Abstract

本发明公开了一种可调节单门同向限流阀,它包括浮筒、伸缩杆、单门挡水板、闸板、箱体、转动轴、密封胶圈,所述闸板固定于所述箱体一侧,闸板中部有出水孔,出水孔周围有密封胶圈,一侧有限位柱,转轴位于出水孔上方,所述浮筒通过伸缩杆与所述转动轴连接,所述转轴还与所述单门挡水板一端连接,本装置利用浮力带动浮筒上移,从而带动单门挡水板闭门,实现初期雨水限流,可用于初期雨水收集,雨污水管路防倒灌等市政、水利系统,无需外来动力及人工维护,值得推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及排水装置领域,尤其涉及一种用浮球带动挡水板实现限流的阀门。
背景技术
排水系统是指排水的收集、输送、水质的处理和排放等设施以一定方式组合成的总体。 用以除涝、防渍、防盐的各级排水沟(管)道及建筑物的总称。它主要由田间排水调节网、各级排水沟、蓄涝湖泊、排水闸、抽排泵站和排水容泄区等组成,在雨天时,雨水管网中需要对污物较多的初期雨水进行限流,需要使用限流阀,而以往的限流阀存在需要维护,需外部动力等不足。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术和产品的上述不足,作出以下设计方案:结构包括浮筒、伸缩杆、单门挡水板、闸板、箱体、转动轴、密封胶圈,所述闸板固定于所述箱体一侧,所述闸板中部有出水孔,所述出水孔周边嵌有密封胶圈,一侧有限位柱,所述转轴位于出水孔上方,所述浮筒通过伸缩杆与所述转动轴连接,所述转轴还与所述单门挡水板一端连接,所述单门挡水板与所述浮筒位于所述箱体的同侧;所述浮筒上固定有配重调节框;所述单门挡水板朝向所述出水孔一面上有与所述密封胶圈同样大小的胶垫圈,且所述单门挡水板能封闭所述出水孔的70%-90%,所述伸缩杆包括滑杆、滑槽,所述滑槽和滑杆上有一排螺纹孔用于将滑杆固定在滑槽内的指定位置。
较佳的,所述配重调节框内部有配重块,所述密封胶圈边缘为斜面,所述胶垫圈边缘为与所述密封胶圈契合的斜面,配重块和配重框可以调节浮球的排水体积,可以在安装时根据实际需要进行调节,胶垫圈与密封胶圈的契合斜面涉及能更好的封闭出水孔,实现限流。
较佳的,所述伸缩杆与所述单门挡水板的中线的夹角在90°至150°之间,且所述单门挡水板呈水滴状。
本发明利用水的浮力,在水位上升时将浮筒上推,从而使转动轴带动单门挡水板转动,当水位达到预想的高度时,单门挡水板完全封闭出水孔,完成限流,此时单门挡水板被限位柱挡住,阀门不会再因水位的上升而打开,本发明无须外部动力及人工维护,即能实现雨污水限流,值得推广。

实施例一
如图1、图2所示,本发明包括浮筒2、伸缩杆5、单门挡水板1、闸板4、箱体10、转动轴6、密封胶圈8,所述闸板4固定于所述箱体10一侧,所述闸板中部有出水孔9,所述出水孔9周边嵌有密封胶圈8,一侧有限位柱7,所述转轴位于出水孔9上方,所述浮筒2通过伸缩杆5与所述转动轴6连接,所述转轴6还与所述单门挡水板1一端连接,所述单门挡水板1与所述浮筒2位于所述箱体10的同侧;所述浮筒2上固定有配重调节框3;所述单门挡水板1朝向所述出水孔9一面上有与所述密封胶圈8同样大小的胶垫圈,且所述单门挡水板1能封闭所述出水孔7截面的80%;所述伸缩杆5包括滑杆、滑槽,所述滑槽和滑杆上有一排螺纹孔用于将滑杆固定在滑槽内的指定位置。
更为具体的,所述配重调节框3内部有配重块,所述密封胶圈8边缘为斜面,所述胶垫圈边缘为与所述密封胶圈契合的斜面。
更为具体的,所述伸缩杆5与所述单门挡水板1的中线的夹角在90°至150°之间,且所述单门挡水板1呈水滴状。

1.一种可调节单门同向限流阀,其特征在于:包括浮筒、伸缩杆、单门挡水板、闸板、箱体、转动轴、密封胶圈,所述闸板固定于所述箱体一侧,所述闸板中部有出水孔,所述出水孔周边嵌有密封胶圈,一侧有限位柱,所述转轴位于出水孔上方,所述浮筒通过伸缩杆与所述转动轴连接,所述转轴还与所述单门挡水板一端连接,所述单门挡水板与所述浮筒位于所述箱体的同侧;所述浮筒上固定有配重调节框;所述单门挡水板朝向所述出水孔一面上有与所述密封胶圈同样大小的胶垫圈,且所述单门挡水板能封闭所述出水孔截面的70%-90%,所述伸缩杆包括滑杆、滑槽,所述滑槽和滑杆上有一排螺纹孔用于将滑杆固定在滑槽内的指定位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述可调节单门同向限流阀,其特征在于:所述配重调节框内部有配重块,所述密封胶圈边缘为斜面,所述胶垫圈边缘为与所述密封胶圈契合的斜面。
3.根据权利要求1所述可调节单门同向限流阀,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆与所述单门挡水板的中线的夹角在90°至150°之间,且所述单门挡水板呈水滴状。
