一种高强度耐腐蚀直缝焊管用钢,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的成分制成:C:0.10%‑0.24%、Si:0.15%‑1.40%、Mn:1.20%‑2.00%、Ca:0.40%‑1.60%、Zn:0.15%‑0.50%、Ni:≤0.003%、Co:≤0.12%、Sc:≤0.03%、Al:≤0.05%、Se:≤0.015%、Pt:≤0.010%、B:≤0.001%、V:≤0.002%、Mo:≤0.01%、P:≤0.001%、其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质。本发明的高强度耐腐蚀直缝焊管用钢,通过合理的成分设计,采用适当的控轧控冷工艺,适合推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属管材技术领域,具体涉及一种高强度耐腐蚀直缝焊管用钢。
背景技术
直缝焊管,用热轧或冷轧钢板或钢带卷焊制成的钢管在焊接设备上进行直缝焊接得到的管子都叫直缝焊管,(由于钢管的焊接处成一条直线故而得名)。其按照用途不同,有不同的后道生产工序,直缝焊管的标准为GB/T3091-2008。
直缝钢管在国内主要应用于自来水工程、石化工业、化学工业、电力工业、农业灌溉、城市建设。作液体输送用:给水、排水。作气体输送用:煤气、蒸气、液化石油气。作结构用:作打桩管、作桥梁;码头、道路、建筑结构用管等。
目前市场上的直缝焊管并没有经过特殊的增强处理,其强度还有待提高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种配合合理,使用寿命长的高强度耐腐蚀直缝焊管用钢。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种高强度耐腐蚀直缝焊管用钢,由以下重量百分比的成分制成:C:0.10%-0.24%、Si:0.15%-1.40%、Mn:1.20%-2.00%、Ca:0.40%-1.60%、Zn:0.15%-0.50%、Ni:≤0.003%、Co:≤0.12%、Sc:≤0.03%、Al:≤0.05%、Se:≤0.015%、Pt:≤0.010%、B:≤0.001%、V:≤0.002%、Mo:≤0.01%、P:≤0.001%、其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
上述各组方的较佳重量配比为:C:0.10%%、Si:0.15%%、Mn:1.20%%、Ca:0.40%、Zn:0.15%%、Ni:0.003%、Co:0.12%、Sc:0.03%、Al:0.05%、Se:0.015%、Pt:0.010%、B:0.001%、V:0.002%、Mo:0.01%、P:0.001%、其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
上述各组方的较佳重量配比为:C:0.24%、Si:1.40%、Mn:2.00%、Ca:1.60%、Zn:0.50%、Ni:0.003%、Co:0.12%、Sc:0.01%、Al:0.01%、Se:0.01%、Pt:0.008%、B:0.0008%、V:0.001%、Mo:0.008%、P:0.0008%、其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
上述各组方的较佳重量配比为:C:0.24%、Si:0.15%、Mn:2.00%、Ca:0.40%%、Zn:0.50%、Ni:0.001%、Co:0.12%、Sc:≤0.01%、Al:0.05%、Se:0.01%、Pt:0.010%、B:0.001%、V:0.001%、Mo:0.01%、P:0.0005%、其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的高强度耐腐蚀直缝焊管用钢,通过合理的成分设计,采用适当的控轧控冷工艺,适合推广应用;
(2)本发的高强度耐腐蚀直缝焊管用钢的综合性能为:屈服强度ReL:635~685MPa,抗拉强度Rm:742~793MPa,屈强比:0.856~0.870,断后伸长率δ≥25%,0℃冲击功Akv≥78J;
(3)本发明的高强度耐腐蚀直缝焊管用钢具有高强度以及良好的耐腐蚀性与焊接性能。

一种高强度耐腐蚀直缝焊管用钢,由以下重量百分比的成分制成:C:0.10%%、Si:0.15%%、Mn:1.20%%、Ca:0.40%、Zn:0.15%%、Ni:0.003%、Co:0.12%、Sc:0.03%、Al:0.05%、Se:0.015%、Pt:0.010%、B:0.001%、V:0.002%、Mo:0.01%、P:0.001%、其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
实施例2
一种高强度耐腐蚀直缝焊管用钢,由以下重量百分比的成分制成:C:0.24%、Si:1.40%、Mn:2.00%、Ca:1.60%、Zn:0.50%、Ni:0.003%、Co:0.12%、Sc:0.01%、Al:0.01%、Se:0.01%、Pt:0.008%、B:0.0008%、V:0.001%、Mo:0.008%、P:0.0008%、其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
