The invention relates to the yarn processing industry, in particular to a textile machine, in particular to a twisting machine.
Background
When the existing thread processing industry, textile machinery and twisting machines are used, two or more threads are twisted into one thread under the action of the twisting machine. In actual work, the twisted yarn is sometimes broken and the unbroken yarn is twisted continuously, but the twisted yarn with less yarn does not meet the product requirement; in actual work, twisted yarns are sometimes wound on a roller shaft or a compression roller, an operator cannot find that the yarns are continuously wound in time, and the continuously wound yarns only can be used as waste yarns, so that the yield is reduced, the rework rate is high, and the cost is increased; operators need to check the ingot by ingot and machine by machine frequently, and the labor intensity is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a switch, a yarn breaking device and a yarn breaking and winding display device capable of detecting a yarn breaking signal and a yarn winding signal, which can quickly cut other unbroken yarns when only one yarn is broken during yarn twisting, immediately stop the yarn twisting state of less yarns and send a yarn breaking signal to an operator; when the twisted wire is wound on the roller shaft or the pressing roller, the wire is cut off, the wire winding state is immediately stopped, and a wire winding signal is sent to an operator; the signal lamp is arranged at the wire breaking position and is convenient to install and observe, so that an operator can observe the signal lamp to remove faults in time, and the labor intensity of the operator is reduced.
In order to solve the above task, the solution adopted by the invention is as follows: the existing twisting machine is provided with a frame, an electric appliance, a twisting roll and a forming mechanism, and is characterized in that: the device is additionally provided with a yarn breaking switch, a yarn guide hook is fixed on the yarn breaking switch, the yarn breaking switch is fixed on a hanger of the twisting machine through a bolt, when a yarn is broken, the yarn breaking switch works, the electric device is used for controlling the yarn breaking device to work to rapidly cut the unbroken yarn, the yarn-less twisting state is immediately stopped, and a yarn breaking signal is sent to an operator; the device is provided with a yarn breaking device which is arranged on a yarn doubling device bracket and consists of a supporting plate, a yarn doubling device, an electromagnet and a cutting knife, and when twisted yarns are wound on a roller shaft or a rubber press roller, the yarn breaking device works to immediately stop the working state of the wound yarns; the winding switch is arranged and fixed on each of the left and right sides of the compression roller bracket; the display lamp is arranged at the position of the broken wire and is convenient to install and observe, and an operator can timely remove the fault by seeing the display lamp.
A wire breaking switch: wire guides are welded on the left and right sides of the bottom plate, and the inner sides of the wire guides must meet the requirement that the swing rod moves freely inside; the connecting rod plays a role in fixing two sides of the wire guide hook and limiting the swing rod, the pin shaft is used for fixing, an insulating plate is arranged between the fixed contact and the bottom plate, the swing rod of the switch wire A and the swing rod of the switch wire B are integrated with the arm rod and the movable contact, a round hole is arranged between the swing rod and the arm rod and corresponds to the installation size of the pin shaft, one of the round holes is welded with a balance weight, the silk thread enters the notch of the wire guide hook to slide downwards during operation, the swing rod is shifted by the silk thread to rotate, the movable contact is separated from the fixed contact, the switch wire A and the switch wire B are disconnected, and the silk breaking device and the silk breaking; when the wire is broken, otherwise, the wire is conducted, and the wire breaking switch is in an on state, so that the function of controlling the electromagnet can be achieved.
Winding a wire switch: the wire winding switch bottom plate is provided with a shaft, an insulating seat, a fixed contact and a spring, the switch bottom plate is connected with the left part and the right part in a gap of the compression roller support through adjusting screws, a pressing plate is fixed on the compression roller support through pressing plate screws below the switch bottom plate, the switch bottom plate enables the switch bottom plate to move up and down for a certain distance through the adjusting screws in the gap of the compression roller support, a nylon block is arranged in a U-shaped groove of the compression roller support to limit the moving range of a compression roller shaft, a rotating arm is arranged on the shaft, the compression roller shaft moves up and down when the compression roller shaft winds a wire or a roller shaft winds a wire, the spring enables a bearing to rotate to drive the movable contact to contact with the fixed contact to enable a switch wire B and the switch wire A to be conducted.
A wire breaking device: the device is arranged on an original doubling winder bracket, and consists of a support plate, a doubling winder, an electromagnet, a slide block, a cutting knife, a screw and a connecting plate, and the mutual installation positions of the device and the device are shown in figure 5. The cutting knife is circular, a mounting hole is arranged at the center of the circle, N evenly distributed holes are formed in the circle, when one cutting edge of the cutting knife cannot be used, a hook penetrates through the circular arc groove in the figure 7 downwards to penetrate through the evenly distributed holes in the circle of the cutting knife and is pulled backwards, so that the cutting knife rotates for a certain distance, and the purpose of replacing the cutting edge is achieved; the cutting knife is arranged on the lower plane of the doubling device, and the cutting edge of the cutting knife has a certain distance from the doubling thread. When the switch is on, the electromagnet is electrified, and the electromagnet iron core drives 35 the connecting plate to drive the cutting knife to move forward to cut off the wire.
The signal display lamp is composed of a broken wire display lamp and a wound wire display lamp, is connected with a power supply and a lead, and is respectively controlled by a broken wire switch and a wound wire switch. The display lamp can be arranged at the position of the broken wire and is convenient to install and observe.
