本发明公开了一种用于汽车半轴套管的钢管,包括:钢管本体、Co40NiCrMo合金层、KNBT陶瓷纤维/环氧树脂1‑3复合材料层、NiCrAlYSi涂层和APS纳米氧化锆涂层,所述的钢管本体的外表从内往外依次设置有所述的Co40NiCrMo合金层和所述的KNBT陶瓷纤维/环氧树脂1‑3复合材料层,所述的钢管本体的内表从外往内依次设置有所述的NiCrAlYSi涂层和所述的APS纳米氧化锆涂层。通过上述方式,本发明抗拉伸性能好,耐磨损性能好,使用寿命长。

Description

一种用于汽车半轴套管的钢管
技术领域
本发明涉及钢管领域,特别是涉及一种用于汽车半轴套管的钢管。
背景技术
钢管是一种中空的长条钢材,大量用作输送流体的管道,如石油、天燃气、水、煤气、蒸气等,另外,在搞弯、抗扭强度相同时,重量较轻,所以也广泛用于制造机械零件和工程结构。
钢管按生产方法可分为两大类:无缝钢管和有缝钢管,有缝钢管简称为直缝钢管。无缝钢管按生产方法可分为:热轧无缝管、冷拔管、精密钢管、热扩管、冷旋压管和挤压管等。 无缝钢管用优质碳素钢或合金钢制成,有热轧、冷轧(拔)之分。无缝钢管可用于各种行业的液体气压管道和气体管道等。焊接管道可用于输水管道、煤气管道、暖气管道、电器管道等。
然而,目前用于汽车半轴套管的钢管的抗拉伸性能不好,耐磨损性能差,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于汽车半轴套管的钢管,抗拉伸性能好,耐磨损性能好,使用寿命长。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种用于汽车半轴套管的钢管,包括:钢管本体、Co40NiCrMo合金层、KNBT陶瓷纤维/环氧树脂1-3复合材料层、NiCrAlYSi涂层和APS纳米氧化锆涂层,所述的钢管本体的外表从内往外依次设置有所述的Co40NiCrMo合金层和所述的KNBT陶瓷纤维/环氧树脂1-3复合材料层,所述的钢管本体的内表从外往内依次设置有所述的NiCrAlYSi涂层和所述的APS纳米氧化锆涂层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的KNBT陶瓷纤维/环氧树脂1-3复合材料层的厚度为2-3mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的NiCrAlYSi涂层的厚度为0.8-1.3mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的APS纳米氧化锆涂层的厚度为0.5~1mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明抗拉伸性能好,耐磨损性能好,使用寿命长。

一种用于汽车半轴套管的钢管,包括:钢管本体1、Co40NiCrMo合金层2、KNBT陶瓷纤维/环氧树脂1-3复合材料层3、NiCrAlYSi涂层4和APS纳米氧化锆涂层5,所述的钢管本体1的外表从内往外依次设置有所述的Co40NiCrMo合金层2和所述的KNBT陶瓷纤维/环氧树脂1-3复合材料层3,所述的钢管本体1的内表从外往内依次设置有所述的NiCrAlYSi涂层4和所述的APS纳米氧化锆涂层5。
本发明中,所述的KNBT陶瓷纤维/环氧树脂1-3复合材料层3的厚度为2-3mm。
本发明中,所述的NiCrAlYSi涂层4的厚度为0.8-1.3mm。
本发明中,所述的APS纳米氧化锆涂层5的厚度为0.5~1mm。
本发明用于汽车半轴套管的钢管的有益效果是:本发明抗拉伸性能好,耐磨损性能好,使用寿命长。

1.一种用于汽车半轴套管的钢管,其特征在于,包括:钢管本体、Co40NiCrMo合金层、KNBT陶瓷纤维/环氧树脂1-3复合材料层、NiCrAlYSi涂层和APS纳米氧化锆涂层,所述的钢管本体的外表从内往外依次设置有所述的Co40NiCrMo合金层和所述的KNBT陶瓷纤维/环氧树脂1-3复合材料层,所述的钢管本体的内表从外往内依次设置有所述的NiCrAlYSi涂层和所述的APS纳米氧化锆涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车半轴套管的钢管,其特征在于,所述的KNBT陶瓷纤维/环氧树脂1-3复合材料层的厚度为2-3mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车半轴套管的钢管,其特征在于,所述的NiCrAlYSi涂层的厚度为0.8-1.3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车半轴套管的钢管,其特征在于,所述的APS纳米氧化锆涂层的厚度为0.5~1mm。
