Abstract

本发明公开了一种木材用高强耐水淀粉改性聚乙烯醇胶粘剂及其制备方法,其由下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚乙烯醇100‑120、玉米淀粉40‑45、双氧水2‑3、硫酸亚铁0.5‑0.7、过硫酸铵0.2‑0.4、硼砂2‑4、乙撑双硬酯酰胺3‑4、海菜粉2‑4、聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷5‑7等。本发明添加的聚乙烯醇与淀粉间形成了交联结构,使得胶黏剂具有较高的热稳定性,而且具有较高耐水性和胶合强度,同时避免了毒性;添加的海菜粉、聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷、六水合六氟硅酸镁,使得胶粘剂具有很好的阻燃效果,添加的钛硅粉、纳米蒙脱土,增强粘胶剂的抗高温性能和耐老化性能,添加的填料经过偶联剂改性,大大增强了其物理性能,提高了粘度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶粘剂,具体地说是涉及一种木材用高强耐水淀粉改性聚乙烯醇胶粘剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙烯醇(PVA)是一种用途极为广泛的水溶性高分子,性能独特,被大量用于生产涂料、粘合剂、乳化剂、纸品加工剂、纺织品和塑料薄膜等产品。作为一种发展迅速的热熔胶,PVA 具有较好的强力粘接性、胶膜强度高、坚韧透明、耐油、耐溶剂、耐腐蚀、耐磨,并具有较好的气体阻隔性和热稳定性,适用于人造板、细木工板、胶合板、刨花板、高密度纤维板等的粘接,有制造工艺简单、固化速度快的特点。
然而,多羟基水溶性高分子的特质使得PVA木材胶黏剂具有较差的耐水性能,从而限制了其应用范围。目前,人们常采用添加甲醛、丁醛或丁烯醛使PVA 缩醛化,添加甲苯二异氰酸酯或三苯基甲烷三异氰酸酯对PVA进行交联改性的方法来提高PVA胶的耐水性和粘接性能,取得了比较明显的改性效果,但由于醛类及异氰酸酯的刺激气味和毒性,其应用受到影响。另外,还可采用添加木质纤维、纳米黏土等方法来改善PVA的耐水性和力学性能,但这些改性方法存在操作工艺较复杂,引入原料的成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种木材用高强耐水淀粉改性聚乙烯醇胶粘剂及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种木材用高强耐水淀粉改性聚乙烯醇胶粘剂,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚乙烯醇100-120、玉米淀粉40-45、双氧水2-3、硫酸亚铁0.5-0.7、过硫酸铵0.2-0.4、硼砂2-4、乙撑双硬酯酰胺3-4、海菜粉2-4、聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷5-7、氧化锌4-6、六水合六氟硅酸镁2-3、双十二碳醇酯4-5、聚乙烯亚胺7-9、三乙醇胺油酸皂4-6、轻质碳酸钙8-12、辛酸亚锡2-4、钛硅粉4-7、氢化蓖麻油13-16、麻刀灰6-8、纳米蒙脱土7-9、20%氢氧化钠溶液适量、去离子水适量。
一种木材用高强耐水淀粉改性聚乙烯醇胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)向反应釜中加入适量去离子水,加热至 65-70 ℃后边搅拌边缓慢加入玉米淀粉,使用20%氢氧化钠溶液将淀粉液的pH 值调节到9-10后加入双氧水和硫酸亚铁,保温下氧化反应 25-30 min,然后再加入适量的20%氢氧化钠溶液,在65℃条件下下糊化30-35min,得到淀粉糊备用;
(2)向搅拌器中加入适量去离子水,在搅拌速度为 200-250 r/min 条件下缓慢加入聚乙烯醇,升温至85-90℃后继续保温搅拌直至聚乙烯醇完全溶解,然后降温55-60℃,边搅拌边加入过硫酸铵氧化反应20-30min,得到聚乙烯醇胶体备用;
(3)将氧化锌、六水合六氟硅酸镁、轻质碳酸钙、钛硅粉、麻刀灰、纳米蒙脱土使用球磨机研磨30-40min,然后与聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷、双十二碳醇酯、聚乙烯亚胺、三乙醇胺油酸皂加入捏合机中在80-90℃条件下捏合30-40min,冷却后得到捏合物料;
(4)向聚乙烯醇胶体中加入配好的淀粉糊,搅拌均匀后升温至75-80℃,加入硼砂反应25-30 min,然后用20%氢氧化钠溶液将胶液的pH值调节到6-7,然后再加入捏合物料、乙撑双硬酯酰胺、海菜粉、辛酸亚锡、氢化蓖麻油升温至80-85℃继续反应,当胶液呈半透明时降温出料,即得所述胶黏剂。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明添加的聚乙烯醇与淀粉间形成了交联结构,使得胶黏剂具有较高的热稳定性,而且具有较高耐水性和胶合强度,同时避免了毒性;添加的海菜粉、聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷、六水合六氟硅酸镁,使得胶粘剂具有很好的阻燃效果,添加的钛硅粉、纳米蒙脱土,增强粘胶剂的抗高温性能和耐老化性能,添加的填料经过偶联剂改性,大大增强了其物理性能,提高了粘度。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种木材用高强耐水淀粉改性聚乙烯醇胶粘剂,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:聚乙烯醇100、玉米淀粉40、双氧水2、硫酸亚铁0.5、过硫酸铵0.2、硼砂2、乙撑双硬酯酰胺3、海菜粉2、聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷5、氧化锌4、六水合六氟硅酸镁2、双十二碳醇酯4、聚乙烯亚胺7、三乙醇胺油酸皂4、轻质碳酸钙8、辛酸亚锡2、钛硅粉4、氢化蓖麻油13、麻刀灰6、纳米蒙脱土7、20%氢氧化钠溶液适量、去离子水适量。
一种木材用高强耐水淀粉改性聚乙烯醇胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)向反应釜中加入适量去离子水,加热至 65-70 ℃后边搅拌边缓慢加入玉米淀粉,使用20%氢氧化钠溶液将淀粉液的pH 值调节到9-10后加入双氧水和硫酸亚铁,保温下氧化反应 25-30 min,然后再加入适量的20%氢氧化钠溶液,在65℃条件下下糊化30-35min,得到淀粉糊备用;

