本发明涉及一种用于使电路板与电流导体电接触的电流销。
背景技术
电流销用于使电路板,即电路板的导体轨迹与电流导体,例如实施为汇流条的电流导体电接触。此类电流销具有基体,其中,该基体能够通过第一区段与电路板导电接触,并且能够通过第二区段与电流导体导电接触。
一些由实践公知的电流销在基体的第一区段(通过该第一区段可以使电流销与电路板接触)中具有稍微大于电路板中的凹部的内直径的外直径,从而使得电流销的基体的第一区段通过过盈配合装配在该电路板的凹部中。由此,可能会从电路板上刮削出碎屑,这些碎屑能够导致短路。
另一些由实践公知的电流销在其第一区段上与电路板焊接,其中,电流销与电路板的焊接是高成本的。
发明内容
由此出发,本发明的任务在于,提供一种新型电流销,其用于使电路板与电流导体电接触。该任务通过根据权利要求1的电流销得到解决。根据本发明,该基体至少在它能通过其与电路板导电接触的第一区段的区域中实施为空心构件,为了与该电路板电接触,螺丝能够旋拧到该空心构件中,从而使得第一区段能够通过螺丝径向向外拓宽。
本发明提出了一种全新的电流销,其用于使电路板与电流导体电 接触。至少在电流销能通过其与电路板导电接触的第一区段的区域中,电流销的基体实施为空心构件。为了使电流销与电路板电接触,螺丝能够旋拧到该区段中,从而使得第一区段通过螺丝径向向外拓宽。在电流销基体第一区段未拓宽的状态下,该电流销通过第一区段以有空隙的方式插入到电路板的凹部中,而不存在从电路板上刮削出碎屑的风险。在使电流销插入到凹部中的状态下,螺丝能够旋拧到基体的第一区段中,其中,在此使电流销的基体的第一区段被径向向外按压,并且由此与电路板导电接触。无需将电流销与电路板焊接。
根据一个有利的改进方案,该基体在第一区段区域中具有至少一个在纵向方向上延伸的切口。优选的是,基体在第一区段的区域中通过多个在纵向方向上延伸的切口被划分成多个周边节段,其中,周边节段能够通过螺丝被径向向外按压。于是,当该基体在其第一区段区域中被开槽时,该基体可以经由螺丝被特别有利地径向向外按压或者径向拓宽,以便在电路板上进行固定并且以便与电路板电接触。
根据一个有利的改进方案,该基体在第一区段区域中具有凸肩,该凸肩限界出基体第一区段到该电路板的凹部中的导入深度,其中,在基体的纵向方向上观察,切口或者每个切口在凸肩的两侧延伸。由此,一方面可以实现电流销相对于电路板的精确定位,另一方面,该电流销可以特别有利地与电路板导电接触。
根据一个有利的改进方案,在基体上在第一区段区域中构造出内螺纹,其中,用于使基体第一区段径向拓宽的螺丝能够旋拧到该内螺纹中,并且优选构造为锥形螺丝。由此可以形成电流销与电路板的特别有利的导电接触。该螺丝能够从基体的第一区段或者第二区段出发旋拧到该基体中。
根据一个有利的改进方案,该基体在它能通过其与电流导体导电接触的第二区段的区域中也实施为空心构件,为了与该电流导体电接 触,另外的螺丝能够旋拧到该空心构件中,从而使得该电流导体能够夹在该第二区段与另外的螺丝、即其螺丝头之间。这允许了在电流销基体的第二区段上电流导体与电流销简单且可靠的导电连接。