When the device is operated, the silk thread enters from the notch of the silk guide hook and slides downwards, the silk thread toggles the swing rod to rotate, the movable contact is separated from the fixed contact, the switch wire A and the switch wire B are disconnected, namely the silk breaking switch is in a closed state, the electromagnet is not electrified, and the cutting knife and the silk breaking indicator lamp do not work; when a wire is broken, the oscillating bar loses resistance, the movable contact and the fixed contact are conducted under the action of the gravity of the arm lever or the counterweight, namely, the wire breaking switch is in an on state, the electromagnet is powered on, the cutting knife works to cut off the wire, and the wire breaking display lamp works; when in the other case; when the twisted wire is wound on the roller shaft or the rubber press roller, the rubber press roller moves upwards to enable the wire winding switch to be switched on to enable the electromagnet to be electrified, the push rod drives the cutting knife to move forwards to cut off the wire, and meanwhile, the wire winding display lamp works.
Due to the adoption of the solution, the twisted yarn is sometimes broken by one, and the unbroken yarn is immediately cut off, so that the monofilament is prevented from being twisted continuously; when the twisted silk threads are wound on the roller shafts or the rubber compression rollers, the silk breaking device cuts the silk threads and sends signals of breaking and winding the silk threads for operators; the broken and winding signal display lamp is arranged at the broken wire position and is convenient to mount and observe, so that the operator can conveniently observe. The scheme has the advantages of simple design, low investment, raw material saving, yield improvement and convenient operation.

In order to better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the following detailed description is made by specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings:
firstly, please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of the mutual positions of the wire breaking switch 4, the wire breaking device 6, the wire winding switch 10, and the wire breaking and winding display lamp of the present invention; fig. 2 to 4 are schematic views of the wire break switch 4, and fig. 5 to 8 are schematic views of the wire break device 6; fig. 9 to 13 are schematic views of the winding switch. The winding switch 10 shown in fig. 9 to 13; the winding switch 10 is arranged on the left and the right of the compression roller bracket 55, a shaft 46 is arranged on a winding switch bottom plate 56, an insulating base 52 and a fixed contact 51 are arranged on the winding switch bottom plate 56, the spring 44, the switch bottom plate 56 is connected to the left and right of the gap of the pressure roller bracket 55 by the adjusting screw 49, the lower surface of the switch bottom plate 56 is fixed on the pressure roller bracket 55 by the pressure plate 54 by the pressure plate screw, the switch bottom plate 56 can move up and down a certain distance in the gap of the pressure roller bracket 55 by the adjusting screw 49, the nylon block 47 is arranged in the U-shaped groove of the pressure roller bracket 55 to limit the moving range of the pressure roller shaft, the rotating arm 45 is arranged on the shaft 46, the pressure roller shaft 9 moves up and down when the pressure roller 9 shaft or the roller shaft winds the wire, the spring 44 rotates the bearing 48 to drive the movable contact 50 to rotate to contact with the fixed contact 51 to conduct the switch wire B42 and the switch wire A43 to a switch-on state, and the.
The thread breaking device 6 shown in fig. 5 to 6; the thread breaking device is arranged on a bracket of the doubling winder 7 and consists of a supporting plate 32, the doubling winder 7, an electromagnet 34, a connecting plate 35, a pin 36, a slide block 37, a cutting knife 38 and a screw 39, and the mutual installation positions of the thread breaking device and the pin 36, the slide block 37, the cutting knife 38 and the screw 39 are shown in figure 5. The cutting knife 38 is circular, a mounting hole is arranged at the center of the circle, a plurality of uniformly distributed holes are formed in the circle, when a cutting edge cannot be used, hooks are used for penetrating through the uniformly distributed holes in the circle of the cutting knife downwards through the circular arc groove in the figure 7 and pulling backwards to enable the cutting knife to rotate for a distance, and the purpose of replacing the cutting edge is achieved; the cutting knife 38 is arranged on the lower plane of the doubling device 7, and the cutting edge of the cutting knife 38 has a working distance from the doubling thread. When the switch is on, the electromagnet 34 is electrified, and the electromagnet core drives the connecting plate 35 to drive the pin 36, the slide block 37 and the cutting knife 38 to move forward to cut off the wire.
The wire breaking and winding display lamp 3 is connected with a power supply and a lead wire, and the wire breaking switch 4 and the wire winding switch 6 are respectively controlled. The wire breaking and winding display lamp 3 is arranged at the wire breaking position and is convenient to install and observe.
The use of the yarn breaking switch 4, the yarn winding switch 10, the yarn breaking device 6, and the yarn breaking and winding indicator lamp 3 in the twisting machine according to the present invention will now be described as follows: when the device is operated, the silk thread 1 enters from the notch of the silk guide hook 5 and slides downwards, the silk thread 1 dials the swing rod 24 to rotate, the movable contact 26 is separated from the fixed contact 19, the bottom plate lead 17 is disconnected with the fixed contact lead 18, the wire breaking switch 4 is in a disconnected state, the electromagnet 33 is not electrified, the cutter 38 is cut off, and the wire breaking and winding display lamp 3 does not work; when a broken wire exists, the swing rod 24 loses resistance, the movable contact 26 is conducted with the fixed contact 19 under the action of the gravity of the arm rod 27 and the balance weight 16, the bottom plate lead 17 and the fixed contact lead 18 are conducted, namely, the broken wire switch 4 is in a conducting state, the electromagnet 33 is conducted, and the electromagnet iron core drives the connecting plate 35 to drive the pin 36, the sliding block 37 and the cutting knife 38 to move forwards to cut off the wire and the broken wire indicator lamp 3 works; when the winding indicator works, the press roller shaft winds the wire or the roller shaft 11 winds the wire and moves upwards, so that the bearing 48 rotates to drive the movable contact 50 to rotate to contact with the fixed contact 51 to conduct the switch wire B42 and the switch wire A43, namely, the winding switch 4 is in a conducting state, the electromagnet 34 is conducted, the iron core of the electromagnet 34 drives the connecting plate 35 to drive the pin 36, the sliding block 37 and the cutting knife 38 to move forwards to cut off the wire and the winding indicator works.
