Abstract
本发明公开了一种LED手持照明装置,包括LED光源、灯罩、外壳、灯头和后盖,所述的外壳下端设有后盖,前端连接有灯罩,灯罩前端设有灯头,所述的外壳内下端部设有电源仓,电源仓与后盖之间设有吸铁石和弹簧电极,所述的电源仓前端设有开关,开关通过开关固定件固定于外壳上,所述的灯罩内设有LED灯条,LED灯条两端通过固定片固定于灯罩内,所述的灯罩与灯头之间通过散热器连接,LED光源设置于散热器上,LED光源上设有透镜。本发明设计合理、结构紧凑,设有多个光源,可以同时照射多个角度,可以根据需要选择,适用于施工或作业照明。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明技术领域,具体属于一种天花灯用的LED手持照明装置。
背景技术
现有技术的手持式照明装置,例如手电筒、应急照明装置、野外照明装置等,大都采用一体设计,照明装置的只有一个发光源,且照射面积宽度十分有限,给使用者带来不便,不适于施工或者作业环境的照明;而且现有技术手持式照明装置的功能单一。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供了一种LED手持照明装置,克服了现有技术的不足,设计合理、结构紧凑,设有多个光源,可以同时照射多个角度,可以根据需要选择,适用于施工或作业照明。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种LED手持照明装置,包括LED光源、灯罩、外壳、灯头和后盖,所述的外壳下端设有后盖,前端连接有灯罩,灯罩前端设有灯头,所述的外壳内下端部设有电源仓,电源仓与后盖之间设有吸铁石和弹簧电极,所述的电源仓前端设有开关,开关通过开关固定件固定于外壳上,所述的灯罩内设有LED灯条,LED灯条两端通过固定片固定于灯罩内,所述的灯罩与灯头之间通过散热器连接,LED光源设置于散热器上,LED光源上设有透镜。
所述的散热器与灯头通过螺纹连接,散热器卡合固定于灯罩上。
所述的灯罩下端与外壳之间设有弹簧垫。
所述的后盖与外壳通过螺纹连接,后盖与外壳之间设有密封圈。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明设有多个光源,可以同时照射多个角度,可以根据需要选择,适用于施工或作业照明;灯具上设有合理的散热结构,散热效果好,同时在一个光源出现问题,不影响其他光源,使用安全可靠。

具体实施方式
参见附图,一种LED手持照明装置,包括LED光源1、灯罩2、外壳3、灯头4和后盖5,所述的外壳3下端设有后盖5,前端连接有灯罩2,灯罩2前端设有灯头4,所述的外壳3内下端部设有电源仓6,电源仓6与后盖5之间设有吸铁石7和弹簧电极8,所述的电源仓6前端设有开关9,开关9通过开关固定件10固定于外壳3上,所述的灯罩2内设有LED灯条11,LED灯条11两端通过固定片12固定于灯罩2内,所述的灯罩2与灯头4之间通过散热器13连接,LED光源1设置于散热器13上,LED光源1上设有透镜14;所述的散热器13与灯头4通过螺纹连接,散热器13卡合固定于灯罩2上;所述的灯罩2下端与外壳3之间设有弹簧垫15;所述的后盖5与外壳3通过螺纹连接,后盖5与外壳3之间设有密封圈16;本发明设有多个光源,可以同时照射多个角度,可以根据需要选择,适用于施工或作业照明;灯具上设有合理的散热结构,散热效果好,同时在一个光源出现问题,不影响其他光源,使用安全可靠。

1.一种LED手持照明装置,包括LED光源、灯罩、外壳、灯头和后盖,其特征在于:所述的外壳下端设有后盖,前端连接有灯罩,灯罩前端设有灯头,所述的外壳内下端部设有电源仓,电源仓与后盖之间设有吸铁石和弹簧电极,所述的电源仓前端设有开关,开关通过开关固定件固定于外壳上,所述的灯罩内设有LED灯条,LED灯条两端通过固定片固定于灯罩内,所述的灯罩与灯头之间通过散热器连接,LED光源设置于散热器上,LED光源上设有透镜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED手持照明装置,其特征在于:所述的散热器与灯头通过螺纹连接,散热器卡合固定于灯罩上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED手持照明装置,其特征在于:所述的灯罩下端与外壳之间设有弹簧垫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED手持照明装置,其特征在于:所述的后盖与外壳通过螺纹连接,后盖与外壳之间设有密封圈。
