Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise.
The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses.
Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to those of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail but are intended to be part of the specification where appropriate.
In all examples shown and discussed herein, any particular value should be construed as merely illustrative, and not limiting. Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
To solve at least one of the above problems. The invention provides a clamp. As shown in fig. 1-2, the jig comprises: a fixed part 1, a movable part 2, a button 3 and an elastic element. The fixed part 1 and the movable part 2 are generally plate-shaped, and are configured as a rectangle, an ellipse, a trapezoid, etc., and the material thereof may be, but not limited to, metal, plastic, rubber, silicone, ceramic, glass, etc., as long as the predetermined structure can be formed as required. In order to ensure the stable structure of the fixed part 1 and the movable part 2, it is preferable to form the fixed part and the movable part in an integral forming manner. For example, a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) material may be integrally molded by injection molding. For example, the metal material may be integrally formed by press molding.
As shown in fig. 1 or 2, the fixing portion 1 includes a bottom 101 having a first surface and a second surface, and a sidewall 102 protruding from the first surface. The first and second surfaces are generally planar surfaces extending from the base 101 and are oppositely disposed. The bottom part 101 is further provided with a sliding groove 103 penetrating the first surface and the second surface, i.e. the sliding groove 103 is a through hole extending in the thickness direction of the bottom part 101. The sidewall 102 is further provided with a stopper hole 104 penetrating the sidewall 102 in the thickness direction. The movable part 2 comprises a clamping part at a third surface, a support area 202 and a drive column 203. The supporting region 202 and the driving column 203 protrude from a third surface, the third surface is a surface of the movable part 2 close to the fixed part 1, and the clamping part is close to and away from the fixed part 1 to form clamping and opening. The supporting area 202 is pivotally connected to the second surface of the fixing portion 1 for forming a rotation axis of the holding portion.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to make the pivot joint more firm, a plurality of pivot joints may be provided, such as 2 pivot joints symmetrically provided. In the embodiment of the present invention, the driving rod 203 passes through the sliding slot 103 and protrudes from the first surface, and the sliding slot 103 is a long strip. It will be appreciated that the slide groove 103 is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the movable part 2, i.e. the direction of the axis of pivoting. The slide groove 103 defines a moving space of the driving column 203.
As shown in fig. 6, the push button 3 slides along the stopper hole 104, and the stopper hole 104 defines the sliding direction of the push button 3. The button 3 is configured to be pressed to move the driving rod 203 along the sliding slot 103 to rotate the movable portion 2 around the pivot 2021 and to move the clamping portion away from the fixed portion 1, so that the clamp is opened. In some examples, as shown in fig. 1, one end of the button 3 abuts against the side portion of the drive shaft, and the other end passes through the stopper hole 104 and protrudes from the outer surface of the side wall 102. The push button 3, when pressed, pushes the drive shaft to move, e.g. rotate, within the slide slot 103. In other examples (not shown), one end of the push button 3 is arranged to pull the drive shaft to move within the slide slot 103. In addition, the cross section of the button 3 can be designed according to actual needs, for example, the cross section is designed to be rectangular, triangular or elliptical, and the limiting hole 104 is designed to be correspondingly shaped, so that the button 3 can be prevented from rotating around the axis of the button. For the comfort of pressing the button 3, the end of the button 3 for pressing is provided with a pressing cap.
An elastic element is arranged between the fixed part 1 and the movable part 2, which elastic element, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, is arranged to bring the clamping part closer to the fixed part 1 to form a grip when the push button 3 is released. The elastic element may be, but is not limited to, a spring, a leaf spring, or an elastic rubber member, as long as a clamp is formed.
The clamp provided by the invention is simple in structure. One-handed operation can be achieved. When the lock is opened, the user only needs to hold the fixing part 1 and press the button 3 with one hand, and the operation is very convenient. No two-handed operation is required. Moreover, as long as the fixing part 1 is held, the clamp can be opened by any finger, but not only by the thumb. In addition, the clamp is small and light, and conforms to the development trend of miniaturization and light and thin of portable equipment.
To facilitate opening, in one embodiment of the present invention, the drive column 203 is located on the same axis as the support region 202, as shown in FIG. 6. The structure enables the rotation angle of the driving column 203 to be consistent with that of the clamping part, and facilitates the control of the opening amplitude of the clamping part. More preferably, the driving rod 203 is perpendicular to the third surface, so that the length of the driving rod 203 is the length of the force arm, the button 3 is only subjected to the force along the sliding direction of the button when the button is opened, but not to the force perpendicular to the sliding direction of the button, and the friction force of the limiting hole on the button 3 is minimum. Of course, the driving column 203 can be disposed at other positions as long as it can drive the clamping portion to rotate to open.
To take full advantage of the space, as shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6, the third surface includes opposing first and second ends, with the drive column 203 and support region 202 at the first end and the clamp at the second end. The drive column 203 and the support region 202 are located away from the clamp. Thus, the clamping part has the longest force arm, so that when the clamping part is completely opened, the clamping part and the fixing part 1 have the largest opening distance.
In order to create a more effective grip, as shown in fig. 3, 5-7, in a particular embodiment of the invention the gripping part is provided with a rib 201 parallel to the pivot axis 2021. The ribs 201 can form steps to prevent the clamped clamp from slipping off the clamped object.
There are a variety of ways in which the resilient member may be disposed, and in one particular embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1-2, the resilient member is a tension spring 4. The extension spring 4 is a spring that generates a contraction force when extended. One end of the extension spring 4 is fixed to the side wall 102, and the other end of the extension spring 4 is fixed to the driving post 203. The extension spring 4 and the driving column 203 are fixed, for example, the other end of the extension spring 4 is provided with a fixing ring, and the fixing ring is sleeved on the driving column 203 to form a fixing. This facilitates the inspection of the clamp and the replacement of the tension spring 4. The extension spring 4 is in a stretching state, so that the clamping part is close to the fixing part 1, and the clamp is in a normally closed state; and after release of the button 3 the grip springs back to form a pinch closure. The extension spring 4 has a simple structure and a long service life.
Further, in order to save space, as shown in fig. 1, the push button 3 is disposed in the inner hole of the tension spring 4, and the push button 3 abuts against the side of the driving post 203.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5-7, the spring is a torsion spring 5, and the torsion spring 5 is fixed on the pivot 2021. One arm of the torsion spring 5 abuts against the fixed part 1, and the other arm of the torsion spring 5 abuts against the movable part 2. During installation, the pivot 2021 passes through the hole in the middle of the torsion spring 5 and is fixed between the second surface of the fixed portion 1 and the third surface of the movable portion 2. For example, the torsion spring 5 is located between the two pivot points in order to balance the forces. It will be appreciated that the direction of the opening of the torsion spring 5 is opposite to the direction of the opening of the clamping portion. The torsion spring 5 should be placed in a compressed state during installation so that the clamping portion is close to the fixing portion 1, the clamp is in a "normally closed" state, and after release of the button 3, the clamping portion springs back to form a clamping closure.
The invention also provides an earphone line control device. As shown in fig. 4-7, the device includes a housing having a clamp provided by the present invention disposed thereon. Specifically, the fixing portion 1 includes a bottom 101 and a side wall 102, the bottom 101 and the side wall 102 surround to form an accommodating cavity, and the cover 6 covers the fixing portion 1 to form a housing of the headphone wire control device. The accommodating cavity accommodates a signal processing device and a PCB board, and the device is in signal connection with an earphone or a portable device through a wire 7. The device has the characteristics of convenient clamping and light and thin appearance.
Although some specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail by way of examples, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.
