本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种造纸污水处理剂。
背景技术
造纸废水主要来自造纸工业生产中的制浆和抄纸两个生产过程。制浆是把植物原料中的纤维分离出来,制成浆料,再经漂白,这个过程会产生大量的造纸废水;抄纸是把浆料稀释、成型、压榨、烘干,制成纸张,这个过程也容易产生造纸废水。制浆产生的造纸废水,污染最为严重,洗浆时排出废水呈黑褐色,称为黑水,黑水中污染物浓度很高,BOD高达5—40g/L,含有大量纤维、无机盐和色素。漂白工序排出的造纸废水也含有大量的酸碱物质,抄纸机排出的造纸废水,称为白水,其中含有大量纤维和在生产过程中添加的填料和胶料,污染环境,影响地下水质。

为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种处理效果好,沉淀快速,效率高,成本低廉,净化水质好的造纸污水处理剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种造纸污水处理剂,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
玉米淀粉15-20份,聚丙烯酰胺8-11份,醋酸钠7-9份,三氯化铁6-8份,硫酸铝7-11份,中层矿物粘土14-16份,氧化钙8-14份,膨润土10-14份,过硫酸盐9-13份,水30-34份。
