Abstract

本发明公开了一种可调节双门异向限流阀,它包括浮筒、伸缩杆、双门挡水板、闸板、箱体、转动轴、密封胶圈,所述闸板固定于所述箱体一侧,闸板中部有出水孔,出水孔周围有密封胶圈,转轴位于出水孔上方,所述浮筒、双门挡水板铰接于所述转动轴上,本装置利用浮力带动浮筒上移,从而带动双门挡水板闭门,实现初期雨水限流,可用于初期雨水收集,雨污水管路防倒灌等市政、水利系统,无需外来动力及人工维护,值得推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及排水装置领域,尤其涉及一种用浮球带动挡水板实现限流的阀门。
背景技术
排水系统是指排水的收集、输送、水质的处理和排放等设施以一定方式组合成的总体。 用以除涝、防渍、防盐的各级排水沟(管)道及建筑物的总称。它主要由田间排水调节网、各级排水沟、蓄涝湖泊、排水闸、抽排泵站和排水容泄区等组成,在雨天时,雨水管网中需要对污物较多的初期雨水进行限流,需要使用限流阀,而以往的限流阀存在需要维护,需外部动力等不足。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术和产品的上述不足,作出以下设计方案:包括浮筒、伸缩杆、双门挡水板、闸板、箱体、转动轴,所述闸板固定于所述箱体一侧,所述闸板中部有出水孔,所述出水孔周边嵌有密封胶圈,所述转轴位于出水孔上方,所述浮筒有两个,所述双门挡水板包括两扇半圆门,所述两扇半圆门与两个所述浮筒铰接于所述转动轴上,所述双门挡水板与所述浮筒位于所述箱体的两侧;所述浮筒上固定有配重调节框;所述双门挡水板能封闭所述出水孔截面的70%-90%,所述两扇半圆门的直边一扇有凹槽,一扇有凸起,能够使两扇半圆门更好的关闭,这里转动轴、浮筒、双门挡水板构成与剪刀类似的铰接结构,其中浮筒相当于“刀柄”、转动轴相当于“衔接处”、双门挡水板相当于“刀身”,该种结构保证了当水位上升时,每个浮筒分别带动一扇半圆门关闭,直至双门闭合,完成限流;所述伸缩杆包括滑杆、滑槽,所述滑槽和滑杆上有一排螺纹孔用于将滑杆固定在滑槽内的指定位置。
较佳的,所述配重调节框内部有配重块,所述密封胶圈边缘为斜面,配重块和配重框可以调节浮球的排水体积,可以在安装时根据实际需要进行调节,胶垫圈与密封胶圈的契合斜面涉及能更好的封闭出水孔,实现限流。
本发明利用水的浮力,在水位上升时将浮筒上推,从而使转动轴带动双门挡水板转动,当水位达到预想的高度时,双门挡水板完全封闭出水孔,完成限流,阀门不会再因水位的上升而打开,本发明无须外部动力及人工维护,即能实现雨污水限流,值得推广。

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图1、图2所示,本发明包括浮筒2、伸缩杆5、双门挡水板1、闸板4、箱体10、转动轴6,所述闸板4固定于所述箱体10一侧,所述闸板4中部有出水孔9,所述出水孔9周边嵌有密封胶圈,所述转轴6位于出水孔上方,所述浮筒2有两个,所述双门挡水板1包括两扇半圆门,所述两扇半圆门与两个所述浮筒2铰接于所述转动轴6上,所述双门挡水板1与所述浮筒2位于所述箱体10的两侧;所述浮筒2上固定有配重调节框3;所述双门挡水板1能封闭所述出水孔9截面的80%,所述两扇半圆门的直边一扇有凹槽,一扇有凸起;所述伸缩杆5包括滑杆、滑槽,所述滑槽和滑杆上有一排螺纹孔用于将滑杆固定在滑槽内的指定位置。
更改为具体的,所述配重调节框3内部有配重块,所述密封胶圈边缘为斜面。

1.一种可调节双门异向限流阀,其特征在于:包括浮筒、伸缩杆、双门挡水板、闸板、箱体、转动轴,所述闸板固定于所述箱体一侧,所述闸板中部有出水孔,所述出水孔周边嵌有密封胶圈,所述转轴位于出水孔上方,所述浮筒有两个,所述双门挡水板包括两扇半圆门,所述两扇半圆门与两个所述浮筒铰接于所述转动轴上,所述双门挡水板与所述浮筒位于所述箱体的两侧;所述浮筒上固定有配重调节框;所述双门挡水板能封闭所述出水孔截面的70%-90%,所述两扇半圆门的直边一扇有凹槽,一扇有凸起;所述伸缩杆包括滑杆、滑槽,所述滑槽和滑杆上有一排螺纹孔用于将滑杆固定在滑槽内的指定位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述可调节双门异向限流阀,其特征在于:所述配重调节框内部有配重块,所述密封胶圈边缘为斜面。
