技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，特别是涉及一种治疗胆石症的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
胆石症是指胆道系统的任何部位发生结石的疾病，是一种较难治疗的常见病，其症状表现：右上腹胀痛，其胀痛会放射到右肩和背部，且伴有低烧、恶心、厌恶油腻食物、呕吐、寒战、大汗淋漓甚至出现黄胆。
目前，治疗胆石症的药物存在疗效不稳定、治疗时间长、易复发等不足。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：为解决现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种治疗胆石症的中药组合物及其制备方法。
一种治疗胆石症的中药组合物，由如下重量份的原料药制成：金钱草13-17份、海金沙13-17份、鸡内金13-17份、党参13-17份、白术13-17份、茯苓13-17份、木香13-17份、砂仁13-17份、柴胡8-12份、枳实8-12份、半夏8-12份、大黄8-12份、白芍8-12份、甘草4-6份。
所述的治疗胆石症的中药组合物，其优选是：由如下重量份的原料药制成：金钱草15份、海金沙15份、鸡内金15份、党参15份、白术15份、茯苓15份、木香15份、砂仁15份、柴胡10份、枳实10份、半夏10份、大黄10份、白芍10份、甘草5份。
所述的治疗胆石症的中药组合物的制备方法，由所述中药组合物按常规方法制成浓缩丸或浓缩胶囊。
本发明用上述各原料药及其配比所制成的中药组合物，具有疏肝利胆、通下排石的作用，从而达到治疗胆石症的目的。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是：本发明具有疗效好、见效快、愈后不易复发、制备方法简单的优点。
下面结合临床实验说明本发明的有益效果：
（1）临床资料：本发明共治疗胆石症患者56例，年龄为29-63岁。
（2）治疗方法：患者每次取本发明的浓缩丸或浓缩胶囊3-5克口服，每天早、晚各服用一份；10天为一个疗程。
（3）疗效评价标准：
治愈：临床症状全部消失，试验室检查正常，愈后观察三个月未见复发。
好转：临床症状减轻，病情得到控制，实验室检查改善或正常。
未愈：症状无改善。
（4）治疗结果：本发明共治疗胆石症患者56例，经过1-4个疗程的治疗，治愈40例，占76.43%，好转9例，占16.07%，未愈7例，占12.5%，有效率为87.5%，未见任何副作用。
（5）典型病例：
1、宋某某，男，55岁，患者患胆石症，症状时轻时重，近日上腹胀痛加重，伴有低烧、厌食。使用本发明的中药组合物3个疗程治愈，随访1年未复发。
2、常某某，女，35岁，患者患胆石症，主要症状有腹胀痛，发低烧、恶心、寒战，出汗。使用本发明的中药组合物2个疗程治愈，随访1年未复发。

一种治疗胆石症的中药组合物，由如下重量份的原料药制成：金钱草15份、海金沙15份、鸡内金15份、党参15份、白术15份、茯苓15份、木香15份、砂仁15份、柴胡10份、枳实10份、半夏10份、大黄10份、白芍10份、甘草5份。
所述的治疗胆石症的中药组合物的制备方法，由所述中药组合物按常规方法制成浓缩丸或浓缩胶囊。

所述的治疗胆石症的中药组合物的制备方法，由所述中药组合物按常规方法制成浓缩丸或浓缩胶囊。
