Abstract
本发明提供一种电气柜封堵结构。所述电气柜的底面为复合防火板,所述复合防火板的下方为电缆井,所述复合防火板上设置有若干供电缆通过的孔洞,孔洞与电缆之间通过防火胶泥进行封堵,所述孔洞为倒锥形。本发明防水、防尘、防有毒气体。防火阻燃、有韧性、重量轻,不会破碎或塌落。便于二次施工,成型后的封堵面可以用钻头钻孔,不会怕破坏整体结构,二次施工就位后,再用防火胶泥封堵即可。

技术领域
本发明属于电力设施领域,尤其涉及一种电气柜封堵结构。
背景技术
随着坚强智能电网的快速发展,智能化电气设备正逐步替代传统设备,电气柜(环网柜、分支箱、箱变等)配备的控制、保护、通讯等二次设备对环境的要求很严苛,而电气柜大多在室外,普遍存在柜体内潮湿、凝露、进入小动物等隐患,易造成控制、保护装置接地、短路甚至开关跳闸。主要原因是柜体所处的电缆沟(隧道)常年湿气较重,甚至存在渗水、积水现象,而柜体底部进出线缆较多、混乱,电缆井与柜体之间封堵困难,电缆入口封堵不够严密,水汽串入柜体,使柜体内受潮,尤其在秋冬、冬春季节交替,柜体内外温差较大,产生凝露,严重影响电器柜体的安全运行。
传统的封堵办法一般采取吸潮垫层、底板灌注无极防火堵料、电缆穿越孔洞处加防火泥等措施、不适应室外潮湿、极冷极热的工作环境,一般封堵后1-3年内即出现裂隙、受潮失效及温度高时渗漏等现象。并且在新装设备二次施工时,需要将整个柜体底部结构破坏,施工完成后进行整体恢复。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种电气柜封堵结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种电气柜封堵结构,其特征在于:所述电气柜的底面为复合防火板,所述复合防火板的下方为电缆井,所述复合防火板上设置有若干供电缆通过的孔洞,孔洞与电缆之间通过防火胶泥进行封堵,所述孔洞为倒锥形。
上述复合防火板的下方还设置有用于承载复合防火板重量的钢筋,所述钢筋的两端均埋在地下。
上述防火胶泥由以下重量份数计的原料制成,异氰酸酯100份、四溴苯酐二醇40-60份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶30-60份、硼硅酸盐10-30份、甲基磷酸二甲酯10-20份、聚丁烯油20-40份、聚乙基硅氧烷20-40份、云母粉20-30份、滑石粉10-20份、抗氧剂BHT5-10份。
上述防火胶泥的优选原料是:异氰酸酯100份、四溴苯酐二醇40份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶40份、硼硅酸盐20份、甲基磷酸二甲酯20份、聚丁烯油20份、聚乙基硅氧烷20份、云母粉40份、滑石粉20份、抗氧剂BHT5份。
上述复合防火板包括喷涂在木基材表面的防火涂层,所述防火涂层由以下重量份数计的原料制成,异氰酸酯100份、四溴苯酐二醇80-100份、硼硅酸盐10-30份、甲基磷酸二甲酯10-20份、聚丁烯油20-40份、云母粉20-30份、滑石粉10-20份。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益之处在于: 防水、防尘、防有毒气体。防火阻燃、有韧性、重量轻,不会破碎或塌落。便于二次施工,成型后的封堵面可以用钻头钻孔,不会怕破坏整体结构,二次施工就位后,再用防火胶泥封堵即可。

