发明涉及一种电气设备,特别涉及一种插排。
背景技术:
目前的插排往往体积较大,结构单一,运输和携带均不方便。
发明内容:
本发明是针对以上不足,提供一种新型插排,通过多个插座单元连接,解决了传统体积大,运输不方便。
解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型插排,包括插排本体,所述插排本体由两个或两个以上的插座单元组成,所述插座单元设有连接结构和插孔,相邻的插座单元之间通过连接结构连接固定。
所述的插孔为三线插孔和/或两线插孔和/或USB插孔和/或开关。
所述的连接结构为插口和插头,所述插头和插口设置在插座单元上,所述插口上设有零线插口和火线插口,所述插头上设有与之对应的零线插头和火线插头,所述零线插口和零线插头与零线连接,所述火线插口和火线插头与火线连接。
所述的插座单元内设有连接导线,所述连接导线为铜条,并且采用一体冲压成型。
所述的插孔内设有防尘挡板,所述防尘挡板相对插孔转动,所述防尘挡板下端设有回位弹簧,所述回位弹簧一端与插孔连接固定,另一端与防尘挡板连接固定,当插孔处于未插入状态时,防尘挡板密封插孔,当插孔处于插入状态时,防尘挡板打开。
发明有益效果:1.发明结构简单,制造成本低;2.发明模仿火车车厢原理,可以根据客户自身的需求随意拼接,同样也可以分体使用。

具体实施方式:
如图1-图4所示,一种新型插排,包括插排本体,所述插排本体由两个或两个以上的插座单元组成,所述插座单元设有连接结构和插孔,相邻的插座单元之间通过连接结构连接固定。
所述的插孔为三线插孔4和/或两线插孔3和/或USB插孔6和/或开关2。
所述的连接结构为插口5和插头1,所述插头1和插口5设置在插座单元上,所述插口5上设有零线插口和火线插口,所述插头1上设有与之对应的零线插头和火线插头,所述零线插口和零线插头与零线连接,所述火线插口和火线插头与火线连接。
所述的插座单元内设有连接导线,所述连接导线为铜条,并且采用一体冲压成型。
所述的插孔内设有防尘挡板,所述防尘挡板相对插孔转动,所述防尘挡板下端设有回位弹簧,所述回位弹簧一端与插孔连接固定,另一端与防尘挡板连接固定,当插孔处于未插入状态时,防尘挡板密封插孔,当插孔处于插入状态时,防尘挡板打开。
产品设计模仿火车车厢原理,可以根据客户自身的需求随意拼接,同样也可以分体使用,一改以往结构单一,古板的设计风格。
内部导电铜条采用一体冲压成型;
内部集成防雷防浪涌设计,为后级用电设计提供安全防护;
集成智能USB充电输出,采用国外先进的电源管理芯片,为您的手机充电提供方便。
发明有益效果:1.发明结构简单,制造成本低;2.发明模仿火车车厢原理,可以根据客户自身的需求随意拼接,同样也可以分体使用。

1.一种新型插排,包括插排本体,其特征在于,所述插排本体由两个或两个以上的插座单元组成,所述插座单元设有连接结构和插孔,相邻的插座单元之间通过连接结构连接固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型插排,其特征在于,所述的插孔为三线插孔和/或两线插孔和/或USB插孔和/或开关。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种新型插排,其特征在于,所述的连接结构为插口和插头,所述插头和插口设置在插座单元上,所述插口上设有零线插口和火线插口,所述插头上设有与之对应的零线插头和火线插头,所述零线插口和零线插头与零线连接,所述火线插口和火线插头与火线连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种新型插排,其特征在于,所述的插座单元内设有连接导线,所述连接导线为铜条,并且采用一体冲压成型。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种新型插排,其特征在于,所述的插孔内设有防尘挡板,所述防尘挡板相对插孔转动,所述防尘挡板下端设有回位弹簧,所述回位弹簧一端与插孔连接固定,另一端与防尘挡板连接固定,当插孔处于未插入状态时,防尘挡板密封插孔,当插孔处于插入状态时,防尘挡板打开。
