Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
FIG. 2 is an exploded view of a key of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a key assembly of the present invention; see fig. 2 and 3.
The key disclosed by the invention comprises a key cap 22 and a key support 25, wherein the key cap 22 is buckled on the key support 25, a clamping groove 221 is formed in the inner wall of the key cap 22, an elastic locking key 26 is arranged on the key support 25 by matching with the clamping groove 221, and the elastic locking key 26 is clamped into the clamping groove 221 of the key cap 22 to fix the key cap 22.
When the key cap 22 needs to be replaced, the elastic lock key 26 is retracted from the position of the detent groove 221 to release the key cap 22 when the magnetic attraction force is applied from above the key cap 22. Thereby enabling replacement of the keycap 22.
It can be seen that in the present invention, the resilient locking tab 26 is retracted away from the detent groove 221 by magnetic force. Therefore, in the process of replacing the keys, only the magnetic attraction force is applied from the upper part of the key cap 22, and the whole machine does not need to be dismounted, thereby avoiding unnecessary loss caused by improper dismounting.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the elastic locking key 26 includes symmetrically disposed position-limiting posts 262, and a magnetically attractable return spring 263 is disposed between the position-limiting posts 262. Since the two ends of the resilient piece 263 are connected to the ends of the position-limiting posts 262, when the resilient piece 263 extends or retracts, the position-limiting posts 262 connected thereto are driven to move. The method specifically comprises the following steps: when the elastic return sheet 263 extends, the limiting posts 262 are pushed to extend outward, and the top ends of the limiting posts 262 are clamped into the clamping grooves 221 of the key cap 22 to fix the key cap 22. When the elastic return piece 263 contracts, the limiting column 262 is pulled to move inward, the top end of the limiting column 262 is separated from the clamping groove 221, and the key cap 22 is released. In the present invention, the top end of the limiting post 262 is the end inserted into the locking groove 221; the end of the limiting post 262 is connected to one end of the return spring 263.
In this embodiment, the elastic return piece 263 is a magnetically attractable elastic return piece 263. Therefore, when the magnetic attraction is applied from above the key cap 22, the return elastic sheet 263 contracts to drive the position-limiting column 262 to contract and separate from the position-limiting groove 221, and the key cap 22 is released.
In this embodiment, the elastic locking key 26 is provided with two position-limiting posts 262, and the key cap 22 is provided with two position-limiting grooves 221 at corresponding positions.
In an embodiment of the invention, two ends of the elastic return plate 263 are fixedly connected to the position-limiting posts 262. Referring to fig. 3, specifically, one end of the return elastic sheet 263 is fixed to the end of the left side limiting column 262, and the other end of the return elastic sheet 263 is fixed to the end of the right side limiting column 262.
The fixed connection has the advantages that after magnetic force is applied, the contraction force of the return elastic sheet 263 can be directly applied to the limiting column 262, and the reaction speed of the limiting column 262 is increased.
In order to provide the contraction force of the return elastic sheet 263, the limiting post 262 can be completely separated from the locking groove 221 when the key cap 22 is replaced, and unnecessary wear of the limiting post 262 caused by the replacement of the key cap 22 when the limiting post 262 is not completely separated from the locking groove 221 is reduced. The service life of the key holder 25 and the elastic locking key 26 is prolonged, and the efficiency of replacing the key cap 22 is improved. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the elastic latch 26 further includes a strong magnet 264, and the strong magnet 264 is disposed on the resilient return plate 263. Therefore, when magnetic attraction is applied from above the key cap 22, the strong magnet 264 brings the return spring 263 to contract.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, a strong magnet 264 is disposed on a lower surface of the return spring 263. Because the strong magnet 264 has a certain height, the advantage that the strong magnet 264 is arranged below the return elastic sheet 263 is that more contraction space can be provided for the return elastic sheet 263, i.e. the expansion space of the limit column 262 can be increased, the abrasion to the limit column 262 is reduced, and the key cap 22 can be replaced more quickly.
In one embodiment of the present invention, in order to prevent the elastic latching bar 26 from being separated from the key holder 25 during the process of replacing the key cap 22, the problem of losing the elastic latching bar 26 is likely to occur. Referring to fig. 2, a placement groove 252 for placing the elastic locking key 26 is formed at the bottom of the center of the key holder 25; round holes 251 are provided at both ends of the placement groove 252; the locking head of the elastic locking key 26 is inserted into the locking groove 221 of the key cap 22 through the circular hole 251. The locking head of the elastic locking key 26 may be the top end of the limiting column 262 in the above embodiments.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, to increase the useful life of the resilient latch 26. Referring to fig. 3, the elastic locking key 26 is provided with a limiting post 262, a flange is radially arranged on the limiting post 262, and a spring 261 is sleeved on the limiting post 262. Wherein, one end of the spring 261 is abutted against the inner wall of the placing groove 252 at the round hole 251, and the other end of the spring 261 is abutted against the flange of the limiting column 262.
In this embodiment, the spring 261 is a compression spring that, when assembled, provides a pushing force to the flange of the restraining post 262. Therefore, when the returning elastic piece 263 is contracted by the magnetic attraction, the spring 261 extends to drive the limiting post 262 to retreat, so that the top end of the limiting post 262 is separated from the clamping groove 221, and the key cap 22 is released, thereby realizing the replacement of the key cap 22.
