技术领域
本发明涉及一种电气产品,具体涉及一种电气用T形电线连接器,属于电子产品技术领域。
背景技术
电线连接器在电气领域有着广泛的应用,它可以方便地实现两处电线路的连接,但是现有的电线连接器存在连接功能单一,电线接触不良等缺点。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种电气用T形电线连接器,其通过设置有V形弹簧和多通道H形连接体,实现了多通道电线连接,提高导电性的目的。
本发明采取的技术方案为:一种电气用T形电线连接器,包括T形绝缘外壳、双金属导电条,其特征在于:所述的T形绝缘外壳包括下壳和上壳,上壳和下壳结构相同,采用卡扣式安装方式;所述的下壳和上壳均分为横向通道和纵向通道,横向通道和纵向通道均安装有双金属导电条,所述的横向通道中的双金属导电条与纵向通道中的双金属导电条通过弹簧钢片相连接,连接处安装有保险管;所述的母线去皮后压入横向通道中的双金属导电条中,子线端部去皮后压入纵向通道中的双金属导电条中。
进一步的,所述的双金属导电条内层为铜质导体,外层为弹簧钢,并通过切割,形成若干分离的卡簧式结构。
进一步的,所述的T形绝缘外壳上设置有测试孔。
由于本发明采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:(1)本发明主要由双金属导电条(内层为铜质导体,外层为弹簧钢)构成的弹性加紧部分和绝缘外壳组成,在夹紧部分通过切割将夹紧卡分成3-5个分立的卡簧,从而保证连接的强度。同时在内部集成安装保险管,以保护后级电路,防止过电流;(2)本发明中绝缘外壳采用卡扣式安装,方便快捷,同时外壳上设置了测试孔,可在不拆开外壳的情况下,测试内部电路通断情况,很大程度上方便了施工监测;(3)本发明在最大程度上保证了电线与连接器的接触面积,与现有的连接器相比降低了导线接头处的接触电阻(现有电线连接器大部分采用普通平面卡簧连接,相对来说其接触面积小,间接地导致了接头处电阻变大,易引发电气故障),这种新型的连接方式能在长时间内保证连接的机械强度及保持更低的接触电阻,从而大大降低电路故障;(4)本发明从母线搭接时,只需使用专用工具将母线外皮去除后压入横向通道中的双金属导电条中即可,方便快捷,并且由于是采用弹簧钢弹性压紧,不会产生像缠绕接线使用时间长之后变松动的情况。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,在此发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1、图2所示,一种电气用T形电线连接器,包括T形绝缘外壳、双金属导电条3。T形绝缘外壳包括下壳1和上壳6,上壳6和下壳1结构相同,采用卡扣式安装方式。下壳1和上壳6均分为横向通道101和纵向通道102,横向通道101和纵向通道102均安装有双金属导电条3,横向通道101中的双金属导电条3与纵向通道102中的双金属导电条3通过弹簧钢片相连接,连接处安装有保险管2。母线5去皮后压入横向通道101中的双金属导电条3中,子线4端部去皮后压入纵向通道102中的双金属导电条3中。
双金属导电条3内层为铜质导体,外层为弹簧钢,并通过切割,形成若干分离的卡簧式结构。T形绝缘外壳上设置有测试孔。
本发明的工作原理为:本发明在使用时,首先根据实际的使用情况,将需要连接的母线连接位置的包皮以及子线端部的包皮剪掉,然后将母线压入横向通道101中的双金属导电条3中,子线4端部压入纵向通道102中的双金属导电条3中,再通过螺钉将上壳6与下壳1固定安装即可。

1.一种电气用T形电线连接器,包括T形绝缘外壳、双金属导电条(3),其特征在于:所述的T形绝缘外壳包括下壳(1)和上壳(6),上壳(6)和下壳(1)结构相同,采用卡扣式安装方式;所述的下壳(1)和上壳(6)均分为横向通道(101)和纵向通道(102),横向通道(101)和纵向通道(102)均安装有双金属导电条(3),所述的横向通道(101)中的双金属导电条(3)与纵向通道(102)中的双金属导电条(3)通过弹簧钢片相连接,连接处安装有保险管(2);所述的母线(5)去皮后压入横向通道(101)中的双金属导电条(3)中,子线(4)端部去皮后压入纵向通道(102)中的双金属导电条(3)中。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种T形电线连接器,其特征在于:所述的双金属导电条(3)内层为铜质导体,外层为弹簧钢,并通过切割,形成若干分离的卡簧式结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种T形电线连接器,其特征在于:所述的T形绝缘外壳上设置有测试孔。
