Abstract

本发明公开了胫骨平台后缘解剖钩钢板,接骨板的头部两端向外延伸,两端头呈圆弧状构成固定板,固定板中部垂直板面上设置有胫骨钩,沿接骨板竖向设置有螺钉孔,所述固定板板面的横向均匀分布设置有螺钉孔。所述接骨板上的板面不是平面,接骨板的中心部位稍有凸起。胫骨钩的数量是两个,钩的上端呈尖状,钩的下端逐渐扩大整体呈三角形状。本发明具有结构简单、固定牢固、操作方便、能有效的对胫骨平台后缘骨折及后交叉韧带撕脱性骨折的固定。

Description

胫骨平台后缘解剖钩钢板
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种解剖钢板,特别适用于胫骨平台后缘骨折及后交叉韧带撕脱性骨折时使用。
背景技术:
随着交通工具的增加,意外及车祸伤的发生率大大提高,导致骨折类型的增多,特别是复杂的骨折极大提升了临床的治疗难度。其中胫骨平台后缘骨折及后交叉韧带撕脱性骨折,增加了临床手术治疗的难度,现有的治疗手段是采用螺钉及其钢板固定,此类固定的缺点是,后侧胫骨平台及后交叉韧带之间采用钢板固定不牢固,还有的是采用克氏针固定治疗,也存在固定不牢固,而且还会导致骨折进一步错位,给患者带来很大痛苦,而且患者长期卧床并增大并发症的发生。
如何减少患者卧床时间,又能使胫骨平台后缘骨折及后交叉韧带撕脱性骨折后用钢板固定牢固,是本技术领域和临床医生的创新目标。
发明内容:
本发明的任务是提出一种对骨折治疗不仅固定牢固,而且能极大减少患者卧床时间及痛发症的胫骨平台后缘解剖钩钢板。
本发明的任务是这样完成的,其特征在于:接骨板的头部两端向外延伸,两端头呈圆弧状构成固定板,固定板中部垂直板面上设置有胫骨钩,沿接骨板竖向设置有螺钉孔,所述固定板板面的横向均匀分布设置有螺钉孔。所述接骨板上的板面不是平面,接骨板的中心部位稍有凸起。胫骨钩的数量是两个,钩的上端呈尖状,钩的下端逐渐扩大整体呈三角形状。
本发明具有以下效果:结构简单、固定牢固、操作方便、能有效的对胫骨平台后缘骨折及后交叉韧带撕脱性骨折的固定。

具体实施方式:
结合以上附图详细描述实施例,如图1和图2所示,接骨板体由接骨板1头部2、固定板3、螺钉孔4胫骨钩5和凸起6构成,接骨板体从主视面上看呈T型,所述接骨板的头部2两端向外延伸,两端头呈圆弧状,构成固定板3,所述固定板3板面的横向均匀分布设置有螺钉孔4,固定板中部垂直板面上设置有胫骨钩5,沿接骨板1竖向设置有螺钉孔。
所述胫骨钩的数量是两个,钩的上端呈尖状,钩的下端逐渐扩大整体呈三角形状,钩上端的钩尖能够插入胫骨平台后缘与交叉韧带贴附处,从而达到固定牢固之目的。
所述接骨板1上的板面不是平面,从侧视图上看接骨板的中心部位稍有凸起,设置凸起6的目的是在于手术时更好地与胫骨平台后缘与交叉韧带贴附牢固,方便固定。
手术时,患者行俯卧位,从腘窝窝处入路,纵行劈开腓肠肌内侧头,暴露胫骨平台及后交叉韧带进行复位,把接骨板带胫骨钩的这一面勾住暴露胫骨平台及后交叉韧带处,并通过接骨板的板面上的凸起与要固定处贴附好以后,通过螺钉孔分别拧入螺钉,从而对胫骨平台骨折及交叉韧带撕脱性骨折进行坚强固定。

1.胫骨平台后缘解剖钩钢板,其特征在于:接骨板的头部两端向外延伸,两端头呈圆弧状构成固定板,固定板中部垂直板面上设置有胫骨钩,沿接骨板竖向设置有螺钉孔,所述固定板板面的横向均匀分布设置有螺钉孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胫骨平台后缘解剖钩钢板,其特征在于:所述接骨板上的板面不是平面,接骨板的中心部位稍有凸起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胫骨平台后缘解剖钩钢板,其特征在于:胫骨钩的数量是两个,钩的上端呈尖状,钩的下端逐渐扩大整体呈三角形状。
