本发明提出了一种方便拆装的防松螺栓,包括螺帽、螺柱、螺纹、六角凹槽、十字凹槽和弹性垫圈,所述螺柱的形状为圆柱体,所述螺柱的下端部外侧设有螺纹,所述螺柱的顶端设有螺帽,所述螺帽的形状为六棱柱,所述螺帽上端面开设有六角凹槽,所述六角凹槽下方设有十字凹槽,所述螺帽的下端面设有弹性垫圈,所述弹性垫圈内开设有若干个内孔,所述内孔以螺柱为中心呈均匀圆周分布。本发明大大降低了因无法找到匹配的操作工具而无法拆装的概率,同时增大螺栓与连接件表面的摩擦力,避免震动引起螺栓的松动,保证螺栓连接的稳固性。

一种方便拆装的防松螺栓
【技术领域】
本发明涉及露天机械、矿山机械、化工设备零件连接紧固的技术领域,特别是一种方便拆装的防松螺栓的技术领域。
【背景技术】
螺栓头通常被设置成六角形、四边形或八边形,上述螺栓在拆装时,因为工具限制,而无法实现拆装,六角套筒、四角套筒或八角套筒的组装工具占用的空间较大,人们在使用中需要螺栓具有快速高效的性能与作用,人们在螺栓产品中做了诸如十字螺栓、内六角螺栓等等有益的改进,暴货车、卸煤机等其他中型机械设备,长期风吹雨淋日晒,极易使设备上的外露螺栓,主梁、法兰联接螺栓等发生锈腐蚀,材料性能下降,在一些存在震动的场合,用于紧固的螺栓经常发生松动,造成连接脱开,机器失效,甚至造成安全事故,为此制造能有效防松动的螺栓变得极为迫切,因此提出一种方便拆装的防松螺栓。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出了一种方便拆装的防松螺栓,很好的解决了因无法找到匹配的操作工具而无法拆装的概率,由于积水引起的生锈的问题,而且解决了震动等外在因素引起的螺栓松动,保证螺栓连接的稳固性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种方便拆装的防松螺栓,包括螺帽、螺柱、螺纹、六角凹槽、十字凹槽和弹性垫圈,所述螺柱的形状为圆柱体,所述螺柱的下端部外侧设有螺纹,所述螺柱的顶端设有螺帽,所述螺帽的形状为六棱柱,所述螺帽上端面开设有六角凹槽,所述六角凹槽下方设有十字凹槽,所述螺帽的下端面设有弹性垫圈,所述弹性垫圈内开设有若干个内孔,所述内孔以螺柱为中心呈均匀圆周分布。
作为优选,所述螺帽的下端面圆周分布有若干个紧固齿,所述紧固齿的数目为6~8个,所述紧固齿的上端部为圆柱形,下端部为圆台形或圆锥形,所述紧固齿与内孔相配合,所述紧固齿的长度小于内孔的深度。
作为优选,所述六角凹槽的形状为正六边形,所述六角凹槽的中心线与螺柱的轴线重合,所述六角凹槽的深度等于螺帽台体高度的1/2。
作为优选,所述螺帽的两个对边上设有排液孔,所述排液孔的截面形状为圆形,所述排液孔与十字凹槽的位于螺帽对边上的两个分支相连通。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在螺帽的内部开有六角凹槽和十字凹槽,能够匹配多种操作工具,选择最方便进行的方式对螺丝进行拆装,大大降低了因无法找到匹配的操作工具而无法拆装的概率,并且在十字凹槽的分支上贯穿有排液孔,避免螺帽内积水引起生锈的问题,通过能够在螺栓拧进螺孔中后,弹性垫圈和紧固齿的配合,使螺帽与螺栓之间增大摩擦力,避免螺栓的轻易松动,保证螺栓连接的稳固性。

参阅图1和图2,本发明一种方便拆装的防松螺栓,包括螺帽1、螺柱2、螺纹3、六角凹槽4、十字凹槽5和弹性垫圈6,所述螺柱2的形状为圆柱体,所述螺柱2的下端部外侧设有螺纹3,所述螺柱2的顶端设有螺帽1,所述螺帽1的形状为六棱柱,所述螺帽1上端面开设有六角凹槽4,所述六角凹槽4下方设有十字凹槽5,所述螺帽1的下端面设有弹性垫圈6,所述弹性垫圈6内开设有若干个内孔61,所述内孔61以螺柱2为中心呈均匀圆周分布。所述螺帽1的下端面圆周分布有若干个紧固齿12,所述紧固齿12的数目为6~8个,所述紧固齿12的上端部为圆柱形,下端部为圆台形或圆锥形,所述紧固齿12与内孔61相配合,所述紧固齿12的长度小于内孔61的深度。所述六角凹槽4的形状为正六边形,所述六角凹槽4的中心线与螺柱2的轴线重合,所述六角凹槽4的深度等于螺帽1台体高度的1/2。所述螺帽1的两个对边上设有排液孔11,所述排液孔11的截面形状为圆形,所述排液孔11与十字凹槽5的位于螺帽1对边上的两个分支相连通。
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种方便拆装的防松螺栓在工作过程中,安装时,将螺栓穿入被连接工件的孔内,根据操作空间的限制,相应的选用六角扳手或者十字螺丝刀对其进行紧固,首选用平口螺丝刀或十字落实到插在十字凹槽5内可以拆装该螺栓,当出现滑丝时,用扳手、套筒扳手、内六角扳手等工具配合六角凹槽4也可以拆装该螺栓,多种工具均可完成安装和拆卸工作,大大降低了因无法找到匹配的操作工具而无法拆装的概率,通过工具将螺帽1旋紧时,弹性垫圈6和紧固齿12能够与连接件的表面压紧,增大摩擦力,避免螺栓的轻易松动,保证螺栓连接的稳固性,螺帽1内设有排液孔11,当六角凹槽4中有积水时,排液孔11能够及时的将积水排出,避免螺帽内积水引起生锈的问题。

1.一种方便拆装的防松螺栓,其特征在于:包括螺帽(1)、螺柱(2)、螺纹(3)、六角凹槽(4)、十字凹槽(5)和弹性垫圈(6),所述螺柱(2)的形状为圆柱体,所述螺柱(2)的下端部外侧设有螺纹(3),所述螺柱(2)的顶端设有螺帽(1),所述螺帽(1)的形状为六棱柱,所述螺帽(1)上端面开设有六角凹槽(4),所述六角凹槽(4)下方设有十字凹槽(5),所述螺帽(1)的下端面设有弹性垫圈(6),所述弹性垫圈(6)内开设有若干个内孔(61),所述内孔(61)以螺柱(2)为中心呈均匀圆周分布。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种方便拆装的防松螺栓,其特征在于:所述螺帽(1)的下端面圆周分布有若干个紧固齿(12),所述紧固齿(12)的数目为6~8个,所述紧固齿(12)的上端部为圆柱形,下端部为圆台形或圆锥形,所述紧固齿(12)与内孔(61)相配合,所述紧固齿(12)的长度小于内孔(61)的深度。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种方便拆装的防松螺栓,其特征在于:所述六角凹槽(4)的形状为正六边形,所述六角凹槽(4)的中心线与螺柱(2)的轴线重合,所述六角凹槽(4)的深度等于螺帽(1)台体高度的1/2。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种方便拆装的防松螺栓,其特征在于:所述螺帽(1)的两个对边上设有排液孔(11),所述排液孔(11)的截面形状为圆形,所述排液孔(11)与十字凹槽(5)的位于螺帽(1)对边上的两个分支相连通。