一种木材用高强耐水淀粉改性聚乙烯醇胶粘剂,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:聚乙烯醇110、玉米淀粉42.5、双氧水2.5、硫酸亚铁0.6、过硫酸铵0.3、硼砂3、乙撑双硬酯酰胺3.5、海菜粉3、聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷6、氧化锌5、六水合六氟硅酸镁2.5、双十二碳醇酯4.5、聚乙烯亚胺8、三乙醇胺油酸皂5、轻质碳酸钙10、辛酸亚锡3、钛硅粉5.5、氢化蓖麻油14.5、麻刀灰7、纳米蒙脱土8、20%氢氧化钠溶液适量、去离子水适量。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
一种木材用高强耐水淀粉改性聚乙烯醇胶粘剂,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:聚乙烯醇120、玉米淀粉45、双氧水3、硫酸亚铁0.7、过硫酸铵0.4、硼砂4、乙撑双硬酯酰胺4、海菜粉4、聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷7、氧化锌6、六水合六氟硅酸镁3、双十二碳醇酯5、聚乙烯亚胺9、三乙醇胺油酸皂6、轻质碳酸钙12、辛酸亚锡4、钛硅粉7、氢化蓖麻油16、麻刀灰8、纳米蒙脱土7-9、20%氢氧化钠溶液适量、去离子水适量。
制备方法同实施例1。

1.一种木材用高强耐水淀粉改性聚乙烯醇胶粘剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚乙烯醇100-120、玉米淀粉40-45、双氧水2-3、硫酸亚铁0.5-0.7、过硫酸铵0.2-0.4、硼砂2-4、乙撑双硬酯酰胺3-4、海菜粉2-4、聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷5-7、氧化锌4-6、六水合六氟硅酸镁2-3、双十二碳醇酯4-5、聚乙烯亚胺7-9、三乙醇胺油酸皂4-6、轻质碳酸钙8-12、辛酸亚锡2-4、钛硅粉4-7、氢化蓖麻油13-16、麻刀灰6-8、纳米蒙脱土7-9、20%氢氧化钠溶液适量、去离子水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木材用高强耐水淀粉改性聚乙烯醇胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)向反应釜中加入适量去离子水,加热至 65-70 ℃后边搅拌边缓慢加入玉米淀粉,使用20%氢氧化钠溶液将淀粉液的pH 值调节到9-10后加入双氧水和硫酸亚铁,保温下氧化反应 25-30 min,然后再加入适量的20%氢氧化钠溶液,在65℃条件下下糊化30-35min,得到淀粉糊备用;
(2)向搅拌器中加入适量去离子水,在搅拌速度为 200-250 r/min 条件下缓慢加入聚乙烯醇,升温至85-90℃后继续保温搅拌直至聚乙烯醇完全溶解,然后降温55-60℃,边搅拌边加入过硫酸铵氧化反应20-30min,得到聚乙烯醇胶体备用;
(3)将氧化锌、六水合六氟硅酸镁、轻质碳酸钙、钛硅粉、麻刀灰、纳米蒙脱土使用球磨机研磨30-40min,然后与聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷、双十二碳醇酯、聚乙烯亚胺、三乙醇胺油酸皂加入捏合机中在80-90℃条件下捏合30-40min,冷却后得到捏合物料;
(4)向聚乙烯醇胶体中加入配好的淀粉糊,搅拌均匀后升温至75-80℃,加入硼砂反应25-30 min,然后用20%氢氧化钠溶液将胶液的pH值调节到6-7,然后再加入捏合物料、乙撑双硬酯酰胺、海菜粉、辛酸亚锡、氢化蓖麻油升温至80-85℃继续反应,当胶液呈半透明时降温出料,即得所述胶黏剂。
