Furthermore, two grooves 31 are arranged on the end surface of the insulating sleeve 3 facing to one end of the wrench operating head 11; when the two handle torque rods 4 move to the positions parallel to the central axis of the operating handle 12, the ends of the two handle torque rods 4 far away from the wrench operating head 11 can be respectively accommodated in the corresponding grooves 31, so that the two handle torque rods 4 are prevented from being damaged due to collision.
