Abstract

一体化集成生态新风机,包括外部壳体和内部新风处理设备。所述设备壳体用以保护内部空气处理部件及用作吊装承重结构;所述内部新风处理设备包括过滤器、风机、全热交换器、表冷器、加湿器、活性炭吸附模块、光能粒子杀菌器、电加热器及相关阀门构成。本装置可用于小型新风系统进行集成处理,达到新风过滤PM2.5、杀菌、除异味、加热、冷却、加湿、除湿多功能一体化的目的,避免设备的重复投资,节省吊顶空间;此外,在过渡季节期间,通过阀门调节,避免新风通过全热交换器和表冷器等,减小新风阻力,进而节省设备平时运行费用。

本发明涉及空调系统新风处理领域,为一体化集成生态新风机。
背景技术
随着空调技术和经济的发展,室内新风的处理与人体健康日益引起人们的注意。目前,市场上的小型新风处理设备仅仅能实现通风换气、加热、除湿、全热交换和过滤的一种或几种功能,功能较为单一化,不能实现新风一体化处理功能,此外,设备的重复投资也增加业主的负担,浪费吊顶空间,不能有效地降低系统运行费用。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一体化集成生态新风机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一体化集成生态新风机,它包括外部壳体,所述外部壳体内部左侧设有过滤器,所述过滤器右侧设有电加热器,所述电加热器右侧设有光能离子催化杀菌器,所述光能离子催化杀菌器右侧设有活性炭吸附模块,所述活性炭吸附模块右侧设有新风直流风机,所述新风直流风机下方设有新风机,所述新风机左侧设有加湿器,所述加湿器左侧设有表冷器,所述活性炭吸附模块下方设有全热交换器,所述全热交换器左侧设有排风机,所述新风机与排风机之间连接有风道。
进一步,所述过滤器左侧设有第一电动阀,所述新风直流风机左侧上方设有第二电动阀,所述第二电动阀下方设有第三电动阀,所述风道中设有第四电动阀,所述新风机与加湿器之间设有第五电动阀。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:将新风机、排风机、新风直流风机、过滤器、电加热器、光能粒子催化杀菌、全热交换设备、表冷器、PTC加湿器、活性炭吸附模块整合在一个机器内,满足不同阶层用户需求,灵活实现新风除尘、净化、祛味、杀菌、加热、冷却、加湿、除湿功能于一体,避免设备重复投资,节省投资费用和吊顶空间,通过调节五个电动阀的开关实现实现冬夏新风处理和春秋过渡期间室内通风换气功能切换,节省平时运行费用。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1所示的一体化集成生态新风机,它包括外部壳体,所述外部壳体内部左侧设有过滤器,所述过滤器右侧设有电加热器,所述电加热器右侧设有光能离子催化杀菌器,所述光能离子催化杀菌器右侧设有活性炭吸附模块,所述活性炭吸附模块右侧设有新风直流风机,所述新风直流风机下方设有新风机,所述新风机左侧设有加湿器,所述加湿器左侧设有表冷器,所述活性炭吸附模块下方设有全热交换器,所述全热交换器左侧设有排风机,所述新风机与排风机之间连接有风道。
进一步,所述过滤器左侧设有第一电动阀,所述新风直流风机左侧上方设有第二电动阀,所述第二电动阀下方设有第三电动阀,所述风道中设有第四电动阀,所述新风机与加湿器之间设有第五电动阀。
夏天时,第一电动阀、第三电动阀、第五电动阀开启,室外新风经过滤器过滤杂质,然后通过光能离子催化杀菌器杀菌,同时活性炭吸附模块对新风进行祛味,然后进入全热交换器与室内温度较低排风进行热交换,之后进入表冷器,表冷器内此时为冷冻水,新风进行降温后,经新风机送入室内;室内排风经过全热交换器与室外温度较高新风热交换后经排风机排出室外;此时,新风直流风机处于关闭状态,新风实现净化除尘、杀菌、热回收与降温除湿一体化过程,将洁净新风送入室内。
冬季时,第一电动阀、第三电动阀、第五电动阀开启,室外新风经过滤器过滤杂质后,电加热器启动,新风经过电加热器加热,然后通过光能离子催化杀菌器杀菌,同时活性炭吸附模块对新风进行祛味,然后进入新风全热交换器7与室内温度较高排风进行热交换,之后进入表冷器,表冷器内此时为热水,新风进行升温,加湿器启动对新风进行加湿,经引入新风机送入室内;室内排风经过全热交换器与室外温度较低新风热交换后经排风机排出室外;此时,新风直流风机处于关闭状态。新风实现净化除尘、杀菌、热回收与升温加湿一体化过程,将洁净新风送入室内。
春秋过渡季节时,为减少新风阻力,节省运行费用,第一电动阀、第二电动阀、第四电动阀开启,室外新风经过滤器过滤后、光能离子催化杀菌器杀菌、活性炭吸附模块进行祛味后,经直流新风机送入室内;室内排风通过风道经排风机排出室外。此时,新风机处于关闭状态。新风实现过滤、光能离子催化、吸附祛味后,将洁净新风送入室内。

1.一体化集成生态新风机,它包括外部壳体(1),其特征在于:所述外部壳体(1)内部左侧设有过滤器(2),所述过滤器(2)右侧设有电加热器(3),所述电加热器(3)右侧设有光能离子催化杀菌器(17),所述光能离子催化杀菌器(17)右侧设有活性炭吸附模块(4),所述活性炭吸附模块(4)右侧设有新风直流风机(5),所述新风直流风机(5)下方设有新风机(6),所述新风机(6)左侧设有加湿器(7),所述加湿器(7)左侧设有表冷器(8),所述活性炭吸附模块(4)下方设有全热交换器(9),所述全热交换器(9)左侧设有排风机(10),所述新风机(6)与排风机(10)之间连接有风道(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体化集成生态新风机,其特征在于:所述过滤器(2)左侧设有第一电动阀(12),所述新风直流风机(5)左侧上方设有第二电动阀(13),所述第二电动阀(13)下方设有第三电动阀(14),所述风道(11)中设有第四电动阀(15),所述新风机(6)与加湿器(7)之间设有第五电动阀(16)。
