一种新型育苗箱,包括箱体,所述箱体顶端装置水箱,所述箱体左侧装置箱门,所述箱体右侧上端装置抽气装置,所述抽气装置下端装置控制器,所述箱体底端装置万向轮,所述箱体内部顶端左右两侧各装置一个紫外线灭菌灯,所述箱体内部中端装置育苗架,所述箱体内部左侧下端装置离心风机,所述箱体内部右侧由上至下依次装置湿度传感器、负氧离子发生器、温度传感器、离心风机,所述箱体底端装置集污槽。本发明的一种新型育苗箱,恒温恒湿育苗、温度和湿度等因素可控性高,操作简单,使用方便,充分保障了幼苗生长过程中芽苗生长的均匀性、齐整性,极大地提高了幼苗生长质量,有助于用户增产增收。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种育苗箱,特别是涉及一种新型育苗箱。
背景技术
幼苗培育是作物种植过程中非常关键的一个步骤,采用育苗箱培育幼苗是常见的育苗方式之一,传统的育苗箱,大多只具有摆放幼苗的功能,功能单一,人们往往只能依据经验种植幼苗,而幼苗生长的多种因素不可控,在一定程度上影响了幼苗生长的健壮率及芽苗齐整性,从而影响农业种植的质量和产量,影响用户收入;其次,传统的育苗箱普遍存在操作不便、适用范围较窄、芽苗生长齐整性较低的问题,并且育苗质量有待提高,影响农业种植的产量和质量,不利于推广。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型育苗箱,恒温恒湿育苗、温度和湿度等因素可控性高,操作简单,使用方便,充分保障了幼苗生长过程中芽苗生长的均匀性、齐整性,极大地提高了幼苗生长质量,有助于用户增产增收。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种新型育苗箱,包括箱体,所述箱体顶端装置水箱,所述箱体左侧装置箱门,所述箱体右侧上端装置抽气装置,所述抽气装置下端装置控制器,所述箱体底端装置万向轮,所述箱体内部顶端左右两侧各装置一个紫外线灭菌灯,所述箱体内部中端装置育苗架,所述箱体内部左侧下端装置离心风机,所述箱体内部右侧由上至下依次装置湿度传感器、负氧离子发生器、温度传感器、离心风机,所述箱体底端装置集污槽。
所述水箱左侧上端装置进水管,所述水箱内部上端装置PP棉过滤网,所述PP棉过滤网下端装置活性炭滤棒。
所述箱门内侧中端装置远红外加热片。
所述抽气装置由吸气管、抽气泵、排气管构成,所述抽气泵左侧通过吸气管连接箱体右侧上端,所述抽气泵顶端右侧装置排气管。
所述育苗架由喷水管、多个托盘和接污盘构成,所述喷水管顶端连接水箱底端中间,所述喷水管上端管口处装置电磁阀,所述喷水管底端装置卡件,所述喷水管左右两侧装置多个喷水孔,所述喷水管装置在托盘中端,所述喷水管穿出托盘中间,所述托盘底端装置接污盘。
本发明的优点:本发明的一种新型育苗箱,将幼苗置于托盘内均匀摆放即可,并可调节箱体内部的温湿度至幼苗生长的最佳值,操作简单,使用方便,箱体内部的温度传感器、湿度传感器,能精确监测箱体内的环境状况,并将其反映于控制器上,便于用户查看;同时,用户可通过控制器设定设备工作参数,当箱体内部的温湿度值过高时,抽气装置自动开启,及时抽走高温空气,当箱体内部的温湿度值过低时,远红外加热片自动开启,及时加热箱体内部空气,喷水管上端的电磁阀自动开启,水箱内的水经由喷水管两侧的喷水孔喷出,对幼苗进行均匀灌溉,避免缺水影响幼苗生长,当箱体内部的温湿度状况恢复正常值时,抽气装置、远红外加热片自动关闭,箱体内部的离心风机设计,使箱体内部各位置的温度、湿度都保持极大地均匀性;其次,水箱内部装置PP棉过滤网、活性炭滤棒,能对喷洒用水进行有效过滤、净化,避免水中的细菌污染幼苗;另外,箱体顶端装置有紫外线灭菌灯,能及时杀灭箱体内的细菌,同时负氧离子发生器能及时为箱体内部提供充足的氧气,为幼苗生长创造最佳环境,箱体底端设置有独立的集污槽,清洗较为方便;本发明使用简单、操作方便,充分保障了幼苗生长环境的稳定性,保证了幼苗生长的均匀性、齐整性,极大地提高了幼苗生长质量,有助于用户增产增收。

1.一种新型育苗箱,包括箱体,其特征在于:所述箱体顶端装置水箱,所述箱体左侧装置箱门,所述箱体右侧上端装置抽气装置,所述抽气装置下端装置控制器,所述箱体底端装置万向轮,所述箱体内部顶端左右两侧各装置一个紫外线灭菌灯,所述箱体内部中端装置育苗架,所述箱体内部左侧下端装置离心风机,所述箱体内部右侧由上至下依次装置湿度传感器、负氧离子发生器、温度传感器、离心风机,所述箱体底端装置集污槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型育苗箱,其特征在于:所述水箱左侧上端装置进水管,所述水箱内部上端装置PP棉过滤网,所述PP棉过滤网下端装置活性炭滤棒。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新型育苗箱,其特征在于:所述箱门内侧中端装置远红外加热片。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种新型育苗箱,其特征在于:所述抽气装置由吸气管、抽气泵、排气管构成,所述抽气泵左侧通过吸气管连接箱体右侧上端,所述抽气泵顶端右侧装置排气管。
