一种三扇门式进出控制结构,由外门、内门、弧形门、上盖和门框组成。人员从污染区进入清洁区时,不断来回扇动内门,清洁空气不断进入密闭空间内,被污染了的空气不断从密闭空间被排出,最后达到清洁密闭空间内空气的目的,最后人员与清洁的空气一同出来进入清洁区,污染区的空气不能进入清洁区;人员从清洁区进入污染区时,关上内门和弧形门,隔离了污染区和清洁区,污染区的空气不能进入清洁区。总之,一种三扇门式进出控制结构,可以让人员自由进出,而污染区的空气不能进入清洁区,保证了清洁区空气的清洁干净。

一种三扇门式进出控制结构
技术领域
本发明涉及进出控制结构,尤其涉及一种人员可以自由进出,而不会伴随污染的空气进入清洁区的三扇门式进出控制结构。
背景技术
由于某些原因,有一些企业只能把生产区和办公区安排在同一厂房内,生产区不可避免会产生空气污染,办公区不会产生空气污染,最好把生产区和办公区分隔开来,避免污染的空气影响、伤害办公区的工作人员。一般的门只要一打开,在人员进出过程中会伴随生产区污染的空气一起进入办公区,污染办公区清洁的空气。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处,而提供一种三扇门式进出控制结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种三扇门式进出控制结构,由外门、内门、弧形门、上盖和门框组成,上盖固定在门框上边,弧形门通过弹性铰链安装在门框的一侧,外门和内门通过弹性铰链安装在门框的另一侧,外门在靠近污染区的一面,内门在靠近清洁区的一面,外门向污染区开启,内门向清洁区开启。人员从污染区进入清洁区的动作是:打开外门, 推进内门,人员进入,前推内门,不断来回扇动内门,打开内门和弧形门,人员进入到清洁区;人员从清洁区进入污染区的动作是:打开内门和弧形门,人员进入,关上内门和弧形门,打开外门,外门继续打开,人员进入污染区。
本发明的有益效果是:从污染区进入清洁区时,不断来回扇动内门,清洁空气不断进入密闭空间内,被污染了的空气不断从密闭空间被排出,最后达到清洁密闭空间内空气的目的,最后人员与清洁的空气一同出来进入清洁区,污染区的空气不能进入清洁区;从清洁区进入污染区时,关上内门和弧形门,隔离了污染区和清洁区,污染区的空气不能进入清洁区。总之,一种三扇门式进出控制结构,可以让人员自由进出,而污染区的空气不能进入清洁区,保证了清洁区空气的清洁干净。

如图1至图6所示,其中:1—外门、2—内门、3—弧形门、4—排气结构、5—通气窗、6—上盖、7—门框、8—弹性铰链、9—密封条、10—膜片10。
具体实施方式
如图1所示,弧形门3的门板为圆弧形,上边、下边、内边安装有密封条9。
如图2所示,外门、内门的门板四周安装有密封条9,门板上有多个排气结构5。
如图3所示,排气结构4由通气窗5和膜片10构成,通气窗5的一面的上边连接有膜片10,膜片10遮挡住通气窗5。
如图4所示,本发明由外门1、内门2、弧形门3、上盖6和门框7组成,上盖6固定在门框7上边,弧形门3通过弹性铰链8安装在门框7的一侧,外门1和内门2通过弹性铰链8安装在门框7的另一侧,外门1在靠近污染区的一面,内门2在靠近清洁区的一面,外门1向污染区开启,内门2向清洁区开启。
在图5中,过程为:A→B→C→D←→E→F→A,人员来到门口,本发明处于初始状态,如A所示;打开外门1,如B所示;推进内门2,人员进入地面、上盖6、弧形门3、外门1与内门2之间的空间,同时污染的空气也进入地面、上盖6、弧形门3、外门1与内门2之间的空间,如C所示;人员继续往清洁区方向行进,前推内门2,在弹性铰链8的作用下外门1回归原位,人员处于地面、上盖6、弧形门3、外门1与内门2所围成的密闭空间,密闭空间的空气含有污染的空气,如D所示;当内门2往清洁区扇动时,内门2上的排气结构4的膜片10被清洁空气推开,清洁空气通过通气窗5进入密闭空间, 稀释了密闭空间污染的空气,当内门2往污染区扇动时,内门2上的排气结构4的膜片10关闭通气窗5,内门2挤压密闭空间的空气,外门1上的排气结构4的膜片10被密闭空间的空气推开,密闭空间内被污染了的空气通过通气窗5进入污染区,排出了被污染了的空气,如此不断来回扇动内门2,清洁空气不断进入密闭空间内,被污染了的空气不断从密闭空间被排出,最后达到清洁密闭空间内空气的目的,如D、E所示;打开内门2和弧形门3,人员从密闭空间出来进入到清洁区,如F所示;在弹性铰链8的作用下内门2回归原位,密闭空间内的空气被挤压从外门1上的排气结构4排出,外门1与内门2重合,如A所示。
在图6中,过程为:A→F→E→C→B→A,人员来到门口,本发明处于初始状态,如A所示;打开内门2和弧形门3,人员从清洁区进入到地面、上盖6、弧形门3、外门1与内门2之间的空间,清洁空气同时进入地面、上盖6、弧形门3、外门1与内门2之间的空间,如F所示;关上内门2和弧形门3,人员和清洁空气都处在地面、上盖6、弧形门3、外门1与内门2所围成的密闭空间,如E所示;打开外门1,人员继续往污染区方向行进,在弹性铰链8的作用下内门2往回收缩,清洁空气从地面、上盖6、弧形门3、外门1与内门2之间的空间排出到污染区,如C所示;外门1继续打开,在弹性铰链8的作用下内门2回归原位,人员进入污染区,如B所示;在弹性铰链8的作用下外门1回归原位,如A所示。

Claims (4)

1.一种三扇门式进出控制结构,由外门、内门、弧形门、上盖和门框组成,其特征在于:上盖固定在门框上边,弧形门通过弹性铰链安装在门框的一侧,外门和内门通过弹性铰链安装在门框的另一侧,外门在靠近污染区的一面,内门在靠近清洁区的一面,外门向污染区开启,内门向清洁区开启。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三扇门式进出控制结构,其特征在于:弧形门的门板为圆弧形,上边、下边、内边安装有密封条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种三扇门式进出控制结构,其特征在于:外门、内门的门板四周安装有密封条,门板上有多个排气结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种三扇门式进出控制结构,其特征在于:排气结构由通气窗和膜片构成,通气窗的一面的上边连接有膜片,膜片遮挡住通气窗。
