Abstract

本发明涉及一种电动工具喷胶盘,包括:圆盘,以及沿圆盘周向外侧依次设置的喷嘴、加热装置和吹风装置,圆盘的周向边缘设置有若干个转轴卡座,转轴卡座设置有的转轴从所述圆盘底面伸出,转轴卡座位于圆盘顶面一侧设置卡槽,靠近喷嘴和加热装置位置的至少两个转轴外侧还设置有一个平皮带,所述平皮带紧贴所述转轴。通过圆盘的旋转,可以保证电动工具从一个工位自动的转移到另一个工位,喷嘴可以喷出液体保护膜,电热丝可以让液体快速固化形成膜层,吹风装置也可以快速固化液体,进而成膜,同时还可以加速降温。平皮带设置的位置可以保证在喷嘴位置的电动工具能够形成自转,喷涂效果可以是电动工具的周向,喷涂较为均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷胶装置,尤其涉及一种电动工具喷胶盘。
背景技术
电动工具的芯体需要在端部喷上一层封膜胶,传统的刷涂不能够刷涂均匀,且还存在漏涂的部位,造成电动工具的使用寿命降低,需要一种自动化的刷涂装置,并保证刷涂均匀。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单的电动工具喷胶盘。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种电动工具喷胶盘,包括:圆盘,以及沿圆盘周向外侧依次设置的喷嘴、加热装置和吹风装置,其特征在于,所述圆盘的周向边缘设置有若干个转轴卡座,所述转轴卡座设置有的转轴从所述圆盘底面伸出,所述转轴卡座位于圆盘顶面一侧设置卡槽,靠近所述喷嘴和加热装置位置的至少两个转轴外侧还设置有一个平皮带,所述平皮带紧贴所述转轴。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述加热装置为电热丝。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述电热丝设置在至少连续的两个转轴卡座外侧。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述圆盘圆心处设置有驱动轴,所述驱动轴由电机驱动旋转。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述平皮带由电机驱动旋转,所述平皮带能够带动所述转轴旋转。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述喷嘴设置有两个,所述喷嘴朝向所述卡槽上方的位置。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述吹风装置包括和连接有风机风嘴,所述风嘴朝向所述卡槽上方的位置。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明具备以下有益效果:通过圆盘的旋转,可以保证电动工具从一个工位自动的转移到另一个工位,喷嘴可以喷出液体保护膜,电热丝可以让液体快速固化形成膜层,吹风装置也可以快速固化液体,进而成膜,同时还可以加速降温。平皮带设置的位置可以保证在喷嘴位置的电动工具能够形成自转,喷涂效果可以是电动工具的周向,喷涂较为均匀,同理,自转可以让加热在周向更加均匀。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,一种电动工具喷胶盘,包括:圆盘,以及沿圆盘周向外侧依次设置的喷嘴、电热丝和吹风装置,圆盘的周向边缘设置有若干个转轴卡座,转轴卡座设置有的转轴从圆盘底面伸出,转轴卡座位于圆盘顶面一侧设置卡槽,靠近喷嘴和电热丝位置的至少两个转轴外侧还设置有一个平皮带,平皮带紧贴转轴。
电热丝设置在至少连续的两个转轴卡座外侧,圆盘圆心处设置有驱动轴,驱动轴由电机驱动旋转,平皮带由电机驱动旋转,平皮带能够带动转轴旋转。
喷嘴设置有两个,喷嘴朝向卡槽上方的位置,吹风装置包括和连接有风机风嘴,风嘴朝向卡槽上方的位置。

1. 一种电动工具喷胶盘,包括:圆盘,以及沿圆盘周向外侧依次设置的喷嘴、加热装置和吹风装置,其特征在于,所述圆盘的周向边缘设置有若干个转轴卡座,所述转轴卡座设置有的转轴从所述圆盘底面伸出,所述转轴卡座位于圆盘顶面一侧设置卡槽,靠近所述喷嘴和加热装置位置的至少两个转轴外侧还设置有一个平皮带,所述平皮带紧贴所述转轴。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具喷胶盘,其特征在于:所述加热装置为电热丝。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的电动工具喷胶盘,其特征在于:所述电热丝设置在至少连续的两个转轴卡座外侧。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具喷胶盘,其特征在于:所述圆盘圆心处设置有驱动轴,所述驱动轴由电机驱动旋转。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具喷胶盘,其特征在于:所述平皮带由电机驱动旋转,所述平皮带能够带动所述转轴旋转。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具喷胶盘,其特征在于:所述喷嘴设置有两个,所述喷嘴朝向所述卡槽上方的位置。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的电动工具喷胶盘,其特征在于:所述吹风装置包括和连接有风机风嘴,所述风嘴朝向所述卡槽上方的位置。