具体实施方式
以下参照图1,给出本发明的具体实施方式,用来对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明不限于以下所描述的具体实施例。
一种电气柜封堵结构,所述电气柜1的底面为复合防火板2,所述复合防火板的下方为电缆井3,所述复合防火板上设置有若干供电缆通过的孔洞4,孔洞与电缆之间通过防火胶泥进行封堵,所述孔洞4为倒锥形。
复合防火板的下方还设置有用于承载复合防火板重量的钢筋5,所述钢筋的两端均埋在地下。
由于防火板具有一定厚度,打孔时会产生较多毛刺,所以防火胶泥的粘附性是否优良、是否会因热胀冷缩而产生断裂分离现象显得尤为重要。
实施例一:
防火胶泥由以下重量份数计的原料制成,异氰酸酯100份、四溴苯酐二醇40份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶30份、硼硅酸盐10份、甲基磷酸二甲酯10份、聚丁烯油20份、聚乙基硅氧烷20份、云母粉20份、滑石粉10份、抗氧剂BHT5份。
防火胶泥的施工方法:使用电动搅拌设备将异氰酸酯和其余组分均匀混合后使用浇注机浇注到孔洞中。
喷涂在木基材表面的防火涂层,由以下重量份数计的原料制成,异氰酸酯100份、四溴苯酐二醇100份、硼硅酸盐30份、甲基磷酸二甲酯20份、聚丁烯油20份、云母粉30份、滑石粉20份。
防火胶泥的施工方法:使用电动搅拌设备将异氰酸酯和其余组分均匀混合后使用喷涂机喷涂到木基材表面。
实施例二:
防火胶泥由以下重量份数计的原料制成,异氰酸酯100份、四溴苯酐二醇60份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶40份、硼硅酸盐20份、甲基磷酸二甲酯20份、聚丁烯油20份、聚乙基硅氧烷20份、云母粉20份、滑石粉10份、抗氧剂BHT10份。
防火胶泥的施工方法:使用气动搅拌设备将异氰酸酯和其余组分均匀混合后使用浇注机浇注到孔洞中。
喷涂在木基材表面的防火涂层,由以下重量份数计的原料制成,异氰酸酯100份、四溴苯酐二醇80份、硼硅酸盐10份、甲基磷酸二甲酯10份、聚丁烯油30份、云母粉30份、滑石粉20份。
防火胶泥的施工方法:使用电动搅拌设备将异氰酸酯和其余组分均匀混合后使用喷涂机喷涂到木基材表面。
本发明的主要原理是:异氰酸酯与四溴苯酐二醇发生反应,最终生成泡沫状物体。甲基乙烯基硅橡胶在常温时呈柔软态,耐高、低温性,可在-50~250℃下长期工作,防潮、电绝缘,耐电弧,电晕性,耐老化、耐臭氧,憎水,耐饱和蒸汽,便于填充到缝隙中。聚丁烯油作为胶粘剂,提供材料的柔韧性,以保持封堵形状。硼硅酸盐具有耐高温、高强度、高硬度、高化学稳定性的特点,加入到胶泥中,与具有粘附性的滑石粉协同作用使胶泥与孔洞更好的粘附,保证密封性。云母粉具有优良的耐高温性能和耐燃烧性能。云母常态时具有良好的柔软性,在遇明火燃烧时基本不存在有害烟雾的挥发。甲基磷酸二甲酯作为有机阻燃剂,不含羟基。
本发明具有良好的追随性,从而保证了良好的整体阻燃性,产品自粘性好,施工操作安全方便,使用时高温不流淌,低温不开裂,柔韧性好,长达30 年的长效防火性能无需拆换,具有良好的严密性、气密性、水密封性。

1.一种电气柜封堵结构,其特征在于:所述电气柜的底面为复合防火板,所述复合防火板的下方为电缆井,所述复合防火板上设置有若干供电缆通过的孔洞,孔洞与电缆之间通过防火胶泥进行封堵,所述孔洞为倒锥形。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种电气柜封堵结构,其特征在于:所述复合防火板的下方还设置有用于承载复合防火板重量的钢筋,所述钢筋的两端均埋在地下。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种电气柜封堵结构,其特征在于:所述防火胶泥由以下重量份数计的原料制成,异氰酸酯100份、四溴苯酐二醇40-60份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶30-60份、硼硅酸盐10-30份、甲基磷酸二甲酯10-20份、聚丁烯油20-40份、聚乙基硅氧烷20-40份、云母粉20-30份、滑石粉10-20份、抗氧剂BHT5-10份。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种电气柜封堵结构,其特征在于:所述防火胶泥的优选原料是:异氰酸酯100份、四溴苯酐二醇40份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶40份、硼硅酸盐20份、甲基磷酸二甲酯20份、聚丁烯油20份、聚乙基硅氧烷20份、云母粉40份、滑石粉20份、抗氧剂BHT5份。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的一种电气柜封堵结构,其特征在于:所述复合防火板包括喷涂在木基材表面的防火涂层,所述防火涂层由以下重量份数计的原料制成,异氰酸酯100份、四溴苯酐二醇80-100份、硼硅酸盐10-30份、甲基磷酸二甲酯10-20份、聚丁烯油20-40份、云母粉20-30份、滑石粉10-20份。
