本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀合金搅拌罐罐体,该罐体毛坯中化学成分重量百分比为:1.5%≤C≤1.9%,1.2%≤Si≤1.4%,0.6%≤Mn≤0.8%,0.004%≤P≤0.009%,0.003%≤S≤0.009%,0.4%≤Ti≤0.8%,1.2%≤Cr≤1.4%,0.008≤B≤0.018%,0.08%≤V≤0.12%,0.05%≤Cs≤0.09%,0.02%≤W≤0.08%,0.03%≤Pb≤0.08%,0.002%≤Y≤0.005%,余量为铁及不可避免的杂质;本发明使其利于大批量的工业化生产,并减少了铸造过程中出现夹污、充不满的现象,罐体抗腐蚀性能进一步改善,节约了产品用料,具有防断裂的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工罐体领域,具体属于一种耐腐蚀合金搅拌罐罐体。
背景技术
化工搅拌罐因工况及其恶劣,因而对罐体材料、曲轴尺寸精度、表面粗糙度、热处理和表面强化、动平衡等要求十分严格。在大批量生产的条件下,传统工艺已不能满足当前设计和生产需求,在长时间、路况起伏情况下,搅拌罐容易过早出现失效或划伤,严重影响搅拌罐的寿命和整机可靠性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐腐蚀合金搅拌罐罐体,使其利于大批量的工业化生产,并减少了铸造过程中出现夹污、充不满的现象,罐体抗腐蚀性能进一步改善,节约了产品用料,具有防断裂的性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐腐蚀合金搅拌罐罐体,该罐体毛坯中化学成分重量百分比为:1.5%≤C≤1.9%,1.2%≤Si≤1.4%,0.6%≤Mn≤0.8%,0.004%≤P≤0.009%,0.003%≤S≤0.009%,0.4%≤Ti≤0.8%,1.2%≤Cr≤1.4%,0.008≤B≤0.018%,0.08%≤V≤0.12%,0.05%≤Cs≤0.09%,0.02%≤W≤0.08%,0.03%≤Pb≤0.08%,0.002%≤Y≤0.005%,余量为铁及不可避免的杂质;将该罐体毛坯升温至650~725℃,同时以1.5-1.8L/min送入氨气,炉压控制在0.2-0.4Pa,然后进行盐浴淬火,盐浴处理温度为140-150℃,盐浴处理保温时间为0.4-0.9h,熔盐各成分重量比为:纯碱13-15份、氯化镁4-6份、碳酸铁8-10份、硫酸钾3.5-4.5份、硅油3.5-5.5份。
该罐体毛坯升温至685℃,同时以1.65L/min送入氨气,炉压控制在0.3Pa,然后进行盐浴淬火,盐浴处理温度为145℃,盐浴处理保温时间为0.65h,熔盐各成分重量比为:纯碱14份、氯化镁5份、碳酸铁9份、硫酸钾4份、硅油4份。
本发明使其利于大批量的工业化生产,并减少了铸造过程中出现夹污、充不满的现象,罐体抗腐蚀性能进一步改善,节约了产品用料,具有防断裂的性能。
本发明的力学性能检测数据如下:
伸长率 δ5 (%):≥12
断面收缩率 ψ (%):≥28
冲击功 Akv (J):≥31
冲击韧性值 αkv (J/cm2):≥32
硬度 :≤30HB。
具体实施方式
一种耐腐蚀合金搅拌罐罐体,该罐体毛坯中化学成分重量百分比为:1.6%≤C≤1.8%,1.25%≤Si≤1.35%,0.65%≤Mn≤0.75%,0.005%≤P≤0.008%,0.004%≤S≤0.008%,0.5%≤Ti≤0.7%,1.25%≤Cr≤1.35%,0.01≤B≤0.016%,0.09%≤V≤0.11%,0.06%≤Cs≤0.08%,0.03%≤W≤0.07%,0.03%≤Pb≤0.08%,0.002%≤Y≤0.005%,余量为铁及不可避免的杂质;将该罐体毛坯升温至685℃,同时以1.65L/min送入氨气,炉压控制在0.3Pa,然后进行盐浴淬火,盐浴处理温度为145℃,盐浴处理保温时间为0.65h,熔盐各成分重量比为:纯碱14份、氯化镁5份、碳酸铁9份、硫酸钾4份、硅油4份。

1.一种耐腐蚀合金搅拌罐罐体,其特征在于,该罐体毛坯中化学成分重量百分比为:1.5%≤C≤1.9%,1.2%≤Si≤1.4%,0.6%≤Mn≤0.8%,0.004%≤P≤0.009%,0.003%≤S≤0.009%,0.4%≤Ti≤0.8%,1.2%≤Cr≤1.4%,0.008≤B≤0.018%,0.08%≤V≤0.12%,0.05%≤Cs≤0.09%,0.02%≤W≤0.08%,0.03%≤Pb≤0.08%,0.002%≤Y≤0.005%,余量为铁及不可避免的杂质;将该罐体毛坯升温至650~725℃,同时以1.5-1.8L/min送入氨气,炉压控制在0.2-0.4Pa,然后进行盐浴淬火,盐浴处理温度为140-150℃,盐浴处理保温时间为0.4-0.9h,熔盐各成分重量比为:纯碱13-15份、氯化镁4-6份、碳酸铁8-10份、硫酸钾3.5-4.5份、硅油3.5-5.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐腐蚀合金搅拌罐罐体,其特征在于,该罐体毛坯升温至685℃,同时以1.65L/min送入氨气,炉压控制在0.3Pa,然后进行盐浴淬火,盐浴处理温度为145℃,盐浴处理保温时间为0.65h,熔盐各成分重量比为:纯碱14份、氯化镁5份、碳酸铁9份、硫酸钾4份、硅油4份。