本发明涉及一种电流销,其用于使电路板与电流导体电接触。
用于使电路板2与电流导体3,例如汇流条电接触的电流销具有基体4。基体4具有用于使电流销1和电路板2接触的第一区段5以及相对置的用于使电流销1与电流导体3电接触的第二区段6。电流销1的基体4在所示出的实施例中具有圆柱形外壁,其中,在图2中示出电流销1的基体4的纵向方向7和径向方向8。
根据本发明,电流销,即电流销的基体4至少在电流销1能通过其与电路板2导电接触的第一区段5的区域中实施为空心构件。为了使电路板2与电流销1电接触,螺丝12可以旋拧到这个第一区段5中,从而使得电流销1的基体4的第一区段5通过螺丝12可以被径向向外拓宽或者可以被径向向外按压,以便使电流销1的第一区段5可靠地固定在电路板2的凹部中,并且此外可靠地与电路板2的导体轨迹导 电接触。
在电流销1的基体4的第一区段5未拓宽的状态下,电流销1可以通过第一区段5以有空隙的方式插入到电路板2的凹部中。在基体4的第一区段5未拓宽状态下,该基体4的第一区段5的外直径因而小于该电路板2的凹部的内直径。优选当将电流销1经由其第一区段5插入到该电路板2的凹部中时,通过与基体4的第一区段5配合作用的螺丝12,基体4的第一区段5的外直径能够被拓宽。由此,消除了在电流销1的基体4的第一区段5与电路板2之间的空隙。
在本发明的所示出的优选的实施例中,电流销在第一区段5区域中具有凸肩9,通过该第一区段能够使电流销与电路板2导电接触。基体4的第一区段5的区域中的凸肩9用作止挡部并且限定了基体4的第一区段5到电路板2的凹部中的导入深度。
此外,在示出的优选实施例中,电流销1的基体4在第一区段5区域中具有至少一个、优选多个在纵向方向7上延伸的切口10,从而使基体4在第一区段5的区域中通过多个在纵向方向上延伸的切口10被划分成多个周边节段11。在基体4的纵向方向7上观察,切口10在此在凸肩9的两侧延伸。
当电流销1以其第一区段5定位在电路板2的凹部中时,该电流销以其第一区段5(该第一区段还未被径向向外拓宽或者按压)定位在电路板2的凹部中,具体而言是以电路板2的凹部与电流销1的基体4的第一区段5之间存在微小空隙的方式定位在电路板2的凹部中。
凸肩9在此限界出电流销1的基体4的第一区段5到电路板2的凹部中的导入深度。
只要电流销1以这种方式以其第一区段5定位在电路板2的凹部 中,那么第一区段5随后就通过螺丝12被径向向外拓宽,也就是通过将在示出的优选实施例中实施为锥形螺丝的螺丝12旋拧到第一区段5的构造在基体4的第一区段5上的内螺纹中。
在纵向方向上延伸的切口10在此有利于电流销在第一区段5的区域中被简单地径向拓宽,由此一方面使电流销1通过其第一区段5可靠地固定在电路板2的凹部中,并且由此另一方面确保了电路板2与电流销1的第一区段5的可靠电连接。
在图1至图3的实施例中,构造为锥形螺丝的螺丝12从基体4的第一区段5出发旋拧到该基体中。
与此不同,也可行的是如图4所示,螺丝12从基体4的第二区段6出发旋拧到该基体中,以便于通过锥形螺丝12使电流销1的基体4在其第一区段5的区域中被径向拓宽。如在图4所示的实施例中,当螺丝12由基体4的第二区段6出发旋拧到第一区段5中时,基体4必须在其整个径向延伸部7上实施为空心构件。在这种情况下,该基体构造成管状。
正如已经实施的那样,在电流销1的基体4的第二区段6中,使例如构造为汇流条的电流导体3能够与电流销导电接触。

在图1至图3示出的优选实施例中,电流销1通过其第一区段以具有微小空隙的方式定位在电路板2的凹部或者钻孔中。在第一区段5 上构造出的凸肩9在此限界出电流销的第一区段5到电路板凹部或者电路板钻孔中的导入位置。在凸肩9的两侧,电流销1的基体4在其第一区段5的区域中通过在纵向方向7上延伸的切口10被划分成多个周边节段11。此外,基体4的第一区段5具有内锥形螺纹。通过旋拧构造为锥形螺丝的第一螺丝12,可以使电流销1的基体4的第一区段5被径向向外拓宽,其中,电流销1于是以其第一区段5固定在电路板凹部中或者电路板钻孔中,并且与电路板2导电接触。将优选构造为锥形螺丝的第一螺丝12导入到电流销1的基体4的第一区段5中在此可以从第一区段5出发,也就是在图2和图3中从下方进行,或者从相对置的区段6出发,也就是在图4中从上方进行。优选的是,从第一区段5出发,即如图2和图3所示从下方出发,将螺丝12与电流销1的基体4的第一区段5拧紧,这是因为在该情况下电流导体3可以事先经由另外的螺丝13与该电流销1相连并且导电连接。

Claims (10)
