技术领域
本发明涉及健康检测领域,特别是指一种智能健康便携式检测设备。
背景技术
目前世界上亚健康人群所占比例巨大,其中亚健康人群的主要病症有心血管病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、内分泌疾病、糖尿病、肿瘤早期等。以心血管疾病为例,病人大多还患有多种慢性病,需要在医院检查的项目较多。因而患有急慢性疾病的亚健康人群需要花费大量时间和财物进行长期的身体健康检查和治疗,对工作生活都有很大影响。
但是现有的检测用仪器,如心电图监测仪,需十二点导联来检测人体电信号,体积大,操作复杂,普通人群无法方便携带并正确使用。目前发展成熟的个人智能健康监测产品集中于血压计、体温计、血氧仪等功能的实现,不能满足急慢性疾病患者需要便捷地进行多指标体征检测的需求。尤其很多检查需要采血化验,比如测血糖,患者非常渴望有替代的无创检查方法,方便日常家庭使用,以减少身体创伤。
现有个人健康监测产品在多指标检测的准确度方面与医院检查结果存在一定差别。在检测原理上,光电感应器与压电感应器等不同类型传感器有不同的使用范围。压电感应器探测的是肌肉伸缩运动的幅度,光电感应器检测的是分子的变化,比如PPG红外传感器进行血氧监测。在可见光范围,人体血液中可检测的主要吸收物质有血小板、氧合血红蛋白和胆红素等,在近红外光波长范围780-2500nm,血红蛋白、葡萄糖、蛋白质、激素等分子有吸收峰,这些物质是体检中需要检测的重要项目。
光电传感器使用的光线反射面的位置不同会直接影响光电接收器能否接收到信号和信号的强弱。由于人的个体体质千差万别,并且人体不同部位皮下血管与相应体表的距离长度有不同,所以如果智能健康便携式检测设备的光电发射器与光电接收器之间的距离固定,将使很多使用者无法检测到正确的人体信息,导致设备实用性大大降低。因而需要技术改进提高个人智能健康便携检测仪器的实用性,满足糖尿病患者、心血管疾病患者等需要同时监测多类指标的要求。

与所述光电发射器位于同一平面上,用于接收所述光电发射器的信号的光电接收器;
所述光电发射器固定在一面板上,与所述光电发射器对应的光电接收器位于固定在所述面板上、长度可调的外置拉伸杆上,通过调节所述外置拉伸杆的长度能够调整所述光电发射器与所述光电接收器之间的距离;或
所述光电接收器固定在一面板上,与所述光电接收器对应的光电发射器位于固定在所述面板上、长度可调的外置拉伸杆上,通过调节所述外置拉伸杆的长度能够调整所述光电发射器与所述光电接收器之间的距离;或
所述光电发射器固定在一面板上,与所述光电发射器对应的光电接收器位于固定在所述面板上、长度可调的内置拉伸杆上,通过调节所述内置拉伸杆的长度能够调整所述光电发射器与所述光电接收器之间的距离;或
所述光电接收器固定在一面板上,与所述光电接收器对应的光电发射器位于固定在所述面板上、长度可调的内置拉伸杆上,通过调节所述内置拉伸杆的长度能够调整所述光电发射器与所述光电接收器之间的距离。
进一步地,所述光电发射器与所述光电接收器之间的距离为0.5-5.5cm。
进一步地,所述光电发射器所发射信号的波长为300-2500nm。
进一步地,所述智能健康便携式检测设备还包括:
设置在所述主板上的陀螺仪,用于采集位置数据和加速度数据。
进一步地,所述智能健康便携式检测设备还包括:
设置在所述主板上的存储模块,用于存储所述光电传感器和陀螺仪采集的数据;
设置在所述主板上的通讯模块,用于将所述光电传感器和陀螺仪采集的数据通过USB线、无线和/或蓝牙方式发送至外部设备;
所述通讯模块还用于接收所述外部设备发送的信息。
所述智能健康便携式检测设备还包括:
设置在所述主板上的显示屏,用于显示所述通讯模块接收到的健康信息和所述光电传感器和陀螺仪采集的数据。
