Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于通风转换系统的室内主机装置,由主机外壳、主机面板、LED灯板、过滤网、叶轮组件、外盖及马达组件组成,所述主机外壳底部设置主机面板,该主机面板与主机外壳之间增设过滤网,该固定槽位外部两侧分别固定安装LED灯板;所述主机外壳两侧分别连接一个风口,该主机外壳内腔中固定安装叶轮组件并且此叶轮组件外侧安装外盖及马达组件,所述主机面板外边缘加装传感器。本发明有益效果为:通过设计该主机结构,内置过滤网,能过滤空气中的颗粒物,起到净化空气作用;具有传感器,有利于检测到空气质量;具有LED灯板,可起到照明作用;具有双向运转无刷马达,起到双向送风的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及通风系统技术,尤其涉及一种用于通风转换系统的室内主机装置。
背景技术
通风是借助换气稀释或通风排除等手段,控制空气污染物的传播与危害,实现室内外空气环境质量保障的一种建筑环境控制技术。通风系统就是实现通风这一功能,包括进风口、排风口、送风管道、风机、降温及采暖、过滤器、控制系统以及其他附属设备在内的一整套装置;按通风动力分类:自然通风、机械通风;按照通风服务范围:全面通风、局部通风;按气流方向分类:送(进)、排风(烟);按通风目的分类:一般换气通风、热风供暖、排毒与除尘、事故通风、防护式通风、建筑防排烟等;按动力所处的位置分类:动力集中式和动力分布式。
现有的通风主机主要由风扇叶轮转动进行风的传送,这种风机功能单一,只能进行送风和排风,空气中有异味时,无法起到净化空气作用。
因此,针对以上方面,需要对现有技术进行有效创新。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,本发明提供一种具有净化空气作用、检测空气质量、具有照明效果的用于通风转换系统的室内主机装置,以解决现有技术的诸多不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种用于通风转换系统的室内主机装置,由主机外壳、主机面板、LED灯板、过滤网、叶轮组件、外盖及马达组件组成,所述主机外壳底部设置主机面板,该主机面板与主机外壳之间增设过滤网,该固定槽位外部两侧分别固定安装LED灯板;所述主机外壳两侧分别连接一个风口,该主机外壳内腔中固定安装叶轮组件并且此叶轮组件外侧安装外盖及马达组件,所述主机面板外边缘加装传感器。
所述主机面板内部带有固定槽位,主机面板表面带有若干排风槽;
以上所述的外盖及马达组件与叶轮为一体注塑成型结构。
本发明所述的用于通风转换系统的室内主机装置的有益效果为:
⑴通过设计该主机结构,内置过滤网,能过滤空气中的颗粒物,起到净化空气作用;
⑵具有传感器,有利于检测到空气质量;
⑶具有LED灯板,可起到照明作用;
⑷具有双向运转无刷马达,起到双向送风的作用。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,本发明实施例所述的用于通风转换系统的室内主机装置,由主机外壳1、主机面板2、LED灯板3、过滤网4、叶轮组件7、外盖及马达组件8组成,所述主机外壳1底部设置主机面板2,该主机面板2内部带有固定槽位,此固定槽位与主机外壳1之间增设过滤网4,该固定槽位外部两侧分别固定安装LED灯板3;
相应地,所述主机外壳1两侧分别设置一个开口部位并且两个开口部位依次分别连接风口Ⅰ5、风口II6,同时,该主机外壳1内腔中固定安装叶轮组件7并且此叶轮组件7外侧安装外盖及马达组件8。此外,所述主机面板2外边缘加装传感器9。
以上本发明实施例所述的用于通风转换系统的室内主机装置,当主机内传感器监测到空气有异味时,马达带动扇叶顺时针转动,风由风口排风;当需要向室内送风时,马达带动扇叶逆时针转动,风进入到主机腔体时,经过过滤网过滤,起到净化空气左右,净化后的空气由风口传送到室内,在主机外设有LED灯板,起到照明。

1.一种用于通风转换系统的室内主机装置,其特征在于,由主机外壳、主机面板、LED灯板、过滤网、叶轮组件、外盖及马达组件组成,所述主机外壳底部设置主机面板,该主机面板与主机外壳之间增设过滤网,该固定槽位外部两侧分别固定安装LED灯板;所述主机外壳两侧分别连接一个风口,该主机外壳内腔中固定安装叶轮组件并且此叶轮组件外侧安装外盖及马达组件,所述主机面板外边缘加装传感器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于通风转换系统的室内主机装置,其特征在于:所述主机面板内部带有固定槽位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于通风转换系统的室内主机装置,其特征在于:所述主机面板表面带有若干排风槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于通风转换系统的室内主机装置,其特征在于:所述外盖及马达组件与叶轮为一体注塑成型结构。
