本发明涉及洗涤用品技术领域,具体涉及一种洗洁精。
背景技术
洗洁精广泛用于餐饮洗涤中。目前市面上的洗洁精多种多样,但是大多数的洗洁精无法满足人们的需求。因为当今社会随着环保意识的增强,餐具洗洁剂类产品所涉及的健康安全问题越来越引起人们的关注。洗洁精的化学残留有可能直接或间接地影响人体健康。因此使用不危害人体、不破坏生存环境、无毒无公害的绿色安全的洗洁精就成为当务之急。目前欧洲、美国、日本等工业发达国家在洗洁精主要组分的选择方面,十分注意环境安全性,其所选成分对人体健康和生态环境的安全性优于东南亚等发展中国家,更明显优于我国目前的洗洁精主要成分,在我国国内环保型餐具洗涤剂的发展比较缓慢。
因此,人们在对新型洗洁品的追求上提出了三大基本要求:绿色环保产品;使用安全、不伤手的中性产品;高去污力产品。因此,制造出这样的洗洁精是未来使用的必然趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于公开一种洗洁精,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种洗洁精,包括如下重量份的组分:十二烷基硫酸钠0.8-1份,烷醇酰胺2.5-3.5份,AES醇醚硫酸0.23-0.27份,苯甲酸钠0.04-0.06份,精盐0.15-0.25份,柠檬香精0.2-0.24份,水45-55份。
有益效果:本发明配方安全可靠,未添加防腐剂,利用这种配方制造出来的洗洁精无毒无公害,绿色环保;使用安全,不伤手;并且还具有高去污能力。适合餐饮洗涤。

实施例1
备料:包括如下重量份的组分:十二烷基硫酸钠0.8份,烷醇酰胺2.5份,AES醇醚硫酸0.23份,苯甲酸钠0.04份,精盐0.15份,柠檬香精0.2份,水45份。备用。
制备方法:
S10、将水置于溶器中。
S20、将十二烷基硫酸钠投入水中,慢慢搅拌,使其完全溶解。
S30、再将烷醇酰胺投入水中,搅拌均匀。
S40、然后,向水中慢慢地加入精盐,边加边搅拌,直至产品粘稠为止。
S50、加入苯甲酸钠公斤,搅拌均匀。
S60、再加香精和AES醇醚硫酸,搅拌均匀即为产品。
实施例2
备料:包括如下重量份的组分:十二烷基硫酸钠0.9份,烷醇酰胺3份,AES醇醚硫酸0.25份,苯甲酸钠0.05份,精盐0.20份,柠檬香精0.22份,水50份。备用。
制备方法:
S10、将水置于溶器中。
S20、将十二烷基硫酸钠投入水中,慢慢搅拌,使其完全溶解。
S30、再将烷醇酰胺投入水中,搅拌均匀。
S40、然后,向水中慢慢地加入精盐,边加边搅拌,直至产品粘稠为止。
S50、加入苯甲酸钠公斤,搅拌均匀。
S60、再加香精和AES醇醚硫酸,搅拌均匀即为产品。
实施例3
备料:包括如下重量份的组分:十二烷基硫酸钠1份,烷醇酰胺3.5份,AES醇醚硫酸0.27份,苯甲酸钠0.06份,精盐0.25份,柠檬香精0.24份,水55份。备用。
制备方法:
S10、将水置于溶器中。
S20、将十二烷基硫酸钠投入水中,慢慢搅拌,使其完全溶解。
S30、再将烷醇酰胺投入水中,搅拌均匀。
S40、然后,向水中慢慢地加入精盐,边加边搅拌,直至产品粘稠为止。
S50、加入苯甲酸钠公斤,搅拌均匀。
S60、再加香精和AES醇醚硫酸,搅拌均匀即为产品。