进一步地,所述智能健康便携式检测设备的外壳设置有可供条状束覆带穿过的孔,所述束覆带能够围绕待检测部位包覆。
进一步地,所述智能健康便携式检测设备为手持式检测器、指压式检测器、和佩戴式检测器;所述佩戴式检测器包括手腕带、脚腕带、手环、手表、头带、臂带等。
本发明的实施例具有以下有益效果:
上述方案中,智能健康便携式检测设备上设置有一组以上光电传感器,光电感应器能够检测到血液中特定分子的变化,在可见光范围,血液中可检测的主要吸收物质是血小板、氧合血红蛋白和胆红素等,在近红外光波长范围780-2500nm,血红蛋白、葡萄糖、蛋白质、激素等分子有吸收峰。由于这些物质都是体检中需要检测的重要项目,因此,通过一组以上光电传感器能够对用户的多种生理特征参数同时进行无创采集,使用可调节的拉伸杆解决了个体差异造成的设备采集信号无效等问题,使得用户及时获知自身的健康状况。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的实施例要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
本发明的实施例智能健康便携式检测设备,能够方便地对用户的生理特征参数进行监测,使用户及时获知自身的健康状况。
本实施例提供一种智能健康便携式检测设备,如图1所示,本实施例的智能健康便携式检测设备包括:
主板;
与所述主板电连接的一组以上光电传感器10,所述一组以上光电传感器10能够分别调整光电发射器或光电接收器位置以贴覆待检测部位并获取用户的生理特征参数。
本实施例的智能健康便携式检测设备上设置有一组以上光电传感器,光电感应器能够检测到特定分子的变化,在可见光范围,血液中可检测的主要吸收物质是血小板、氧合血红蛋白和胆红素等,另外在近红外光波长范围780-2500nm,血红蛋白、葡萄糖、蛋白质、激素等分子有吸收峰,因此,通过一组以上光电传感器能够对用户的多种生理特征参数进行采集,使得用户及时获知自身的健康状况。
其中,所述生理特征参数包括但不限于血氧、心率、呼吸率、血压、血糖、酶等蛋白质、激素等参数。
进一步地,每组光电传感器包括:
光电发射器;
与所述光电发射器位于同一平面上,用于接收所述光电发射器的信号的光电接收器;
如图2所示,光电发射器21固定在一面板20上,与所述光电发射器21对应的光电接收器23位于固定在所述面板上、长度可调的拉伸杆22上,通过调节所述拉伸杆22的长度能够调整所述光电发射器21与所述光电接收器23之间的距离;
或者如图3所示,所述光电接收器23固定在一面板20上,与所述光电接收器23对应的光电发射器21位于固定在所述面板上、长度可调的拉伸杆22上,通过调节所述拉伸杆22的长度能够调整所述光电发射器21与所述光电接收器23之间的距离。
或者如图4所示,所述两组光电接收器44固定在一面板43上,与所述光电接收器44对应的两组光电发射器41分别位于固定在所述面板43上、长度可调的外置或内置式拉伸杆42上,通过调节所述拉伸杆42的长度能够调整所述光电发射器41与所述光电接收器44之间的距离。
光电传感器使用的光线反射面的位置不同会直接影响光电接收器能否接收到信号和信号的强弱。由于人的个体体质千差万别,并且人体不同部位皮下血管与相应体表的距离长度有不同,所以如果智能健康便携式检测设备的光电发射器与光电接收器之间的距离固定,将使很多使用者无法检测到正确的人体信息,导致设备实用性大大降低。