In order to provide a better contraction space for the return springs 263. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the top wall of the key cap 22 is provided with a positioning hole 222 of the return spring 263. Therefore, when magnetic attraction is applied from above the key cap 22, the return elastic sheet 263 is retracted into the positioning hole 222, so that the return elastic sheet 263 is deformed more greatly, thereby ensuring that the limiting column 262 is separated from the clamping groove 221 better, and reducing the abrasion to the limiting column 262.
In one embodiment of the invention, the key support is better fixed in the key mounting hole of the whole machine. The key holder 25 is provided with a flange for locking the key holder 25 in the key mounting hole. The provision of the flange prevents the key holder 25 from being detached from the entire device during normal use of the key.
Example 2
On the basis of the above embodiment, the strong magnet 264 may be further disposed on the upper surface of the return elastic piece 263.
Example 3
On the basis of the above embodiment, under the condition that the strong magnet 264 is provided, the return elastic sheet 263 can be made of a common material, that is, the return elastic sheet 263 does not need to be made of a magnetic material, and can be made of other wear-resistant materials, so as to prolong the service life of the return elastic sheet 263.
Example 4
In addition to the above embodiments, the key cap 22 has a plurality of locking grooves 221 on its inner wall, and the locking grooves are symmetrical to each other. This has the advantage that it is not necessary to align the latching grooves 221 on the key cap 22 with the orientation of the spring catch 26 on the key holder 25, i.e. the key cap 22 does not need to be snapped onto the key holder 25 in a specific orientation.
Example 5
On the basis of the above-mentioned embodiment, the inner wall of the key cap 22 is provided with the annular retaining groove 221, which has the advantage that the key cap 22 can be directly fastened to the key holder 25 regardless of the placement direction of the elastic locking key 26 on the key holder 25.
Example 6
On the basis of the above embodiment, two ends of the return elastic piece 263 are movably connected to the limiting post 262. Referring to fig. 3, specifically, one end of the return elastic sheet 263 is movably connected to the end of the left side limiting column 262, and the other end of the return elastic sheet 263 is movably connected to the end of the right side limiting column 262.
The movable connection has the advantages that a certain moving space is formed between the return elastic sheet 263 and the limiting column 262, so that the elastic force of the return elastic sheet 263, which is influenced by the force always applied to the return elastic sheet, can be reduced, and the service life of the return elastic sheet is influenced.
Example 7
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of an exploded structure of a game pad according to the present invention. As described with reference to figure 4 of the drawings,
the game handle provided by the invention comprises a handle upper shell 41, a handle lower shell 44 and keys arranged in key mounting holes of the handle upper shell 41. Wherein the button includes: the button cap 22 and the button support 45, the button cap 22 lock is on the button support 45, is provided with the screens groove on the button cap 22 inner wall, cooperates the screens groove to be provided with the elasticity lock key 26 on the button support 45, and the elasticity lock key 26 card is gone into to fix the button cap 22 in the screens groove of button cap 22.
When the key cap 22 needs to be replaced, the elastic locking key 26 is retracted to be separated from the clamping groove and the key cap 22 is released when magnetic attraction is applied from above the key cap 22. Thereby enabling replacement of the keycap 22.
The elastic locking key 26 comprises limiting columns 262 which are symmetrically arranged, and a return elastic sheet 263 which can be magnetically adsorbed is arranged between the limiting columns 262. The limiting column 262 is provided with a flange in the radial direction, and the limiting column 262 is sleeved with a spring 261. Two ends of the resilient member 263 are connected to the ends of the posts 262, so that when the resilient member 263 extends or retracts, the posts 262 connected thereto are driven to move.
When the return elastic piece 263 extends, the limiting posts 262 are pushed to extend outward, and the top ends of the limiting posts 262 are clamped into the clamping grooves of the key cap 22 to fix the key cap 22. When the elastic return sheet 263 contracts, the limiting column 262 is pulled to move inward, the top end of the limiting column 262 is separated from the clamping groove, and the key cap 22 is released.
In summary, in the technical scheme provided by the present invention, the key cap has a locking groove on an inner wall thereof, the key holder is provided with an elastic locking key in cooperation with the locking groove, and the key cap is fixed by being locked into the locking groove of the key cap by the elastic locking key; and the elastic locking key is contracted to be separated from the clamping groove under the action of magnetic force. Therefore, in the process of replacing the keys, only the magnetic attraction is applied from the upper part of the key cap, and the whole machine does not need to be disassembled, so that unnecessary loss caused by improper disassembly is avoided.
In addition, in the invention, the disassembly machine needs the action of external magnetic force, thereby preventing the problem that the key cap is automatically separated from the key support under improper operation and keeping the normal use of the key. Meanwhile, the operation of replacing the keys can be completed only by the magnets, professional knowledge is not needed, the operation of a common user is facilitated, and the user experience is improved. Furthermore, in the invention, the keys can be freely replaced, and the keys with different colors, different hardness and different hand feeling can be designed to facilitate the selection of users, so that the users can use the keys by different users without buying a plurality of mobile phone handles, and the unnecessary cost of the users is reduced.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
