本发明涉及电力设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种开关柜监测系统。
背景技术
近年来我国电力产业迅猛发展,对增加我国能源供应、调整能源结构和保护生态环境起到了积极作用,电力开关柜的运行中会有很多导致故障的因素,所以为了提高开关柜工作的稳定性和安全性,每个开关柜都会配置一台智能监控单元,对这些可能导致故障的因素进行监控和保护,但是有很多的电力设备位置都比叫偏远,开关柜系统出现故障时很难及时发现和预防,就算发现,要进行维修也要一定的时间才能赶到现场,严重延误了抢修的时机,造成更大的损失。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种开关柜监测系统,它可以实时的监测开关柜的运行状态,可以根据以往的数据预测判断有可能要发生的故障进行报警,供监测人员及时最初应对措施,镜框紧急时可直接远程语音遥控智能开关切断开关柜电源,从未避免设备的损毁。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:包括开关柜、信号采集器、中央处理器、智能开关、通讯模块、语音接收器、电子显示装置、所述信号采集器一端接开关柜另一端接中央处理器,中央处理器接通讯模板,通讯模板通过无线网络与语音接收器,电子显示装置连接,所述的中央处理器与开关柜之间还连接有智能开关。
本发明是在开关柜一端安装信号采集器,信号采集器可以实时收集开关柜的运行数据并传输给中央处理器,中央处理器根据以往的数据对开关柜的运行状态进行判断,中央处理器将处理后的数据传输给通讯模块,通讯模块再讲数据通过无线网络传送给电子显示装置,电子显示装置开关柜的运行数据和状态显示出来供监测人员参考,若出现异常情况,电子显示装置会发出警报,监测人员可根据情况作出应对措施,并可通过语音接收器向通讯模块发出命令,通讯模块将命令传给中央处理器,中央处理器便可控制智能开关对开关柜进行开断动作,从而可有避免设备的损毁。