因此,如图2-4所示,本发明实施例在面板上固定安装一个以上光电传感器的发射器或接收器,与其配对的接收器或发射器安装在拉伸杆的远端,通过调节各个拉伸杆的长度,使每个接收器都在最佳距离收到最强信号,并且每个拉伸杆可安装1个以上的发射器或接收器,光电传感器均通过电线与主板连接。本发明的智能健康便携式检测设备可方便每个用户调节拉伸杆的长度,接收到最佳信号,如图5所示,减少因个体差异造成的智能健康便携式检测设备无法正确接收信号的情况,减少数据处理错误和误导使用者的问题发生。
优选地,所述光电发射器与所述光电接收器之间的距离为0.5-5.5cm。
进一步地,所述光电发射器所发射信号的波长为300-2500nm。
进一步地,如图1所示,所述智能健康便携式检测设备还包括:
设置在所述主板上的陀螺仪11,用于采集位置数据和加速度数据。
进一步地,如图1所示,所述智能健康便携式检测设备还包括:
设置在所述主板上的存储模块12,用于存储所述光电传感器采集的生理特征参数和陀螺仪11采集的位置数据、加速度数据;
设置在所述主板上的通讯模块13,用于将所述光电传感器采集的生理特征参数和陀螺仪11采集的位置数据、加速度数据发送至外部设备。通讯模块13可以通过USB线、无线和/或蓝牙等方法传输光电传感器采集的生理特征参数到外部设备,使得外部设备根据生理特征参数分析出用户的健康信息;
进一步地,所述通讯模块13还用于接收所述外部设备根据所述生理特征参数返回的健康信息;
如图1所示,所述智能健康便携式检测设备还包括:
设置在所述主板上的显示屏14,用于显示所述通讯模块接收到的健康信息。
本实施例的智能健康便携式检测设备可定时开机来检测用户的生理特征参数,并可以通过通讯模块定时或在任何时候将用户的生理特征参数发送给外部设备,由外部设备安装的特定程序分析用户的健康状况,显示屏可以将光电传感器采集的数据、陀螺仪采集的数据、用户的健康状况显示给用户,以便用户随时了解自身的健康状况。
本发明的智能健康便携式检测设备可以是佩戴式智能健康腕带、手环或者手表或者头带或者臂带等,也可以是设置有一个以上光电传感器的无佩带的独立设备,如手机或者指压式检测器或者手持式检测器。
进一步地,所述智能健康便携式检测设备的外壳设置有可供条状束覆带穿过的孔,所述束覆带能够围绕待检测部位包覆设置,束覆带可以是腕带或者臂带或者头带或者臂带等。
进一步地,所述智能健康便携式检测设备的外壳还可以具有其他形状,比如可独立放置在桌面上的有支撑底座的检测器,或者有流线型外形的便于持握的检测器。
具体地,在智能健康便携式检测设备为手腕带时,用户在佩戴智能健康便携式检测设备时,智能健康便携式检测设备上的光电传感器与手腕桡动脉的位置相匹配;在智能健康便携式检测设备为脚腕带时,用户在佩戴智能健康便携式检测设备时,智能健康便携式检测设备上的光电传感器位于脚背正中足背动脉处。
如图6所示,本发明实施例的智能健康便携式检测设备的工作方法,包括:
步骤11,获取一个以上光电传感器采集的多组生理特征参数和陀螺仪采集的数据;
在智能健康便携式检测设备的主板上安装有300-2500nm波长范围内的一个波长以上的光电传感器,能够采集到用户的多组生理特征参数,如图5所示为一具体实施例中一特定波长光电传感器检测到的数据的示意图。
步骤12,将采集到的数据发送到外部设备;
外部设备可以是服务器、个人电脑或移动终端。
步骤13,外部设备根据所述多组生理特征数据,应用计算方法分析,获得用户的健康信息。
在外部设备中存储有健康信息数据库,外部设备能够根据接收到的数据结合健康信息数据库分析得到用户的健康信息。
