技术领域
本发明涉及木塑板材领域，尤其涉及一种防水木塑板材。
背景技术
随着科技的进步，人们生活水平的提高，更多的人对家装木塑板材的引起了重视，很多地板防水效果差，水分易渗透到板芯，导致板材的腐烂，随着时间的推移，板材的承重能力越来越差，很多地板内部容易受损，而强度高，韧性好，防水的木塑板材也开始受到市场的热销。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷，本发明的目的是提供一种防水木塑板材。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的：一种新型防水木塑板材，它包括板材本体，所述板材本体包括表层、防水层、板芯层；所述表层设置于板材本体的最上方；所述表层下设置一层防水层；所述防水层挤包着板芯层。
上述的一种新型防水木塑板材，所述板芯层的原料按以下质量配比制备而成，
聚丙烯树脂粒子：25%~30%
稳定剂： 2%~3%
柳桉芯： 80%~85%
粘合剂： 2%~2.5%
上述的一种新型防水木塑板材，所述表层采用高分子木粉膜制成。
上述的一种新型防水木塑板材，所述防水层为PVDC层。
上述的一种新型防水木塑板材，所述所述板芯层采用柳桉芯制成。
上述的一种新型防水木塑板材，所述板材本体的左侧设置为凹槽，右侧设置为相契合的凸头。
上述的一种新型防水木塑板材，相邻所述板材本体通过凹槽与凸头相连接。
上述的一种新型防水木塑板材，所述板材本体厚度设置为2cm。
综上所述本发明具有以下优点：本发明具有结构合理、美观、耐用、便于安装、防水、硬度大和稳定性强等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种新型的防水木塑板材，它包括板材本体1，所述板材本体1包括表层2、防水层3、板芯层4。所述表层2设置于板材本体1的最上方；所述表层2下设置一层防水层3；所述防水层3挤包着板芯层4。
所述板芯层4采用柳桉芯，硬度大，可以承受力大，不易腐烂；所述防水层3为PVDC层，韧性强，阻隔性高，有阻湿、阻氧、防潮等优点；所述板芯层4的原料按以下质量配比制备而成，
聚丙烯树脂粒子：25%~30%
稳定剂： 2%~3%
柳桉芯： 80%~85%
粘合剂： 2%~2.5%
从材料的选用可以看出板材本体的强度很大，可以铺设在多种复杂的区域，满足广大消费者的需求;相邻所述板材本体1采用凹槽与凸头相连的方式来连接，方便快捷，省力省时；所述表层2采用高分子木粉膜，具有防水阻燃的优点。
