Technical Field

Background
As shown in fig. 1, the outdoor unit of the conventional air conditioner includes a rear side plate 1 and a heat exchanger fixing plate 2, wherein the rear side plate 1 and the heat exchanger fixing plate 2 are both sheet metal parts of a flat plate structure, and two positioning holes are correspondingly formed in the two sheet metal parts. As shown in fig. 2, during assembly, the two flat plate structures of the rear side plate 1 and the heat exchanger fixing plate 2 are overlapped, and then two screws or bolts are fixed in the two positioning holes to fix the rear side plate 1 and the heat exchanger fixing plate 2.
The sheet metal part has large area and small thickness, and particularly the edge part is easy to deform in the conveying process; in addition, because manufacturing errors exist among the positioning holes, if one positioning hole is not corresponding to the other positioning hole during assembly, the sheet metal part is easy to be extruded and deformed during forced screwing; in addition, in the transportation process, the conditions of bumping, collision and the like can cause the contact surfaces of the two sheet metal parts to deform and be uneven, so that a gap is formed between the sheet metal parts, and a part of sound generated by a compressor of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can be transmitted from the gap, so that the noise of the whole air conditioning unit is increased.

In order to prevent the positioning hole of the first fixing bottom surface 11 and the positioning hole of the second fixing bottom surface 21 from being not aligned due to production and manufacturing errors, the first fixing bottom surface 11 is provided with a first positioning hole 14 and at least one second positioning hole 15, the first positioning hole 14 is circular, and the second positioning hole 15 is long-waist-shaped; the second fixing bottom surface 21 is provided with a third positioning hole 24 and at least one fourth positioning hole 25, and the third positioning hole 24 and the fourth positioning hole 25 are both circular; the first positioning hole 14 is disposed corresponding to the third positioning hole 24, and the second positioning hole 15 is disposed corresponding to the fourth positioning hole 25. The diameter of the first positioning hole 14 may be the same as the diameter of the third positioning hole 24, or the diameter of the first positioning hole 14 may be slightly larger or slightly smaller than the diameter of the third positioning hole 24. The width of the second positioning hole 15 is the same as the diameter of the fourth positioning hole 25, or the width of the second positioning hole 15 may be slightly larger than the diameter of the fourth positioning hole 25.
Generally, the first positioning hole 14 and the third positioning hole 24 are fixed by a bolt 30 or a screw; then, the second positioning hole 15 and the fourth positioning hole 25 are fixed. Due to manufacturing errors, the fourth positioning hole 25 may deviate in the length direction of the first fixing base surface 11 relative to the second positioning hole 15, and the second positioning hole 15 is long waist-shaped, and the fourth positioning hole 25 corresponding to the second positioning hole is round, so that the position of the fourth positioning hole 25 on the second positioning hole 15 can be adjusted without causing deformation of the first sheet metal part and the second sheet metal part. Generally, the longitudinal direction of the long waist shape coincides with the longitudinal direction of the first fixing base surface 11.
In the present embodiment, one or more of the second positioning hole 15 and the fourth positioning hole 25 may be provided correspondingly. In other embodiments, the second positioning hole 15 may be provided in a circular shape, and the fourth positioning hole 25 may be provided in a long waist shape.
As shown in fig. 3, the first U-shaped reinforcing portion 10 further includes a first reinforcing surface 12 and a second reinforcing surface 13 provided on both sides of the first fixing base surface 11; the second U-shaped reinforcement portion 20 further includes a third reinforcement surface 22 and a fourth reinforcement surface 23 provided on both sides of the second fixing bottom surface 21; the first reinforcement surface 12 and the third reinforcement surface 22 abut against each other, and the second reinforcement surface 13 and the fourth reinforcement surface 23 abut against each other. The first reinforcing surface 12 and the third reinforcing surface 22, and the second reinforcing surface 13 and the fourth reinforcing surface 23 abutting against each other can reinforce the connection strength of the sheet metal member.
As shown in fig. 6a, in the first embodiment, the first fixing bottom surface 11 and the second fixing bottom surface 21 are both flat surfaces for easy manufacturing. The width L of the first or second fixing bottom surface 11 or 21 is 10mm-20mm, preferably the width L of the first or second fixing bottom surface 11 or 21 is 15 mm. The width H of the first reinforcing surface 12 or the second reinforcing surface 13 or the third reinforcing surface 22 or the fourth reinforcing surface 23 (four reinforcing surfaces) is 10mm to 20mm, preferably 15 mm.
As shown in fig. 6b, in the second embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, in order to reduce the stress between the first fixing bottom surface 11 and the first reinforcing surface 12 or the second reinforcing surface 13 or between the second fixing bottom surface 21 and the third reinforcing surface 22 or the fourth reinforcing surface 23, a circular arc transition may be provided between the first fixing bottom surface 11 and the first reinforcing surface 12 or the second reinforcing surface 13 or between the second fixing bottom surface 21 and the third reinforcing surface 22 or the fourth reinforcing surface 23.
As shown in fig. 6c, in the third embodiment, unlike the two embodiments described above, the first and second fixing bottom surfaces 11 and 21 may be provided as arc surfaces; preferably, the cambered surface is semicircular in section, and the radius R of the semicircle is 5mm-10mm, preferably 7.5 mm.

The outdoor unit of the air conditioner comprises a rear side plate 1 and a heat exchanger fixing plate 2, wherein a first U-shaped reinforcing part 10 is arranged on the rear side plate 1, a second U-shaped reinforcing part 20 is arranged on the heat exchanger fixing plate 2, and the rear side plate 1 and the heat exchanger fixing plate 2 are connected through a sheet metal part connecting structure.
The rear side plate 1 and the heat exchanger fixing plate 2 of the air conditioner outdoor unit are connected through the sheet metal part connecting structure, so that the rear side plate 1 and the heat exchanger fixing plate 2 can be prevented from deforming, and meanwhile, a gap can be prevented from being generated between the rear side plate 1 and the heat exchanger fixing plate 2, so that the phenomenon that sound generated by a compressor in the air conditioner outdoor unit is transmitted from the gap is avoided, and the noise of the whole air conditioner unit is reduced.
