的全自动化,节约了人力物力,也满足了生物质燃料颗粒多样化的需要。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种造粒机,具体是一种全自动化生物质燃料造粒机。
背景技术
生物质燃料:是指将生物质材料燃烧作为燃料,一般主要是农林废弃物(如秸秆、锯末、甘蔗渣、稻糠等),主要区别于化石燃料。在目前的国家政策和环保标准中,直接燃烧生物质属于高污染燃料,只在农村的大灶中使用,不允许在城市中使用。生物质燃料的应用,实际主要是生物质成型燃料,是将农林废物作为原材料,经过粉碎、混合、挤压、烘干等工艺,制成各种成型(如块状、颗粒状等)的,可直接燃烧的一种新型清洁燃料。现有的生物质燃料造粒机需要人工进行投料,之后人工进行压缩后秸秆的处理,十分不便,此外现有的生物质燃料造粒机的造出的颗粒大且不均匀,严重影响着使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种全自动化生物质燃料造粒机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种全自动化生物质燃料造粒机,包括机体、进料口和进料输送装置,所述机体上部设有进料口,进料口右侧设有进料输送装置,所述进料输送装置下端设有支撑架,所述进料口左端设有切割电机,所述切割电机连接有切割轴,所述切割轴上均匀布有切割齿,所述进料口下端设有永磁铁,所述机体底端中部设有粉碎电机,粉碎电机上设有调速器,调速器上连接有粉碎轮,所述机体两侧设有加热器,所述机体底部左端设有成型模具,成型模具左端设有成型液压锤,所述成型液压锤上方设有液压缸,所述成型液压锤下端设有自动打包装置,所述机体底端两侧设有支撑脚,所述支撑脚下端设有减震垫。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述粉碎电机为伺服电机。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述切割电机通过减速器与切割轴相连。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述减震垫由缓冲材料制成。

所述一种全自动化生物质燃料造粒机,通过设有进料输送装置和自动打包装置实现了生物质燃料造粒机的全程机械化,大大提高了造粒机的工作效率,同时所设的切割齿和粉碎轮使得生物质燃料的颗粒更加满足燃烧的需要,且粉碎后的生物质燃料更加容易成型打包,不容易松散,减轻了运输过程中存在的燃料块散开的现象的产生。所设的减震垫也避免了造粒机工作过程中机体与地面振动而产生的噪音,保护了周围环境。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种全自动化生物质燃料造粒机,包括机体1、进料口6和进料输送装置18,所述机体1上部设有进料口6,进料口6右侧设有进料输送装置18,所述进料输送装置18下端设有支撑架17,所述进料口6左端设有切割电机7,所述切割电机7通过减速器连接有切割轴5,所述切割轴5上均匀布有切割齿4,所述进料口6下端设有永磁铁3,所述机体1底端中部设有粉碎电机13,所述粉碎电机13为伺服电机,粉碎电机13上设有调速器14,调速器14上连接有粉碎轮8,所述机体1两侧设有加热器2,所述机体1底部左端设有成型模具9,成型模具9左端设有成型液压锤11,所述成型液压锤11上方设有液压缸10,所述成型液压锤11下端设有自动打包装置12,所述机体1底端两侧设有支撑脚16,所述支撑脚16下端设有减震垫15,所述减震垫15由缓冲材料制成。
所述一种全自动化生物质燃料造粒机,通过进料输送装置18实现了生物质燃料的自动化进料,通过自动打包装置12实现了生物质燃料成型后打包运输的自动化,所设的切割齿4和粉碎轮8使得生物质燃料的颗粒更加满足燃烧的需要,且粉碎后的生物质燃料更加容易成型打包,不容易松散,减轻了运输过程中存在 的燃料块散开的现象的产生。所设的减震垫15也避免了造粒机工作过程中机体与地面振动而产生的噪音,保护了周围环境。通过在进料口6下方设有永磁铁3避免了生物质燃料中磁性物质对粉碎轮的影响,同时通过在机体内设有加热器2,可以将切割后的生物质燃料充分烘干,有利于后期燃料的燃烧。所设的调速器14可以调节粉碎轮8的旋转速度,进而达到不同的粉碎效果,满足了生物质燃料颗粒多样化的需要。

1.一种全自动化生物质燃料造粒机,包括机体(1)、进料口(6)和进料输送装置(18),其特征在于,所述机体(1)上部设有进料口(6),进料口(6)右侧设有进料输送装置(18),所述进料输送装置(18)下端设有支撑架(17),所述进料口(6)左端设有切割电机(7),所述切割电机(7)连接有切割轴(5),所述切割轴(5)上均匀布有切割齿(4),所述进料口(6)下端设有永磁铁(3),所述机体(1)底端中部设有粉碎电机(13),粉碎电机(3)上设有调速器(14),调速器(14)上连接有粉碎轮(8),所述机体(1)两侧设有加热器(2),所述机体(1)底部左端设有成型模具(9),成型模具(9)左端设有成型液压锤(11),所述成型液压锤(11)上方设有液压缸(10),所述成型液压锤(11)下端设有自动打包装置(12),所述机体(1)底端两侧设有支撑脚(16),所述支撑脚(16)下端设有减震垫(15)。
