本发明属于航空航天用紧固件技术领域,尤其涉及一种蜂窝弹性复合材料用潜藏式螺纹组件。本发明包括潜藏式双头螺栓、渐压式正旋螺纹螺母和渐压式反旋螺纹螺母;所述渐压式正旋螺纹螺母和渐压式反旋螺纹螺母均包括内螺纹,渐压式正旋螺纹螺母的内螺纹为正旋内螺纹,渐压式反旋螺纹螺母的内螺纹为反旋内螺纹,还包括渐压壁;所述潜藏式双头螺栓包括承力杆,承力杆的两端外壁上分别设置有正旋外螺纹和反旋外螺纹,承力杆的两端分别向内凹陷设置有内扳拧结构。本发明结构简单、可反复拆装使用、由于采用渐压壁逐渐压缩复合材料基体,不会对基体造成损伤。本发明还涉及一种采用上述潜藏式螺纹组件进行锁紧的方法。

Description

一种蜂窝弹性复合材料用潜藏式螺纹组件及其锁紧方法
技术领域
本发明属于航空航天用紧固件技术领域,尤其涉及一种蜂窝弹性复合材料用潜藏式螺纹组件,还涉及一种采用上述潜藏式螺纹组件进行锁紧的方法。
背景技术
蜂窝复合材料起源于仿生学,并最早应用于航空航天领域,它是应航空航天科技的特殊需要而发展起来的一种超轻型的复合材料。
而在航空航天领域的应用中,各蜂窝弹性复合材料基体之间的连接固定,通常采用普通螺栓螺母连接,这些连接固定方式都会损伤蜂窝弹性复合材料基体,很多弹性复合材料是不允许有割伤或损伤的;有些采用铆钉铆接,铆钉铆接是永久固定,是不能进行再固定的,尤其是在某些区域需要多次拆装,还不能损伤蜂窝弹性复合材料;另外,在航空航天领域的使用中,要求复合材料的外表面平滑美观,用于连接固定的组件需要隐藏起来,上述的普通螺栓螺母连接和铆钉铆接不能满足隐藏安装的要求,同时安全可靠性等方面的性能也不能满足要求。
因此,为解决现有技术中存在的上述一系列难题,需要研发设计一种安装过程不损伤复合材料、可多次拆装且安全可靠性高的潜藏式螺纹组件。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种建构简单、安装过程不损伤复合材料、可多次拆装且安全可靠性高的蜂窝弹性复合材料用潜藏式螺纹组件。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种蜂窝弹性复合材料用潜藏式螺纹组件包括潜藏式双头螺栓,还包括可安装于潜藏式双头螺栓两端的渐压式正旋螺纹螺母和渐压式反旋螺纹螺母;所述渐压式正旋螺纹螺母和渐压式反旋螺纹螺母均包括贯穿螺母前端面和后端面的螺孔,螺孔内设置有内螺纹,渐压式正旋螺纹螺母的内螺纹为正旋内螺纹,渐压式反旋螺纹螺母的内螺纹为反旋内螺纹;还包括渐压壁,所述渐压壁的形状为沿螺母前端面至后端面呈渐开线式的曲面;所述潜藏式双头螺栓包括承力杆,承力杆的两端外壁上分别设置有与正旋内螺纹和反旋内螺纹相配合的正旋外螺纹和反旋外螺纹,承力杆的两端分别向内凹陷设置有内扳拧结构。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:由于采用渐压壁,安装过程中渐开线式的曲面逐渐压缩弹性复合材料基体而不会损伤到蜂窝弹性复合材料基体;通过旋转扳手就可将螺纹组件拧紧或拧松,因此可以反复拆装使用;由于采用潜藏式结构,紧固件零件都隐藏在复合材料内部,复合材料基体外部平滑美观,不易造成损伤。
优选地:所述内扳拧结构为内五角扳拧结构或内六角扳拧结构。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种采用上述潜藏式螺纹组件对蜂窝弹性复合材料进行锁紧的方法。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种采用上述蜂窝弹性复合材料用潜藏式螺纹组件进行锁紧的方法,包括以下步骤:a、从蜂窝弹性复合材料基体的一端插入将渐压式正旋螺纹螺母,从另一端放入潜藏式内五角双头螺栓,再继续插入渐压式反旋螺纹螺母;b、将扳手插入到渐压式反旋螺纹螺母的内扳拧结构中,顺时针旋转扳手,将两端的渐压式正旋螺纹螺母和渐压式反旋螺纹螺母拧紧,渐压壁逐渐压缩蜂窝弹性复合材料基体,螺纹组件处于紧固状态;c、需要拆卸螺纹组件时,将扳手插入到渐压式反旋螺纹螺母的内扳拧结构中,逆时针旋转扳手,将两端的渐压式正旋螺纹螺母和渐压式反旋螺纹螺母拧松。

