本发明实施例提供了一种小区噪声估计方法、系统及相关设备，用于提高噪声估计的准确率，提高解调性能。该方法具体包括：获取当前小区的负载指示值，所述当前小区的负载指示值至少用于指示当前小区上是否具有下行数据业务；当所述当前小区的负载指示值指示当前小区具有下行数据业务时，获取邻小区的负载指示值；所述邻小区的负载指示值至少用于指示邻小区上是否具有下行数据业务；根据所述邻小区的负载指示值进行噪声估计。
