本发明公开了一种鞋底,整体采用弹性材料制成,包括相互连接的外底和内沿,内沿与外底之间沿鞋底外侧周边开设有藏线槽,所述内沿与外底之间的内侧对应藏线槽开设有走线槽,所述内沿外侧,带有向下延伸的封闭凸沿,封闭凸沿在未受外力作用时紧贴外底上表面。本发明提供的鞋底能够采用封闭凸沿将藏线槽封闭,人们很难从鞋侧看出藏线槽的存在,从而使鞋体更加美观。本发明还提供了采用上述鞋底缝制鞋的方法和制造所述鞋底的模具。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋底。本发明还涉及一种采用上述鞋底缝制鞋的方法。本发明还涉及一种制造所述鞋底的模具。
背景技术
传统采用隐藏线缝合的鞋一般将藏线槽裸露在外,造成这类鞋必须有藏线槽的存在,而且藏线槽中的线不可避免会略有外露,从而影响鞋的外观。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够将藏线槽和外部缝合线隐藏的鞋底。本发明所要解决的技术问题还包括提供一种采用上述鞋底缝制鞋的方法。本发明所要解决的技术问题还包括提供一种制造所述鞋底的模具。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:鞋底,整体采用弹性材料制成,包括相互连接的外底和内沿,内沿与外底之间沿鞋底外侧周边开设有藏线槽,所述内沿与外底之间的内侧对应藏线槽开设有走线槽,其特征是:所述内沿外侧,带有向下延伸的封闭凸沿,封闭凸沿在未受外力作用时紧贴外底上表面。
本发明还提供了采用上述鞋底缝制鞋的方法:包括A、将鞋底放置于平整台面上,将与鞋底形状匹配的压块向下压紧内凸沿,进而促使内沿外侧处的封闭凸沿向上翘起,促使藏线槽露出外部;B、将帮面边沿置入所述藏线槽中,通过藏线槽和走线槽将帮面缝制在鞋底上。
本发明还提供了制造上述鞋底的模具:包括上模和下模,所述下模包裹外底底部和侧边,所述上模带有对应于内沿上侧的顶壁、对应于走线槽的内侧抽芯凸条和对应于藏线槽的外侧抽芯凸条,外侧抽芯凸条与模具主体采用薄金属片连接,所述上模向上抽芯。
本发明中,鞋底能够由封闭凸沿将藏线槽封闭,人们很难从鞋侧看出藏线槽的存在,从而使鞋体更加美观。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2所示,本发明提供的鞋底,整体采用弹性材料制成,包括相互连接的外底1和内沿2,内沿2内侧带有向内延伸的内凸沿3,内沿与外底1之间沿鞋底外侧周边开设有藏线槽4,所述内沿2与外底1之间的内侧对应藏线槽4开设有走线槽5,所述内沿2外侧,带有向下延伸的封闭凸沿6,封闭凸沿6在未受外力作用时紧贴外底1上表面。为了使内凸沿2在受到压迫时能够更加顺利地促使封闭凸沿6联动翘起,内凸沿3中间隔设置有多个金属弹片7。
参照图1、图2所示,本发明提供的采用上述鞋底缝制鞋的方法,包括A、将鞋底放置于平整台面上,将与鞋底形状匹配的压块8向下压紧内凸沿3,进而促使内沿2外侧处的封闭凸沿6向上翘起,促使藏线槽4露出外部;B、将帮面边沿置入所述藏线槽4中,通过藏线槽4和走线槽5将帮面缝制在鞋底上。
参照图3所示,本发明提供的制造上述鞋底的模具,包括上模9和下模10,所述下模10包裹外底1底部和侧边,所述上模9带有对应于内沿2上侧的顶壁、对应于走线槽的内侧抽芯凸条11和对应于藏线槽4的外侧抽芯凸条12,外侧抽芯凸条12与模具主体采用薄金属片13连接,所述上模9向上抽芯。

Claims (5)

1.一种鞋底,整体采用弹性材料制成,包括相互连接的外底和内沿,内沿与外底之间沿鞋底外侧周边开设有藏线槽,所述内沿与外底之间的内侧对应藏线槽开设有走线槽,其特征是:所述内沿外侧,带有向下延伸的封闭凸沿,封闭凸沿在未受外力作用时紧贴外底上表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鞋底,其特征是:所述内沿内侧带有向内延伸的内凸沿。
3.根据权利要求2所述的鞋底,其特征是:所述内凸沿中间隔设置有多个金属弹片。
4.一种采用权利要求2所述鞋底缝制鞋的方法,其特征是:包括A、将鞋底放置于平整台面上,将与鞋底形状匹配的压块向下压紧内凸沿,进而促使内沿外侧处的封闭凸沿向上翘起,促使藏线槽露出外部;B、将帮面边沿置入所述藏线槽中,通过藏线槽和走线槽将帮面缝制在鞋底上。
5.一种制造权利要求1或2所述鞋底的模具,其特征是:包括上模和下模,所述下模包裹外底底部和侧边,所述上模带有对应于内沿上侧的顶壁、对应于走线槽的内侧抽芯凸条和对应于藏线槽的外侧抽芯凸条,外侧抽芯凸条与模具主体采用薄金属片连接,所述上模向上抽芯。
