本发明揭示了一种多功能耐用混纺化学纤维,由第一纤维、第二纤维以及第三纤维混纺编织而成,所述第一纤维为铜氨丝纤维,所述第二纤维由聚四氟乙烯纤维和聚丙烯纤维混纺编织而成,所述第三纤维由聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维和聚苯咪唑纤维混纺编织而成,所述第二纤维中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述聚四氟乙烯纤维占46%‑55%,所述聚丙烯纤维占45%‑54%,所述第三纤维中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维占29%‑38%,所述聚苯咪唑纤维占62%‑71%。本发明具有耐高温、耐辐射、耐腐蚀、强度高、吸湿透气的特点。

本发明涉及纤维,具体涉及一种多功能耐用混纺化学纤维。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,满足人们不同需要的纺织品纤维层出不穷,以满足消费者的需求,在人们的日常生活中起着越来越重要的作用。
随着产业的不断发展,纤维的市场也在不断扩大,但是纤维大多都效果较为单一,制成的面料仅具备了遮挡的功能,而无法使得人们在穿着时具有一个较好的舒适度及优异的使用性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有耐高温、耐辐射、耐腐蚀、强度高、吸湿透气的特点的多功能耐用混纺化学纤维。
本发明的技术方案是,一种多功能耐用混纺化学纤维,由第一纤维、第二纤维以及第三纤维混纺编织而成,所述第一纤维为铜氨丝纤维,所述第二纤维由聚四氟乙烯纤维和聚丙烯纤维混纺编织而成,所述第三纤维由聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维和聚苯咪唑纤维混纺编织而成,所述第二纤维中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述聚四氟乙烯纤维占46%-55%,所述聚丙烯纤维占45%-54%,所述第三纤维中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维占29%-38%,所述聚苯咪唑纤维占62%-71%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述多功能耐用混纺化学纤维中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述聚四氟乙烯纤维占47%,所述聚丙烯纤维占53%,所述多功能耐用混纺化学纤维中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维占30%,所述聚苯咪唑纤维占70%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述多功能耐用混纺化学纤维中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述聚四氟乙烯纤维占54%,所述聚丙烯纤维占46%,所述多功能耐用混纺化学纤维中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维占37%,所述聚苯咪唑纤维占63%。
本发明所述为一种多功能耐用混纺化学纤维,本发明具有耐高温、耐辐射、耐腐蚀、强度高、吸湿透气的特点。

通过各成分不同重量百分比进行配比,使得得到的功能性纤维性能高低不一。
本发明所述为一种多功能耐用混纺化学纤维,本发明具有耐高温、耐辐射、耐腐蚀、强度高、吸湿透气的特点。
