Compared with the prior art, the system starting device provided by the embodiment of the invention starts the second system only when the th device information acquired by the th system is successfully matched with the second device information acquired by the th system from the loading file of the second system, so that the system replacement of the electronic device can be prevented, and the random safety of the electronic device can be effectively ensured.