本发明的智能健康便携式检测设备通过一个以上发射波长在300-2500nm波长范围内的光电传感器,在同一平面一定距离内检测脉搏中特定分子的反射光,可以获得用户的生理特征参数。该便携式设备可在手指动脉、桡动脉、足背动脉等皮肤表面进行脉搏检测,并采集陀螺仪数据,通过USB线、无线和/或蓝牙等方式传输数据到外部设备,可分析心血管系统、呼吸系统、血糖、胰腺、内分泌功能等多种生理指标,方便用户监查血氧、心率、呼吸率、血压、血糖、胰腺、内分泌功能等多种生理指标,实现对人体健康变化实时监控,方便有急慢性疾病的用户自我保健,尤其方便糖尿病患者、心脏病患者、胰腺炎等病症患者监测个人生理状态,并配合治疗使用。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种智能健康便携式检测设备,其特征在于,包括:
主板,与所述主板电连接的一组以上光电传感器;
所述一组以上光电传感器能够分别调整光电发射器或光电接收器位置以贴覆待检测部位,并获取用户的生理特征参数,所述生理特征参数包括脉搏、血压、血液中血糖、激素、氧合血红蛋白、和酶;
每组光电传感器包括:
光电发射器;
与所述光电发射器位于同一平面上,用于接收所述光电发射器的信号的光电接收器;
所述光电发射器固定在一面板上,与所述光电发射器对应的光电接收器位于固定在所述面板上、长度可调的外置拉伸杆上,通过调节所述外置拉伸杆的长度能够调整所述光电发射器与所述光电接收器之间的距离;或
所述光电接收器固定在一面板上,与所述光电接收器对应的光电发射器位于固定在所述面板上、长度可调的外置拉伸杆上,通过调节所述外置拉伸杆的长度能够调整所述光电发射器与所述光电接收器之间的距离;或
所述光电发射器固定在一面板上,与所述光电发射器对应的光电接收器位于固定在所述面板上、长度可调的内置拉伸杆上,通过调节所述内置拉伸杆的长度能够调整所述光电发射器与所述光电接收器之间的距离;或
所述光电接收器固定在一面板上,与所述光电接收器对应的光电发射器位于固定在所述面板上、长度可调的内置拉伸杆上,通过调节所述内置拉伸杆的长度能够调整所述光电发射器与所述光电接收器之间的距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能健康便携式检测设备,其特征在于,所述光电发射器与所述光电接收器之间的距离为0.5-5.5cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能健康便携式检测设备,其特征在于,所述光电发射器所发射信号的波长为300-2500nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的智能健康便携式检测设备,其特征在于,所述智能健康便携式检测设备还包括:
设置在所述主板上的陀螺仪,用于采集位置数据和加速度数据。
5.根据权利要求1所述的智能健康便携式检测设备,其特征在于,所述智能健康便携式检测设备还包括:
设置在所述主板上的存储模块,用于存储所述光电传感器和陀螺仪采集的数据;
设置在所述主板上的通讯模块,用于将所述光电传感器和陀螺仪采集的数据通过USB线、无线和/或蓝牙方式发送至外部设备;
所述通讯模块还用于接收所述外部设备发送的信息。
6.根据权利要求5所述的智能健康便携式检测设备,其特征在于,
所述智能健康便携式检测设备还包括:
设置在所述主板上的显示屏,用于显示所述通讯模块接收到的健康信息和所述光电传感器和陀螺仪采集的数据。
7.根据权利要求1所述的智能健康便携式检测设备,其特征在于,
所述智能健康便携式检测设备的外壳设置有可供条状束覆带穿过的孔,所述束覆带能够围绕待检测部位包覆。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的智能健康便携式检测设备,其特征在于,
所述智能健康便携式检测设备为手持式检测器、指压式检测器、佩戴式检测器中的一种;
所述佩戴式检测器包括手腕带、脚腕带、手环、手表、头带、臂带。
