本发明涉及油漆领域,具体的是一种家具用耐火涂料,所述涂料包括防火材料,其质量与涂料其它组分的总质量的比值为3‑6:11;所述涂料其它组分按质量份数计包括以下组分:饱和漆酚15‑20份、脱水蓖麻油5‑10份、丙烯腈18‑28份、钛白粉10‑15份、E51环氧树脂4‑9份、环氧化聚二丁烯树脂20‑25份、丙烯酸‑2‑乙基己酯20‑25份。本发明所述涂料涂抹在产品上,漆面平整,光滑;涂料附着力强,不易剥落,不会产生起皮;耐磨,耐酸碱腐蚀,耐盐雾性优异;产品耐湿热、耐寒、使用寿命长,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料,采用等比例的柏油、石棉和碳酸钙作为防火材料,具有十分优异的阻燃性,三者相互配合,取长补短,增强阻燃效果。

本发明涉及油漆领域,具体的是一种家具用耐火涂料。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展,家具业如雨后春笋般发展,家具工业的生产水平大大提高。家具一般需要使用涂料,涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。家具漆能使得家具更加美观靓丽,改善家具本身带有的粗糙手感,使家具不受气候与干湿环境的影响,起到保护家具的作用。现有的家具用涂料,在耐火、耐湿热、耐干热、附着力、耐冷热温差方面的性能还不是很理想。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种家具用耐火涂料,解决现有家具涂料易燃、不耐湿热、附着力差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的方案为:
一种家具用耐火涂料,所述涂料包括防火材料,其质量与涂料其它组分的总质量的比值为3-6:11。
优选的,所述防火材料的质量与涂料其它组分总质量的比值为4:11。
优选的,所述防火材料由柏油、石棉、碳酸钙组成。
优选的,所述柏油、石棉、碳酸钙的质量比为1:1:1。
优选的,所述涂料其它组分按质量份数计包括以下组分:饱和漆酚15-20份、脱水蓖麻油5-10份、丙烯腈18-28份、钛白粉10-15份、E51环氧树脂4-9份、环氧化聚二丁烯树脂20-25份、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯20-25份。
优选的,所述涂料其它组分按质量份数计包括以下组分:饱和漆酚18份、脱水蓖麻油8份、丙烯腈24份、钛白粉12份、E51环氧树脂6份、环氧化聚二丁烯树脂22份、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯22份。
本发明有益效果:本发明所述涂料涂抹在产品上,漆面平整,光滑;涂料附着力强,不易剥落,不会产生起皮;耐磨,耐酸碱腐蚀,耐盐雾性优异;产品耐湿热、耐寒、使用寿命长,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料,采用等比例的柏油、石棉和碳酸钙作为防火材料,具有十分优异的阻燃性,三者相互配合,取长补短,增强阻燃效果。

一种家具用耐火涂料,包括以下质量份的组分:柏油8.4份、石棉8.4份、碳酸钙8.4份、饱和漆酚15份、脱水蓖麻油5份、丙烯腈18份、钛白粉10份、E51环氧树脂4份、环氧化聚二丁烯树脂20份、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯20份。
实施例2
一种家具用耐火涂料,包括以下质量份的组分:柏油20.3份、石棉20.3份、碳酸钙20.3份、饱和漆酚20份、脱水蓖麻油10份、丙烯腈28份、钛白粉15份、E51环氧树脂9份、环氧化聚二丁烯树脂25份、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯25份。
实施例3
一种家具用耐火涂料,包括以下质量份的组分:柏油12.4份、石棉12.4份、碳酸钙12.4份、饱和漆酚18份、脱水蓖麻油8份、丙烯腈24份、钛白粉12份、E51环氧树脂6份、环氧化聚二丁烯树脂22份、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯22份。
实施例4
一种家具用耐火涂料,包括以下质量份的组分:柏油16.5份、石棉16.5份、碳酸钙16.5份、饱和漆酚16份、脱水蓖麻油6份、丙烯腈20份、钛白粉14份、E51环氧树脂8份、环氧化聚二丁烯树脂21份、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯24份。

3.根据权利要求1所述家具用耐火涂料,其特征在于:所述防火材料由柏油、石棉、碳酸钙组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述家具用耐火涂料,其特征在于:所述柏油、石棉、碳酸钙的质量比为1:1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述家具用耐火涂料,其特征在于:所述涂料其它组分按质量份数计包括以下组分:饱和漆酚15-20份、脱水蓖麻油5-10份、丙烯腈18-28份、钛白粉10-15份、E51环氧树脂4-9份、环氧化聚二丁烯树脂20-25份、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯20-25份。
