Abstract

本发明涉及一种混合装置,具体说是食品粉料互相混合时使用的粉料混合机。它包括混合筒,混合筒一端的侧壁顶部有进料口,混合筒另一端的侧壁底部有出料口,混合筒内同心布置有转轴。转轴的一端通过轴承与混合筒的一端相连,转轴的另一端呈密封转动状穿过混合筒的另一端伸出在外,且转轴的外伸端与一电机的输出轴相连,位于混合筒内的那段转轴上自其一端到另一端间有螺旋推进叶。其特点是位于混合筒内的那段转轴上有螺旋反推叶,螺旋反推叶的螺旋方向与螺旋推进叶的螺旋方向相反,且螺旋反推叶的螺距小于所述螺旋推进叶的螺距。该粉料混合机占用的空间较小,混合均匀的程度较高。

本发明涉及一种混合装置,具体说是食品粉料互相混合时使用的粉料混合机。
背景技术
在食品加工行业中,粉料混合机通常在将两种或多种食品粉料均匀的混合在一起时使用,如在向面粉中加入添加剂时。
目前,食品加工行业中使用的粉料混合机,包括呈卧式布置的混合筒,混合筒侧壁顶部的一端有进料口,混合筒侧壁底部的另一端有出料口,混合筒内同心布置有转轴。所述转轴的一端通过轴承与混合筒的一端相连,转轴的另一端呈密封转动状穿过混合筒的另一端伸出在外,且转轴的外伸端与一电机的输出轴相连,位于混合筒内的那段转轴上自其一端到另一端间有呈连续布置的螺旋推进叶,螺旋推进叶的外边沿与混合筒的内壁间呈虚接触。使用时,先将待混合的两种以上的粉料从进料口送入到混合筒中;接着,启动电机,电机带动转轴转动、螺旋推进叶随着转轴转动,从而将待混合的粉料从混合筒的进料口一端向出料口一端输送,在此过程中螺旋推进叶对物料进行搅拌,从而完成混合;最后,混合完成后的粉料从出料口排出。这种粉料混合机在工作时,仅有螺旋推进叶对粉料进行搅拌,搅拌量较小,粉料均匀混合的程度较低。为了提高混合的均匀程度,现有技术中是采用加长混合筒长度的方式来延长搅拌时间,提高搅拌量,但采用这种方式后,粉料混合机占用的空间较大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种粉料混合机,该粉料混合机占用的空间较小,混合均匀的程度较高。
为解决上述问题,提供以下技术方案:
本发明的一种粉料混合机包括呈卧式布置的混合筒,混合筒一端的侧壁顶部有进料口,混合筒另一端的侧壁底部有出料口,混合筒内同心布置有转轴。所述转轴的一端通过轴承与混合筒的一端相连,转轴的另一端呈密封转动状穿过混合筒的另一端伸出在外,且转轴的外伸端与一电机的输出轴相连,位于混合筒内的那段转轴上自其一端到另一端间有呈连续布置的螺旋推进叶,螺旋推进叶的外边沿与混合筒的内壁间呈虚接触。其特点是位于混合筒内的那段转轴上有螺旋反推叶,螺旋反推叶的螺旋方向与螺旋推进叶的螺旋方向相反,且螺旋反推叶的螺距小于所述螺旋推进叶的螺距,螺旋反推叶与混合筒的内壁间呈虚接触。
其中,所述进料口上连接有进料斗。
采用以上方案,具有以下效果:
由于本发明的粉料混合机的位于混合筒内的那段转轴上有螺旋反推叶,螺旋反推叶的螺旋方向与螺旋推进叶的螺旋方向相反,且螺旋反推叶的螺距小于所述螺旋推进叶的螺距,螺旋反推叶与混合筒的内壁间呈虚接触。工作时,混合筒内的粉料被螺旋推进叶和螺旋反推叶同时搅拌,从而大大提高了搅拌量。另外,利用螺旋推进叶和螺旋反推叶的配合可大大延长物料留在混合筒内的时间,从而进一步提高了搅拌量。因此,经过本发明粉料混合机的粉料,混合均匀的程度较高,占用的空间较小。

如图1所示,本发明的一种粉料混合机包括呈卧式布置的混合筒4,混合筒4一端的侧壁顶部有进料口2,进料口2上连接有进料斗3,混合筒4另一端的侧壁底部有出料口8,混合筒4内同心布置有转轴5。所述转轴5的一端通过轴承与混合筒4的一端相连,转轴5的另一端呈密封转动状穿过混合筒4的另一端伸出在外,且转轴5的外伸端与一电机1的输出轴相连,位于混合筒4内的那段转轴5上自其一端到另一端间设置有呈连续布置的螺旋推进叶6,螺旋推进叶6的外边沿与混合筒4的内壁间呈虚接触。位于混合筒4内的那段转轴5上设置有螺旋反推叶7,螺旋反推叶7的螺旋方向与螺旋推进叶6的螺旋方向相反,且螺旋反推叶7的螺距小于所述螺旋推进叶6的螺距,螺旋反推叶7与混合筒4的内壁间呈虚接触。
使用时,先将待混合的两种以上的粉料从进料口2送入到混合筒4中。接着,启动电机1,电机1带动转轴5转动、螺旋推进叶6和螺旋反推叶7随着转轴5转动,粉料在被螺旋推进叶6向前推进一段距离后,又被螺旋反推叶7向后推进一段距离,由于螺旋反推叶7的螺距小于螺旋推进叶6的螺距,所以粉料最终是在慢慢前进,在此过程中螺旋推进叶6和螺旋反推叶7对物料进行充分搅拌,从而完成混合。最后,混合完成后的粉料从出料口8排出。

1.一种粉料混合机,包括呈卧式布置的混合筒(4),混合筒(4)一端的侧壁顶部有进料口(2),混合筒(4)另一端的侧壁底部有出料口(8),混合筒(4)内同心布置有转轴(5);所述转轴(5)的一端通过轴承与混合筒(4)的一端相连,转轴(5)的另一端呈密封转动状穿过混合筒(4)的另一端伸出在外,且转轴(5)的外伸端与一电机(1)的输出轴相连,位于混合筒(4)内的那段转轴(5)上自其一端到另一端间有呈连续布置的螺旋推进叶(6),螺旋推进叶(6)的外边沿与混合筒(4)的内壁间呈虚接触;其特征在于位于混合筒(4)内的那段转轴(5)上有螺旋反推叶(7),螺旋反推叶(7)的螺旋方向与螺旋推进叶(6)的螺旋方向相反,且螺旋反推叶(7)的螺距小于所述螺旋推进叶(6)的螺距,螺旋反推叶(7)与混合筒(4)的内壁间呈虚接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的粉料混合机,其特征在于所述进料口(2)上连接有进料斗(3)。
