实施例5
一种治疗高血脂的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：丹参30g、沙苑子5g、水红花子25g、荷叶12g、玉竹20g、黄毛榕5g、夏枯草25g、黄精12g、鬼箭羽20g、蒟酱叶5g、桃仁25g、三棱12g、矮地茶20g、石斛5g、姜黄15g、胖儿草10g、焦神曲20g、黄珠子草5g、沙棘25g、薏苡仁10g、虎杖20g、丝瓜络5g、薤白25g、佛手12g、代赭石20g、甘草5g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗高血脂的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例64例，男36例，女28例，年龄40～70岁。
二、诊断依据：
(1) 西医诊断标准：正常饮食情况下，2周内2次测血清总胆固醇 (TC) 均≥ 6.0mmol/L(230mg/dL)，或甘油三酯 (TG) ≥ 1.54mmol/L(140mg/dL)，或高密度脂蛋白胆固 醇 (HDL-C) 男≤ 1.04mmol/L(40mg/dL)、女≤ 1.17mmol/L(45mg/dL) 者。
(2) 中医辨证标准：头晕，头痛，胸闷，面唇紫暗，神疲乏力，四肢欠温，脘腹胀满， 纳呆便溏，腰膝酸软，舌质暗红或紫暗或有瘀点瘀斑或有齿印、苔白或白腻，脉沉细或沉涩。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。十天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
(1) 治愈：临床症状、体征消失，实验室各项检查恢复正常；
(2) 显效：临床症状、体征基本消失，血脂检测达到以下任一项者：TC 下降≥ 20％，TG 下降≥ 40％，HDL-C 上升≥ 0.26mmol/L(10mg/dL)，TC-HDL-C/HDL-C 下降≥ 20％；
(3) 有效 ：临床症状、体征均有好转，血脂检测达到以下任一项者：TC 下降≥ 10％但 ＜ 20％，TG 下降≥ 20％但＜ 40％，HDL-C 上升 0.104mmol/L(4mg/dL) 但＜ 0.26mmol/ L(10mg/dL)，TC-HDL-C/HDL-C 下降≥ 10％但＜ 20％；
(4) 无效：治疗后症状、体征与血脂检测无明显改善者。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-8个疗程，痊愈43例，随访未见复发；显效12例，有效7例，无效2例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
刘某，女，52岁。患有高血脂1年，患者自觉头痛，眩晕耳鸣，体倦乏力，腰膝酸软，面唇紫暗。服用西药治疗一段时间，血脂有所下降，停药后不久，血脂再次升高。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，头晕头痛、体倦乏力等症状明显减轻；继续服用2个疗程，所有症状消失，血脂正常，治愈。半年后随访无复发。
病例2：
岳某，男，67岁。形体肥胖，近期出现：眩晕、胸闷、气短、肢体麻木、倦怠、心悸、目涩口干等症。经检查：血清总胆固醇 (TC)8.5mmol/L，甘油三酯 (TG)3.4mmol/L。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，眩晕、胸闷、气短等症得到缓解；继续服用3个疗程后，所有症状完全消失，血清总胆固醇 (TC)5.4mmol/L，甘油三酯 (TG)1.3mmol/L，痊愈。

1.一种治疗高血脂的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：丹参10-30份、沙苑子5-25份、水红花子5-25份、荷叶5-20份、玉竹5-25份、黄毛榕5-25份、夏枯草5-25份、黄精5-20份、鬼箭羽5-25份、蒟酱叶5-25份、桃仁5-25份、三棱5-20份、矮地茶5-25份、石斛5-25份、姜黄5-20份、胖儿草5-25份、焦神曲5-25份、黄珠子草5-20份、沙棘5-25份、薏苡仁5-25份、虎杖5-20份、丝瓜络5-25份、薤白5-25份、佛手5-20份、代赭石5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗高血脂的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：丹参20份、沙苑子15份、水红花子15份、荷叶10份、玉竹15份、黄毛榕15份、夏枯草15份、黄精10份、鬼箭羽15份、蒟酱叶15份、桃仁15份、三棱10份、矮地茶15份、石斛15份、姜黄10份、胖儿草15份、焦神曲15份、黄珠子草10份、沙棘15份、薏苡仁15份、虎杖10份、丝瓜络15份、薤白15份、佛手10份、代赭石15份、甘草10份。