为能进一步了解本发明的发明内容、特点及功效,兹例举以下实施例详细说明如下:
请参见图1,本发明包括潜藏式双头螺栓2,还包括可安装于潜藏式双头螺栓2两端的渐压式正旋螺纹螺母1和渐压式反旋螺纹螺母3。
请参见图2,所述渐压式正旋螺纹螺母1和渐压式反旋螺纹螺母3均包括贯穿螺母前端面和后端面的螺孔,螺孔内设置有内螺纹,渐压式正旋螺纹螺母1的内螺纹为正旋内螺纹5,渐压式反旋螺纹螺母3的内螺纹为反旋内螺纹6;还包括渐压壁4,所述渐压壁4的形状为沿螺母前端面至后端面呈渐开线式的曲面。
请参见图3,所述潜藏式双头螺栓2包括承力杆8,承力杆8的两端外壁上分别设置有与正旋内螺纹5和反旋内螺纹6相配合的正旋外螺纹7和反旋外螺纹9,承力杆8的两端分别向内凹陷设置有内扳拧结构10,所述内扳拧结构10为内五角扳拧结构或内六角扳拧结构。
请参见图4,采用上述蜂窝弹性复合材料用潜藏式螺纹组件进行锁紧的方法,包括以下步骤:a、从蜂窝弹性复合材料基体11的一端插入将渐压式正旋螺纹螺母1,从另一端放入潜藏式内五角双头螺栓2,再继续插入渐压式反旋螺纹螺母3;b、将扳手插入到渐压式反旋螺纹螺母3的内扳拧结构10中,顺时针旋转扳手,将两端的渐压式正旋螺纹螺母1和渐压式反旋螺纹螺母3拧紧,渐压壁4逐渐压缩蜂窝弹性复合材料基体11,螺纹组件处于紧固状态;c、需要拆卸螺纹组件时,将扳手插入到渐压式反旋螺纹螺母(3)的内扳拧结构10中,逆时针旋转扳手,将两端的渐压式正旋螺纹螺母1和渐压式反旋螺纹螺母3拧松。
本发明由于采用渐压壁,安装过程中渐开线式的曲面逐渐压缩弹性复合材料基体而不会损伤到蜂窝弹性复合材料基体;通过旋转扳手就可将螺纹组件拧紧或拧松,因此可以反复拆装使用;由于采用潜藏式结构,紧固件零件都隐藏在复合材料内部,复合材料基体外部平滑美观,不易造成损伤。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明最佳的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (3)

1.一种蜂窝弹性复合材料用潜藏式螺纹组件,其特征在于:包括潜藏式双头螺栓(2),还包括可安装于潜藏式双头螺栓(2)两端的渐压式正旋螺纹螺母(1)和渐压式反旋螺纹螺母(3);
所述渐压式正旋螺纹螺母(1)和渐压式反旋螺纹螺母(3)均包括贯穿螺母前端面和后端面的螺孔,螺孔内设置有内螺纹,渐压式正旋螺纹螺母(1)的内螺纹为正旋内螺纹(5),渐压式反旋螺纹螺母(3)的内螺纹为反旋内螺纹(6);还包括渐压壁(4),所述渐压壁(4)的形状为沿螺母前端面至后端面呈渐开线式的曲面;
所述潜藏式双头螺栓(2)包括承力杆(8),承力杆(8)的两端外壁上分别设置有与正旋内螺纹(5)和反旋内螺纹(6)相配合的正旋外螺纹(7)和反旋外螺纹(9),承力杆(8)的两端分别向内凹陷设置有内扳拧结构(10)。
2.如权利要求1所述的蜂窝弹性复合材料用潜藏式螺纹组件,其特征在于:所述内扳拧结构(10)为内五角扳拧结构或内六角扳拧结构。
3.采用如权利要求1或2所述的蜂窝弹性复合材料用潜藏式螺纹组件对复合材料进行锁紧的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
a、从蜂窝弹性复合材料基体(11)的一端插入将渐压式正旋螺纹螺母(1),从另一端放入潜藏式内五角双头螺栓(2),再继续插入渐压式反旋螺纹螺母(3);
b、将扳手插入到渐压式反旋螺纹螺母(3)的内扳拧结构(10)中,顺时针旋转扳手,将两端的渐压式正旋螺纹螺母(1)和渐压式反旋螺纹螺母(3)拧紧,渐压壁(4)逐渐压缩蜂窝弹性复合材料基体(11),螺纹组件处于紧固状态;
c、需要拆卸螺纹组件时,将扳手插入到渐压式反旋螺纹螺母(3)的内扳拧结构(10)中,逆时针旋转扳手,将两端的渐压式正旋螺纹螺母(1)和渐压式反旋螺纹螺母(3)拧松。
