被马蜂重蛰伤是人们在生产，生活当中突然碰到的少事情，但是，如果一旦被马蜂严重蛰伤，其毒液注入人体，就局部出现红肿，刺痛，甚至有头晕，恶心等症状，可导致休克，昏迷，抽搐，心脏和呼吸麻痹而死亡。
发明内容
本发明是公开一种用十万大山一种野生的候美藤(本地叫名)的叶，藤加工制成的速效马蜂重蛰药，其特点是单采用一种野生的候美藤的叶，藤不加配任何药材料制成，有容易收集，加工制作简单。候美藤喜欢生长在山脚湿润地带，藤有母指大小，皮青，叶宽约3至4厘米，长，11至16厘米，藤生有果，手指大小，可食。
一种中药的速效马蜂重蛰药制法及使用
(1)可直接采要新鲜的候美藤，叶约两三斤加水约四斤煮，水开起码三十分钟(时间长点都可)便可，待药水稍凉后把药水反复洗于患处，一日多次使用马上见效。
(2)可把候美藤，叶收集来切成一小节一小节然后晒干，装好存放，待需用时用上述方式进行煮用即可。(用量多少可根据患者情况而定)
应用效果
实践运用到数十患者，效果显著
1，1987年10月份，苏某，男，52岁，农民。就诊期间：1987年10月，病史摘要：患者当年是牧牛人，有一天，他赶着牛群进山，途中，由于在牧牛路经处附近前一天有一大马蜂窝被人去取要，但没成功，造成该蜂窝的大量马蜂散败出来在附近路边树丛中(当地十月份是马蜂最凶季节)每见有人畜经过其窝附近都被群蜂追蛰，因此，苏某当时赶去放牧的牛和他本人都被马蜂追蛰，牛群大散，自已也被重蛰伤，经人背才能回到家，后村民马上取候美藤煮洗，第三天即愈。
2，1992年6月份，，何某，男，40岁，森林公安民警，就诊期间：1992年6月，病史摘要，患者当年为查处一森林案件和另一名民警及举报人到砍伐现场进行勘察，在进入山林中不注意观察摇动了树上一小马蜂窝，被几只马蜂连猛蛰头部，当即不仅感到剧疼痛，肿并有头昏现象，虽马上到当地卫生院打针，但仍没好转，后经当地民众拿来候美藤煮洗即愈。

1.一种中药的速效马蜂重蛰药是采用十万大山的一种野生候美藤(本地叫名)的叶，藤制成，其特点是采集容易，加工制成工序简单，不加配任何药材料的单一种野生藤，叶制成的外用药。具有速消肿，止痛，解蜂毒作用。
