本发明公开一种医用拆线钩刀,包括套筒,套筒内设有与套筒滑动配合的刀杆,刀杆的上端与下端均伸出套筒;套筒内设有限位腔,刀杆外壁设有与限位腔形成配合的卡挡,位于限位腔的刀杆外壁套设有复位弹簧;套筒下端还设有弯钩,刀杆下端设有刀片;使用时,刀片能够与弯钩上的缝合线形成配合;镊子将缝合线轻微地拉起后,用弯钩钩住缝合线,弯钩可以轻易地穿过缝合线与皮肤的间隙,无需用力镊起缝合线,不会损伤伤口;再推动刀杆,使刀片下压,从而切断缝合线,结构简单、使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体是一种医用拆线钩刀。
背景技术
在外科手术治疗中,对于愈合的伤口需要拆除缝合线,目前一般是使用拆线剪将线剪断后抽出。但是对一些特殊场合,例如整形外科,伤口很小,缝合线极细,在不破坏伤口的情况下,镊子只能将缝合线轻微地拉起,拆线剪的尖端几乎没有操作空间;而如果将缝合线更高的镊起,让拆线剪的尖端能够穿过缝合线与皮肤的间隙,势必会对皮肤产生更大的张力,有可能损伤到伤口,给病人造成痛苦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医用拆线钩刀,该钩刀能够快速地拆除缝合线,不会损伤伤口,结构简单、使用方便。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种医用拆线钩刀,包括套筒,套筒内设有与套筒滑动配合的刀杆,刀杆的上端与下端均伸出套筒;套筒内设有限位腔,刀杆外壁设有与限位腔形成配合的卡挡,位于限位腔的刀杆外壁套设有复位弹簧;套筒下端还设有弯钩,刀杆下端设有刀片;使用时,刀片能够与弯钩上的缝合线形成配合。
本发明的有益效果是,镊子将缝合线轻微地拉起后,用弯钩钩住缝合线,弯钩可以轻易地穿过缝合线与皮肤的间隙,无需用力镊起缝合线,不会损伤伤口;再推动刀杆,使刀片下压,从而切断缝合线,结构简单、使用方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提供一种医用拆线钩刀,包括套筒1,套筒1内设有与套筒1滑动配合的刀杆2,刀杆2的上端与下端均伸出套筒1;套筒1内设有限位腔1a,刀杆2外壁设有与限位腔1a形成配合的卡挡2a,使刀杆2的移动被限制在限位腔1a的长度范围内;位于限位腔1a的刀杆外壁还套设有复位弹簧3;套筒1下端设有弯钩5,刀杆2下端设有刀片4。刀杆2的移动距离,也即是限位腔1a的长度应略大于刀片到弯钩底部的距离;弯钩5朝内设置,作为优选的,弯钩5与刀片4相互平行设置;刀片4根据需要可以设置成不同的形状,例如长片形、环形,齿形等,以确保能够切断缝合线为宜。
结合图2所示,使用时,镊子将缝合线6轻微地拉起后,用弯钩5钩住缝合线6,由于弯钩5可以轻易地穿过缝合线与皮肤的间隙,所以无需用力镊起缝合线,不会损伤伤口;再推动刀杆2,使刀片4下压,从而切断缝合线6,复位弹簧3将刀杆2复位。本发明结构简单、使用方便。
