Abstract

本发明提供一种舒筋活络膏，雄土鳖、天南星、血竭、乳香、没药、马钱子、当归、红花、羌活、防风、白芷、七叶一枝花、金毛狗脊、石菖蒲、川穹、麻黄、附片、川乌、草乌、细辛、肉桂、麻油，方法：配方药放入麻油浸泡；加热成药液；滤出药渣；用文火熬成滴水成珠状；另取黄丹文火炒制去掉水份；黄丹放入滴水成珠状的药液中进行搅拌成膏液；将膏液隔水方式用冷水泡为浓膏液；放入容器加热熔化，另取冰片、樟脑、乳香、没药、血竭组成的细料投入搅拌均匀；隔水加热在药布块上摊涂成膏药即为成品。通过本方法所产膏药贴敷后，可对人体起到极好的舒筋活络作用，经济安全，疗效快速，无任何副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于舒筋活络敷贴使用的膏药，具体的说是一种舒筋活络膏。
背景技术
颈肩、腰腿疼痛是人体在骨科临床上的常见病症，传统的方法均采用口服药丸或敷贴膏药的方式进行疗理，但是药三分毒，采用口服药丸的方式对人体不可避免的会产生一定的副作用，而采用膏药敷贴方式，目前还缺乏药效快、经济安全的膏药产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述膏药产品的市场需要，提供一种舒筋活络膏，具有经济安全，无副作用，疗效显著的特点。
本发明包括用竹筷取8～9克药膏在药布块上摊涂成单块的膏药，所采用的技术方案在于：
雄土鳖50～60g、天南星70～80g、血竭90～100g、乳香90～100g、没药90～100g、马钱子40～50g、当归110～130g、红花90～100g、羌活90～100g、防风70～80g、白芷90～100g、七叶一枝花90～100g、金毛狗脊90～100g、石菖蒲90～100g、川穹90～100g、麻黄70～80g、附片90～100g、川乌90～100g、草乌90～100g、细辛70～80g、肉桂70～80g、麻油8000～9000g，
制备方法如下：
步骤1、按配方取药料放入麻油内浸泡3～7天；
步骤2、将上述浸泡后的药料用文火加热至整体形成深褐色，内部为焦黄的药液；
步骤3、将步骤2药液滤出药渣；
步骤4、将步骤3过滤后的药液用文火熬炼成为滴水成珠状；
步骤5、另取5500～6500g黄丹，文火炒制，去掉黄丹中的水份；
步骤6、将上述炒制后的黄丹放入滴水成珠状的药液中进行搅拌，直至成膏液；
步骤7、将步骤6膏液隔水方式用冷水浸泡七天，即成为浓膏液；
步骤8、将上述浓膏液放入容器采用文火加热熔化后，另取冰片30g、樟脑30g、乳香30g、没药100g、血竭100g，用120目筛滤获细料，粗渣粉碎直至达到细料标准，将合格细料投入溶化后的浓膏液中搅拌均匀；
步骤9、将搅拌均匀的药膏隔水加热，用竹筷取8～9克药膏在药布块上摊涂成单块的膏药即为成品。
上述技术方案中：步骤7中冷水浸泡七天，应每天换冷水一次。
本发明的有益效果在于：通过上述这样一种技术方案，由于配方中各组分科学合理，加之制备方法采用了一整套浸泡、提取、炼油和成膏的工艺，所生产的膏药在使用上极为方便，适应症广泛，疗效上极为显著，且药效持久，每张贴敷后可达4～5天时间的药效，无任何副作用，由此解决了目前市场存在的疗效慢、贴敷时间短和容易产生皮肤瘙痒等过敏现象的问题，具有经济实惠、疗效好和药效持久等显著优势。
具体实施方式
实施例1：以生产800张膏药为例
雄土鳖50g、天南星70g、血竭90g、乳香90g、没药90g、马钱子40g、当归110g、红花90g、羌活90g、防风70g、白芷90g、七叶一枝花90g、金毛狗脊90g、石菖蒲90g、川穹90g、麻黄70g、附片90g、川乌90～100g、草乌90g、细辛70g、肉桂70g、麻油8000g，
制备方法如下：
步骤1、按配方取药料放入麻油内浸泡3天；
步骤2、将上述浸泡后的药料用文火加热至整体形成深褐色，内部为焦黄的药液；
步骤3、将步骤2药液滤出药渣；
步骤4、将步骤3过滤后的药液用文火熬炼成为滴水成珠状；
步骤5、另取5500g黄丹，文火炒制，去掉黄丹中的水份；

制备方法如下：
步骤1、按配方取药料放入麻油内浸泡5天；
步骤2、将上述浸泡后的药料用文火加热至整体形成深褐色，内部为焦黄的药液；
步骤3、将步骤2药液滤出药渣；
步骤4、将步骤3过滤后的药液用文火熬炼成为滴水成珠状；
步骤5、另取6000g黄丹，文火炒制，去掉黄丹中的水份；

制备方法如下：
步骤1、按配方取药料放入麻油内浸泡7天；
步骤2、将上述浸泡后的药料用文火加热至整体形成深褐色，内部为焦黄的药液；
步骤3、将步骤2药液滤出药渣；
步骤4、将步骤3过滤后的药液用文火熬炼成为滴水成珠状；

雄土鳖50～60g、天南星70～80g、血竭90～100g、乳香90～100g、没药90～100g、马钱子40～50g、当归110～130g、红花90～100g、羌活90～100g、防风70～80g、白芷90～100g、七叶一枝花90～100g、金毛狗脊90～100g、石菖蒲90～100g、川穹90～100g、麻黄70～80g、附片90～100g、川乌90～100g、草乌90～100g、细辛70～80g、肉桂70～80g、麻油8000～9000g，
制备方法如下：
步骤1、按配方取药料放入麻油内浸泡3～7天；
步骤2、将上述浸泡后的药料用文火加热至整体形成深褐色，内部为焦黄的药液；
