本发明涉及一种治疗牙痛的中药制剂，由如下重量份的原料药制成：牛蒡子28‑32份、益母草28‑32份、黄柏28‑32份、丹参23‑27份、延胡索23‑27份、蝉蜕23‑27份、独活18‑22份、细辛18‑22份、防风18‑22份、桔梗18‑22份、黄连13‑17份、附子8‑12份、栀子8‑12份、甘草3‑7份。本发明具有疗效好、见效快、制备方法简单的优点。

一种治疗牙痛的中药制剂
技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，特别是涉及一种治疗牙痛的中药制剂。
背景技术
牙痛是指牙齿因各种原因引起的疼痛，为口腔疾患中常见的症状之一，可见于龋齿、牙髓炎、根尖周炎、牙外伤、牙本质过敏、楔状缺损等。病因：牙痛大多由牙龈炎和牙周炎、龋齿或折裂牙而导致牙髓感染所引起的。是由于不注意口腔卫生，牙齿受到牙齿周围食物残渣、细菌等物结成的软质的牙垢和硬质的牙石所致的长期刺激，及不正确的刷牙习惯，维生素缺乏等原因所造成。临床表现：牙痛是多种牙齿疾病和牙周疾病常见症状之一，其特点表现为以牙痛为主，牙龈肿胀，咀嚼困难，口渴口臭，或时痛时止，遇冷热刺激痛、面颊部肿胀等。牙龈鲜红或紫红、肿胀、松软，有时龈缘有糜烂或肉芽组织增生外翻，刷牙或吃东西时牙龈易出血，但一般无自发性出血，患者无明显的自觉症状，有时可有发痒或发胀感。
目前，治疗牙痛的药物很多，但是大都存在疗效不稳定、副作用多等不足。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：为解决现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种治疗牙痛的中药制剂。
一种治疗牙痛的中药制剂，由如下重量份的原料药制成：牛蒡子28-32份、益母草28-32份、黄柏28-32份、丹参23-27份、延胡索23-27份、蝉蜕23-27份、独活18-22份、细辛18-22份、防风18-22份、桔梗18-22份、黄连13-17份、附子8-12份、栀子8-12份、甘草3-7份。
所述的治疗牙痛的中药制剂，其优选是：由如下重量份的原料药制成：牛蒡子30份、益母草30份、黄柏30份、丹参25份、延胡索25份、蝉蜕25份、独活20份、细辛20份、防风20份、桔梗20份、黄连15份、附子10份、栀子10份、甘草5份。
所述的治疗牙痛的中药制剂的制备方法，按照所述重量份数称取各原料药，将称取好的各原料药混合、杀菌后装袋即可。
本发明用上述各原料药及其配比所制成的中药制剂，具有清热利湿、消炎镇痛的作用，从而达到治疗牙痛的目的。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是：本发明具有疗效好、见效快、制备方法简单的优点。
下面结合临床实验说明本发明的有益效果：
（1）临床资料：本发明共治疗牙痛患者80例，年龄为16-61岁。
（2）治疗方法：将制成的中药制剂加适量水煎煮，加热至沸点，煎煮30-50分钟，过滤得药液，用此方法连续煎煮三次，将三次煎煮所得药液合并，平均分为两份，患者每天早、晚各服用一份。
（3）疗效评价标准：
治愈：症状及体征消失。
好转：症状和体征部分减轻。
未愈：症状和体征无变化。
（4）治疗结果：本发明共治疗牙痛患者80例，经过1-5天的治疗，治愈72例，占90%，好转4例，占5%，未愈4例，占5%，有效率为95%，未见任何副作用。
（5）典型病例：
1、何某某，36岁，男，右侧牙痛十余天，牙龈红肿，使用本发明的中药制剂1天，疼痛消失，随访半年未复发。
2、田某，53岁，女，患牙痛5年，本次牙痛2天，使用本发明的中药制剂5天，疼痛消失，随访1年未复发。

实施例1：
一种治疗牙痛的中药制剂，由如下重量份的原料药制成：牛蒡子30份、益母草30份、黄柏30份、丹参25份、延胡索25份、蝉蜕25份、独活20份、细辛20份、防风20份、桔梗20份、黄连15份、附子10份、栀子10份、甘草5份。
所述的治疗牙痛的中药制剂的制备方法，按照所述重量份数称取各原料药，将称取好的各原料药混合、杀菌后装袋即可。
